On the left side of the store they have what I like to call bougie things. They have a sushi bar. They have a fresh meat case. They have a food court. And then on the right side of the store they have what I call regular food. Like bread, milk, eggs, etc. They have several self check stations. And they have a Lottery vending machine. There is a bar inside where you can order and walk around( in designated areas) with your beer or cocktail while you shop. They have a deli/cafe area that you can order from and sit and eat. The prices are great. The store is laid out very well. Produce is arranged nicely and is so colorful. They have a few produce items that most grocery stores in the area don't carry. They also carry quite a few different brands of food that are also not in any of our local grocery stores. They source their meat locally and have a nice variety of meats and seafood. The bakery is nice. Open to watch them work and I think most things are made at this location. It's a fun, different grocery shopping experience. Would be nice to have another Woods location a little further North. Go check them out!

I'd made an appointment online and we told them what we were there for and they made sure our insurance was in the system. Then we waited outside the treatment room. We were able to go back together, which I asked about since getting vaccines always makes me nervous. The pharmacist was really nice and good at distracting me. I was also assured that my latex allergy was being taken seriously as well. Good at giving the stick, too! I barely felt it. It was over with quickly and we were on our way. We need to do more in the series and I imagine we'll use this location for those as well.

This review is for the pharmacy…read more I picked up a prescription yesterday. There's a note in my file about needing a certain generic for this drug because I don't react well to others. I had no reason not to trust that they gave me the right thing but when I got home, I discovered that it was the wrong generic and that this particular generic is one I've had a very bad reaction to (likely it's an additive since generics can vary the additives but not the main ingredients). The pharmacy was closed by the time I got home so I called this morning. I was told they won't take back the unopened package (it comes prepackaged, it's not something they manually count) and I'd have to get a new fill from my provider, which isn't going to happen because I get this medication from an online provider. And I'll have to eat the cost since I pay cash due to my insurance not covering the drug. I also do not have any for my dose tonight. I've been trying literally all day to get them to see reason. I was told by the pharmacy manager that it was on me since I didn't verify that the medication was right. How, exactly, am I supposed to do that when they immediately put it in a paper bag as fast as they can, and won't let you see or handle it, until you pay. I was told since I paid for it they won't do anything about it. The system is rigged to allow them to make mistakes and not fix them. It's disgusting and predatory that they won't do anything to fix it. Go anywhere else for your Rx needs. I'm going to be switching all of my family's medications somewhere else and tell every single person I know to do the same.

I already knew that they'd only sell you the tire size that originally came on your vehicle. That we-know-best policy is why I default to Discount Tire. But Walmart had a really low price on tires for my F250, so I ordered a couple. (The rears were worn out and the fronts were fine.) I answered every question, made an appointment, and paid for both the tires and installation. After driving 45 minutes, I arrived early for my appointment. Stood around waiting for anyone to show up at the service desk for several minutes. Finally a girl did, moving slowly. I told her why I was there. She asked if the F250 was 4 wheel drive. Yes it is. "Our policy is to only install 4 new tires on a 4 wheel drive. Would you like to install 4?" No thanks, the front tires have a lot of life left. "Well, our policy won't let us install your 2 new tires." I never use 4 wheel drive on pavement, but they couldn't care less. Later, they sent me a text saying they'd cancelled the appointment because I hadn't shown up. Argh!!! If you want to have a dumb, customer-unfriendly, we-know-best policy like that, that's your decision to make, but don't let me make an appointment, wait a week, waste a morning going to the appointment, and then refuse to perform the service that you scheduled, plus required me to pay for in advance. At this point, Walmart could be giving away tires and I'd still go elsewhere.

So I said , why don't I buy by peice then or if I'm only allowed to buy four, I'll buy another box of four. She said no, I have to go out of the store or have somebody else come buy a four piece. Lol But when I would go to Woods, I can get how many pieces or whatever cut of chicken I want, which is actually cheaper, but this market is only two minutes away from me. Now that you have competition Hays market. I would certainly suggest not to be so uptight selling your fried chicken since I was not asking it for free. I was even willing to pay by piece.

Costumer service is terrible here. I usually use self check out here. But I saw a checker just…read morestanding there waiting and I was exhausted from a hard days work. So I thought it be nice to have them just check and bag the groceries. I said at the beginning to the checker "I will need bags today". After she rang everything but the last item up she asked if I need bags. I said yes. She then said " you can grab them and start bagging". I said no I just finished a long day at work I'm not here to work more. She looked at me offended. I said "I'm really suppose to bag them?" She said "yes". I made a complaint to the manager and he sided with her saying " it's hard for me to believe she expected you to bag." He was very un polite and unprofessional to me. Many of the people working here are lazy and are not considerate to the customer.
