Why is it every time I go to Walmart? The shopping carts are full of trash one or two checkouts while the managers stand there and just look and walk around the employees have a bad attitude. Nobody knows where stuff at the Pepsi products are always sticky the door greeters Are very old people. I don't think they know where they're at. The store is very dirty. I tried to contact Wal-Mart customer service directly but they seem to be hidden and you can't actually talk to anyone. I just went in and shopped hundreds of dollars worth of food and stuff. I went to ring up the one bottle of wine that I got and they wouldn't take my ID on my phone. They wanted me to go to the car and get my physical driver's license. I'm 65 years old. This is for the Walmart super center on north main and hwy 66 in Longmont, Colo. Last 4 visits zero electric carts so I avoid whenever possible. Had to use today. Figured because it was before noon I'd be in luck. Nope. Zero electric carts. On top of that, I walked all the way back to fabric to have to walk further to get help. 20 min later someone came. The bean counters in charge of staffing use the excuse that they can't hire enough people. Calling BS on that one. If bean counters would empower their Point of sale and floor employees, instead of treating them like robots and paying them like slaves, there would be enough to staff the store adequately. TERRIBLE service got an appointment for oil change and tire rotation for 11 am, got here at 10:39. It's now 1:28 they won't give discount and just figure keeping people 3 hours is ok. Did I mention I had an appointment? Terrible service, terrible place not clean not friendly. Going to economic- lube and target next time. I would like to say that I am terribly disappointed with the Number of scooters available in the store. For those of us that are not able to walk and shop your store is only providing 3 scooters for the customers. They are either broken or not working and there are always people waiting for one to be available! It is sad that king soopers has usually around 10 scooters In perfect condition and maintained properly. I am not going to sit here and wait for one for 2hrs or more. After all, I am a union supporter but I also realize when one must live within ones means. I'm not a baller-shot caller, no no, I'm currently counting my pennies and blessing while I finally finish school and raise my 3 kids. School + Kids = Walmarts biggest fan! Sadly, change has to wait until I pay off student loans and yada yada yada. I figured I should finally write a review on this place. It is your typical bright-eyed Walmart. Clean space, plenty of departments, and an overall friendly vibe. They have their stellar employees and they've got their grumpy ones too. I can't forget the extremely knowledgeable staff members and clueless ones. Ahhh, the inconsistency does not bother me because I feel they'd be a whole lot happier if they got benefits besides their employee discount. The food section is good, it's no Kings or Safeway, but they do the trick mighty well. My only complaint would be that they do not carry many natural or organic selections. Housing goods, pharmacy, automotive, electronics, apparel, etc. The pricing is usually the best around. I would like to ween my family off of their goods but right now I won't be able to survive without them. So, Walmart... your A-OK with me! read more

Love the eye doctor and eye place in this Wal-Mart. My husband has been going there for years and the Dr. Still remembers him and is very friendly. They take different insurance and arnt expensive if you don't have insurance either. The staff that helped us after his eye appt. was also friendly making sure we got the right contacts and put a order in for more. The super walmart has stepped up their game having a Claire's store in there is pretty neat and the cleanliness/staff in the store has improved to greatness. read more

Pulled up to the tire and lube garage door at about 5:50. Had a 1/2 flat tire that just needed a simple patch and go. Guy saw me pulling up, looked at me and closed the garage door. I got out and walked up to the man door, and saw a very unprofessional hand written sign that read "we close at 6 today" the same guy opened the door and said "we are closing early " and before I could say anything he shut the door..... Very poor customer service. I came here because I bought the tires at walmart and thought they might still be covered by the warranty, but I ended up driving a mile down the street to tires plus, where they not only took care of me, but stayed open late to get me in. I'll be taking my business down the street from now on. read more

An older woman walks up to our checker, no good morning or hey there after this customer, can you go over to cosmetics? She walks up and says, "What are you doing here"? You need to be in cosmetics. Most of the workers are nice however some could improve their work ethic. Frankly I believe that workers work harder based on their environment to which the management is not the greatest and to be honest quite abuse their workers. I was walking by doing regular shopping when I walked by a "manager" talking down poorly on an employee. My review is of Walmart's online Photo Book service. Based on my experience, overall it is unreliable and, if you need customer service help, save yourself further aggravation by not talking with anyone via chat or by phone. I created a Photo Book online for a young friend who is dying of brain cancer. So this project is emotionally loaded for me. The first six books ordered were acceptable (after multiple sample copies were tried first). Less than a week after this order, I ordered two more copies. This was on April 5. An automated message told me the books "arrive by Sat, Apr 24." The evening of April 23, I got an automated message telling me that my order was cancelled. No explanation. I went online and tried to place the order again and could not. So, I began a chat conversation--which, while apologetic, was not productive. So, I spoke by phone with Maria in customer service in "South America." I kept asking for a link to my project (Walmart says projects are kept for 30 days - I relied on this) and was told it appeared to have been deleted. Finally, after much wasted time and energy, Maria agreed to send me one $25 eCard and two promotional codes to cover the cost of the two books, which I'd have to create again from the beginning. Guess what? When I went to use the promo codes she sent, I discovered they cannot be used for photos (or photo books, apparently). Talk about adding insult to injury! (I persisted and persisted and I think that I finally found my project, on my own. I'll know for certain IF I receive two books on May 4, or not.) One more thing: during the course of this project, I had spoken with customer service reps twice previously. Again, they could not help me and in each case I was told that I'd get a call within 72 hours from someone who could help. Those calls never came. Walmart is HUGE. Perhaps too huge. I certainly won't rely on Walmart again for a photo book project. Thankfully, there are lots of other options. read more

Stopped in here last night while in Longmont and first observation was why are 1/3 of the lights in the store not working? Some areas it was actually hard to see and shop because of it. I asked a worker on the floor in Sporting Goods and he mumbled yea it is always like this and even worse some times? WTF? I have never been in any other Wal-Mart that seems to be deliberately turning off lights to save money it would seem? Got to checkout and dealt with one of the worst cashiers ever. Her favorite word was "she could careless" and was tired of dealing with people and wanted to go home. She had a horrible attitude which reflected on various things including how management treated her it would seem. The selection of frozen food was truly sad and I only purchased 20 of some 40 items on my grocery list. This store has never been the best. Today just proved it is one of the worst. Today it was 23 minutes to check out and the checker was totally inept! Every customer before us she had to have a conversation with and then she needed assistance from a front end manager. With our order she could not figure out how to get a coupon to work and told me to go to the customer service desk. I'd have to wait another 22 minutes. She put food in with cleaners and put heavier items on top of muffins. One of the items didn't even get into the bag. It was behind the bag. There were only 2 check stands open snd there were at least 6-7 people waiting in each line! Never again do I go to this store! If I could give this store zero stars, that would be my rating!!!! read more

If I could give Walmart zero stars, I would. We ordered delivery from Walmart. It was delivered to the wrong address 30 miles away. When I saw the tracking information I immediately called customer service and was told the wait time was more than one hour. I called early the next morning and waited and waited 90 minutes to be told my wait time was another 58 minutes. During the pandemic I have ordered frequently from Target, Whole Foods and Amazon without a single problem. Lesson learned. read more

I use the pharmacy here, and I always have a great experience. Sometimes it gets very busy and the lines are long, but the staff always has a good attitude. I was recently helped by Devonna, and she was wonderful! She helped me get extra refills through my insurance, chatted to me about some other products I was buying and made some great recommendations, and was genuine and sweet. It's a Wal-Mart... My expectations are low for this sort of place anyway. My complaint is with the photo department... I uploaded all of the photos from my digital camera onto one of their self service photo machines to get put onto disks. With all my photos I was supposed to pick up 4 disks the following business day any time after 3. Well I did... And THEY CAN'T FIND THEM!!!! No sorry or any attempt to look further in their records to see what happened. Just "I can't find them." Thank goodness I didn't clear my memory card yet so I can take it some place else that I can trust with family memories. I want to give a great big thank you to the customer service managers: Cody, Tim and Pat. I thought I was purchasing a piece of furniture from Walmart.com, but in fact it was a 3rd party company in Florida. We only got part of what we ordered so we returned it to Walmart for a refund. It was the biggest nightmare I have ever been through. The other company GWG Outlets refused to refund me. The item sat at Walmart for 8 days, while we were waiting for our $900 back. Being jerked around by GWG and in contact with the managers at Walmart every day. FINALLY, Cody gave me my refund without GWG outlets and now they have this furniture at their store and have to figure out what to do with it, Cody, I can't thank you enough for putting your customer first. Visiting from San Diego. Let me tell you all something, you go into a Walmart here in San Diego and you get ran the hell over by rude ass Mexicans. When I came to visit family in Longmont, I went into Walmart dreading the thought of the place. To my surprise, it was the most positive experience I'd ever had in a Walmart, and the feeling washed over me in an awesome way... Upon pulling into the property, a parking spot was available in the very front, approximately 45 feet from the front door. It was almost as if god reached down, grabbed the car that was there...and threw it to the moon. It was simply meant to be. After entering the store, my attention immediately focused on the fact that there were employees smiling at me, almost as if I was walking on a red carpet to some fancy event; but no, I was simply there to get tampons for my wife. After being asked if I needed help literally 1 minute after entering the facility, I was smiling uncontrollably like a full fledged idiot, without judgement, they quickly directed me to the most absorbent product without hesitation. In this new environment where I had actually the time to stop and look at items without losing my ankles to rude brown people in a hurry to get back across before the line was long at the border, I managed to stay at this property and spend in excess of $200.00 on groceries and other items that I required for my 7 day stay. In closing, before anyone thinks about getting on here and complaining with your useless rhretoric, understand that this is not a Walmart in San Diexico...you should be happy you can actually take your family here without worrying about getting ran over in the parking lot by some idiot drifting in his jerry rigged car with no brakes. Decided to try the "Black Friday" shopping event. Here is what I saw: very limited items. Of the three things on my list they had exactly 3 of each in stock. None were eligible for their one hour guarantee (very few items qualified). People stood in line all day so if you were not willing to do this your chance if getting a deal was zilch. To make things worse they employees were misdirecting people and many people were getting very upset with the store management over the terrible treatment and borderline false advertising. Many people standing in line that will end up disappointed. This is simply not worth anyone's time and Walmart promotes it. Shame on Walmart! read more

Walmart can do so much better with customer service. I had to get some fabric cut , no one at the counter, asked someone in electronics, they paged overhead, waited 10 min. Walked up front asked a manager for help. He walked back with me got on his phone asked an associate to page for help in fabric, then walked off. Waited 10 more minutes, he walks by again and finally asked me what I need . I said "I need 3 yards of this fabric" he proceeds to tell me he needs the tools to cut it and walks off. 5 min later he shows up and says " I found her she is with a customer but she should be here in a minute. Another 5min go by and another manager shows up. She asked me what I need. I told her she says ok and picks up the hand printer and plays with it for 10 min can't get it to work. Tells me she will be right back another 5 min go by she finally cuts my fabric and puts a tag on it. Really Walmart!! 30 minuets!!!! Worst part is not even an apology!! They acted like well what do expect!!! I'm appalled that management can't help you !!! They should be able to take care of any department!!! read more

Bought a piece of furniture from Walmart.com and it apparently was serviced by OJ Commerce. Some sort of reseller--which it did not say on the actual site. The site also said if not satisfied, return to any Walmart for full refund. Item arrived broken in multiple pieces & Walmart won't take back. Apparently there's some fine fine print that states returns must go through this horrifyingly long never ending process with some 3rd party reseller. They look at pics of damage & day they'll only accept a return at my expense (over 100 lbs shipping) with a 30% restocking fee. What the?????? Boycott people. Seriously. I bought a prepaid card at the Wal-Mart in Longmont a few weeks. I filled it with $30.00 plus the $4.00 fee. I chose to use the card myself but it failed at 4 different locations. I went to 2 different locations including the one where I made the transaction. It turns out the card was showing a zero balance. The employees asked me if I had the receipt. I didn't since I was originally going to give it as a gift. They tried to find it themselves but since it was a cash transaction, it was like finding a needle in a haystack. I tried calling the card acivation number but when I entered the card number, the message I got was that it didn't exist. I finally spoke with a person and he told me it had to be activated first. He transfered right back to the automated number asking for the card number again. I entered it and got the same message. I got so disgusted that I wasn't getting anywhere and put the card to the shredder. I lost $34.00 and lots of wasted time and aggravation. I will never do business with Wal-Mart again. The only reason I am giving it one star is because I can't give less. read more

Hands down the worst pharmacy I've ever had to deal with. Every time I come in there is an issue. My prescriptions are never ready, even if I got a text saying they were and then also called ahead and confirmed that they would be. Often there are issues filling them (out of stock, don't carry that version, someone incorrectly entered insurance info) but they never call to tell me. I have to physically show up to get any answers, and always have to talk to at least two techs before someone gives me a real answer. They are also consistently out of stock of the needles I need for my insulin (gestational diabetes) so I end up having to stop at Walgreens on my way home. My insurance only contracts with Walmart so I have no choice but to put up with their incompetence. read more

This is probably my most favorite Walmart in Northern Colorado..or maybe I should say the Front Range. This area I am thinking of is Loveland, Longmont, Fort Collins and Greeley. The thing with this store is that they just seem to have more things than the other stores up north. For one none of the Walmarts up north have any department where they service and repair your vehicle like this one does. Yes, the Walmarts up north have items that you cannot get at this store and vice versa but this store seems to be one of the ones that stays on top as far as getting new merchandise that is being released on the market. When I refer to merchandise I am specifically referring to their action figures they have in stock which I am a huge fan of when it comes to collecting. this Walmart like all of the others gets crowds on the weekends and sometimes in the evenings. Best go there early and I eman Early in the morning to shop. Late at night is ok but it is till busier than the morning. There are many shoppers there from all over the place and some just do not want to get out of the way. Some of them give you these looks when you want to pass by that they want to slit your throat( and look like they have a mile long rap sheet to boot) just for asking them to move and on the flip side some shoppers are so overly and suspiciously congenial that you can't imagine what they want. Usually this means they want to join their church or something. I do not mean to be judgmental but I am sorry sometimes it just can't be helped. This store however has no more and certainly no less of these types of customers that seem to jump up and make themselves get noticed.
