This Safeway is old and tired and the workers are lazy!! For the third time I have walked in at 6:00 pm to pick up chicken for dinner. No hot chicken! Well, one very burnt rotisserie which I was desperate so I took. No wings, no baked chicken, no fried chicken and no rotisserie. The worker said the guy was supposed to make it at lunch and didn't do it...Austin. Really?? Six hours later and you don't have ANY chicken? Yeah...I'm shopping King Soopers from now on! Don't know how you stay in business!

    Lovely and clear aisle

Safeway is sane-way. Their app works, moving through the store works!!! This is my new grocery store! They've made many improvements in recent years and I'm so glad I gave it another try. The food is fresh, stocked throughout in an organized way, and the produce is a treat for the eyes. The atmosphere is calm and not rushed because they no longer have portable product shelves cluttering up the aisles. All of this serves to make my shopping chore pleasant. Several customers can move down aisles without bumping into each other because of floor displays - that is soooo nice. The employees are knowledgeable too - it's easy to know where things are in a clean, tidy store. Parking spaces are not used up in spring and summer by gardening displays. Oh, and the pharmacy is gray too. They haven't outsourced yet like King Soopers and Walgreens, and hope they don't. This Safeway store has turned away from the mania created for customers in the competitors stores. Thank you Safeway for making the choice so clear!

WARNING: The prices posted are not always the price you pay. This is the third time at this store I have had a problem. The service clerk, if you can find one, is always courteous and will make it right. I don't have time to price check every line item. Today I overpaid over $16 and it was refunded but really? The clerk acknowledged it happens all the time. So does that mean you are willingly and knowingly overcharging people?

They have classic sodas! Grapette lives again.

While in Loveland yesterday, I decided to go grocery shopping. I was impressed with the store overall. They had a nice variety of items usually found in premium stores, including bulk foods like candies and nuts. I found freshly prepared soups, a nice deli, and quite decent fruits and veggies. I also had quick checkout by a friendly clerk.

This is Owen a cashier at Safeway. He is rude, dirty, sloppy and always has his underwear showing.

This review is for the pharmacy…read more I picked up a prescription yesterday. There's a note in my file about needing a certain generic for this drug because I don't react well to others. I had no reason not to trust that they gave me the right thing but when I got home, I discovered that it was the wrong generic and that this particular generic is one I've had a very bad reaction to (likely it's an additive since generics can vary the additives but not the main ingredients). The pharmacy was closed by the time I got home so I called this morning. I was told they won't take back the unopened package (it comes prepackaged, it's not something they manually count) and I'd have to get a new fill from my provider, which isn't going to happen because I get this medication from an online provider. And I'll have to eat the cost since I pay cash due to my insurance not covering the drug. I also do not have any for my dose tonight. I've been trying literally all day to get them to see reason. I was told by the pharmacy manager that it was on me since I didn't verify that the medication was right. How, exactly, am I supposed to do that when they immediately put it in a paper bag as fast as they can, and won't let you see or handle it, until you pay. I was told since I paid for it they won't do anything about it. The system is rigged to allow them to make mistakes and not fix them. It's disgusting and predatory that they won't do anything to fix it. Go anywhere else for your Rx needs. I'm going to be switching all of my family's medications somewhere else and tell every single person I know to do the same.

Doesn't matter if you've…read morebought 30 sets of tires in your life, have a YouTube channel about working on cars, and have driven professionally. They know better than you! I already knew that they'd only sell you the tire size that originally came on your vehicle. That we-know-best policy is why I default to Discount Tire. But Walmart had a really low price on tires for my F250, so I ordered a couple. (The rears were worn out and the fronts were fine.) I answered every question, made an appointment, and paid for both the tires and installation. After driving 45 minutes, I arrived early for my appointment. Stood around waiting for anyone to show up at the service desk for several minutes. Finally a girl did, moving slowly. I told her why I was there. She asked if the F250 was 4 wheel drive. Yes it is. "Our policy is to only install 4 new tires on a 4 wheel drive. Would you like to install 4?" No thanks, the front tires have a lot of life left. "Well, our policy won't let us install your 2 new tires." I never use 4 wheel drive on pavement, but they couldn't care less. Later, they sent me a text saying they'd cancelled the appointment because I hadn't shown up. Argh!!! If you want to have a dumb, customer-unfriendly, we-know-best policy like that, that's your decision to make, but don't let me make an appointment, wait a week, waste a morning going to the appointment, and then refuse to perform the service that you scheduled, plus required me to pay for in advance. At this point, Walmart could be giving away tires and I'd still go elsewhere.

Here's the relevant excerpt from the relevant statute, mostly concerned with proof of age for purchases: 2025 COLORADO LIQUOR RULES DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE Liquor and Tobacco Enforcement Division 1 CCR 2023-2, Regulation 47-912. Until then I've had enough of King Soopers and will do my best to let everyone I can, know. I've been social media from day one. Oh, and, look at other reviews, the words 'lied to me' come up there too.. By the way, the AI you have in self checkout is just awful. I don't know what year the store was last decorated, but it reminds me of the 90s or early 2000s (at best). The signs literally made me laugh at how old they were, from the department signs to the aisles. The aisles contained things like "WEIGHT CONTROL" and "INCONTINENTS" (spelling) and many spots were missing. All of the fonts and artistic style screamed outdated. The cabinets and walls at customer service and the bakery are also very old. If the old was clean and well kept, that would be different, but throughout the store there was visible floor damage, scratches, and lots of weird large empty spaces on the floor. There was a limited selection of many popular healthy items such as gluten free, vegetarian, vegan which can be found in large quantities in other stores - a miss for those with any food allergies! I was going to pick up some ice cream, but the entirety of the freezer area seemed broken - there was a good half an inch or so of ice covering every item. One set of entry doors seems permanently closed, and the signs appear to be from 2020. The parking lot is in bad shape.
