This review is for the pharmacy. I picked up a prescription yesterday. There's a note in my file about needing a certain generic for this drug because I don't react well to others. I had no reason not to trust that they gave me the right thing but when I got home, I discovered that it was the wrong generic and that this particular generic is one I've had a very bad reaction to (likely it's an additive since generics can vary the additives but not the main ingredients). The pharmacy was closed by the time I got home so I called this morning. I was told they won't take back the unopened package (it comes prepackaged, it's not something they manually count) and I'd have to get a new fill from my provider, which isn't going to happen because I get this medication from an online provider. And I'll have to eat the cost since I pay cash due to my insurance not covering the drug. I also do not have any for my dose tonight. I've been trying literally all day to get them to see reason. I was told by the pharmacy manager that it was on me since I didn't verify that the medication was right. How, exactly, am I supposed to do that when they immediately put it in a paper bag as fast as they can, and won't let you see or handle it, until you pay. I was told since I paid for it they won't do anything about it. The system is rigged to allow them to make mistakes and not fix them. It's disgusting and predatory that they won't do anything to fix it. Go anywhere else for your Rx needs. I'm going to be switching all of my family's medications somewhere else and tell every single person I know to do the same. read more

Walmart knows more about what tires belong on your vehicle than you do. Doesn't matter if you've bought 30 sets of tires in your life, have a YouTube channel about working on cars, and have driven professionally. They know better than you! I already knew that they'd only sell you the tire size that originally came on your vehicle. That we-know-best policy is why I default to Discount Tire. But Walmart had a really low price on tires for my F250, so I ordered a couple. (The rears were worn out and the fronts were fine.) I answered every question, made an appointment, and paid for both the tires and installation. After driving 45 minutes, I arrived early for my appointment. Stood around waiting for anyone to show up at the service desk for several minutes. Finally a girl did, moving slowly. I told her why I was there. She asked if the F250 was 4 wheel drive. Yes it is. "Our policy is to only install 4 new tires on a 4 wheel drive. Would you like to install 4?" No thanks, the front tires have a lot of life left. "Well, our policy won't let us install your 2 new tires." I never use 4 wheel drive on pavement, but they couldn't care less. Later, they sent me a text saying they'd cancelled the appointment because I hadn't shown up. Argh!!! If you want to have a dumb, customer-unfriendly, we-know-best policy like that, that's your decision to make, but don't let me make an appointment, wait a week, waste a morning going to the appointment, and then refuse to perform the service that you scheduled, plus required me to pay for in advance. At this point, Walmart could be giving away tires and I'd still go elsewhere. read more

What can I say? It's Walmart. It's cheap, and usually everything is well stocked. I had no issues finding what I needed for the week. The store wasn't spotless, but given the amount of people shopping, it is what it is. Also, they did have some team apparel: Broncos, and Rockies. I didn't notice any Nuggets gear. read more

Many people have started to order online and pickup their order later. The downside is many worker's are very oblivious on what foods they add especially with freshness. Many orders that I have picked up had rotten and moldy food, which often leaks to other foods around it and I need to throw away. They're picky with refunds and their Walmart app barely works and can even restart your order, but my main message is the workers need to do better before someone becomes ill and Walmart gets sued. read more

What are the worst Walmarts that I go into around the country. Right now at 5:22 PM there's 49 people in line and only the self check out in two checkout lanes open as usual. Nothing is open on the east end of the store none of the self check out none of the checkouts. Because it said I would get the batteries I needed the next day, I opted to have everything shipped instead of going to pick them up. Big mistake! Everything BUT the batteries arrived. When I chatted with the agent, I was told they weren't available, even though I had just received an email telling me that everything had been delivered! Why say they were delivered if they weren't available in the first place??? Then I was told that if I wanted a Walmart refund, I could either get Walmart balance, which takes 3 hours, or credit, which takes 10 days. Its a Walmart, and before I discount it for being one of the largest retail stores in the world. I want to address the helpfulness and friendliness of one of the employees that helped me find a specific item that seemed really tricky to find. After the employee personally took me to the exact items location I was pleased with the speedy and error free checkout process at the self checkout kiosk. Good experience all around. read more

I think most people know by now that the only reason to shop at Walmart is the prices and they suck in every other aspect. I was trying to call corporate about an issue I had in the store. My previous record for the number of times I had to say "speak to a representative" before I got a person on an automated system was three times on TracFone. This is a walmart. Not a big supporter of Walmart in general. I was in the area today and needed to get some meat and cottage cheese for my dogs so i stopped in while i was waiting. They had large selctions of produce, frozen and processed foods. The store was clean. There was plenty of parking. The staff that I encountered were friendly. I only was in the grocery department so can not speak to the rest of the store. If i was in the area and did not have other options i would come back again. read more

The real rating is ZERO stars. In unfortunate situations where I need same-day delivery, I have ordered from this location (Denver Ave in Loveland). I literally have NEVER had a complete order arrive. They either 1) claim they're out of something (funny, my friend has then gone into the same store an hour later and items are indeed in stock), 2) send wrong quantities of things (too few), 3) broken or partially open items, and 4) EXPIRED items (my "fave"....NOT). When you order delivery, unfortunately you cannot pick the store, even though you may be equidistant to multiple stores. So, today, I was in a bind (without a car and other issues) and ordered a small order. 2 of the items (totaling less than $10) were expired (one was two MONTHS past expiry and the other was FIVE MONTHS past expiry). I went to chat in the app (they've at least in the past been reasonable, even though I was needing items that were missing or damaged for something that night). Today, they are saying I MUST bring these 2 expired food items to that store. UM, WHAT? You deliver me an order where I pay bag fee (no choices), delivery fee, and tip, and YOU neglected to 1) rotate stock and/or 2) check the expiry dates prior to checkout and you want ME to drive the things there and stand in customer service line. You people are out of your ever-loving minds. WORST....STORE....EVER. read more

How do you have $10 items locked up and have to ask for nonexistent assistance in Loveland Colorado? Walmart has become absolutely pathetic. They wanted to save money by using self checkout, make the public do their work and lay people off but when they realized that wasn't fiscally efficient due to theft. Now due to their own crappy policies, you can't even shop in Walmart without having to get help from eight different associates if you plan on buying from eight different departments in the store. I recently had a horrible experience at this store, with an employee who works the self-checkout named Mary. She's white, at least in her late 60s, with medium length straight gray hair. I was in the baby section with my 5 month old when all of a sudden a little maybe 2 year-old little boy came running into the aisle. He had no shoes on, was in summer pajamas in 50 degree weather, and had clearly not been given a bath in some time. I looked around for a parent, which there was none, so I stayed with the little boy as I didn't want him to be alone and have something happen to him. After about 2 minutes, from about 2 aisles over I hear "WACK WACK WACK" then screaming crying. I immediately walk towards the crying and see a younger woman with 2 very small toddlers literally hitting her children so hard I could hear her hand make contact with their bodies. She then sees the little boy, grabs him so hard, picking him up off the ground by his upper arm, violently sits him down then starts hitting him too! I immediately walk closer and tell her what she's doing is not okay! Here's the thing- I have seen many a kid get a swat to the butt or a smack on the hand and I obviously go about my business. But this was so bad, my motherly instincts blindly kicked in, and I just couldn't not say something. She and I went back and forth for a few minutes, and I walked away. I then went to customer service and found a Team Lead and told him what I had seen. He informed me that unfortunately there wasn't much they could do, but he was super pleasant and empathetic, and I completely understood; however, I had to least say something. So I'm in the self checkout and as I'm checking out I see the mother, who is also white, with the 3 kids walk up to Mary and start talking to her. I can't hear what she's saying but Mary turns to me, as I attempt to tell her what I had told the other employee, and she puts her hand in my face and threatens to kick me out of the store! She then puts her arm around the girl, as they both stare at me. The girl then smirks at me, and of course grabs her terrified children and walks off. I again try to talk to Mary, as I'm completely confused as to what just happened, and she again puts her hand in my face and says "you people" and turns her back to me. I'm Asian, and call it what you want, but that comment felt pretty damn racist to me. So let's be real here, it is Walmart, and this is the reason I don't shop here. I happened to be passing by and needed coffee creamer and wasn't going to pass another grocery store on my way home. I don't think Walmart puts their employees through very much "customer service training"... but what about common decency. What about those poor kids?? My heart literally aches for them... and by Mary doing what she did only serves to facilitate horrid "parenting" by a completely unequipped girl. Shame on you Mary, I really do feel sorry for you, but no doubt your life is as miserable as you are. read more

Well did a little shopping today. Got roughly $80.00 worth. I got checked out by a cashier. I walk to go out I see 6-7 carts roughly 20 ppl with a lot more than I have walk out not at all questioned or stopped. But I got picked. Profiled. Niko is one of the managers for Walmart in Loveland, CO and seems to be lacking in professionalism. I was trying to return a phone that I got at Walmart for $17.43 down and when the clerk in the electronics dept tried to refund the phone (which I was told I could do if it was within 30 days and I purchased this 9 days ago) the system was wanting to refund $205 which was the full price of the phone. Well we knew this was a problem so Zach then contacted a manager who I had to wait to come assist. When Niko got there, he said to me, "So you expect me to refund $205 to you?" I of course upsettingly answered back, "No of course I don't expect $205. I am just trying to return the phone within the 30 day return period which was explained to me when I purchased this phone." He then said that he was not going to help me at all and that I could leave and when I spoke again to try to explain further that I just need clarification on the return process, he said that we are beyond that and you need to leave. What? I'm not the one who approached a customer by accusing and humiliating them. But I walked away. I am perplexed as to how this person could actually be a manager when managers are supposed to attempt to resolve issues and if he didn't understand what was going on, then he should've asked someone else who could assist. Niko should not be in this position of management if he cannot resolve issues in a professional manner. I've never had a manager just accuse me of trying to get extra money for something when that intention had never crossed my mind nor would it ever. What a degrading way to treat someone. read more

I'm not surprised by some of the reviews here. The shame is that there are no responses by management on how they will make it better. It's there website and not a 3rd party per se. The pharmacy tried to do a good job. The issue sometimes is the fact you see half a dozen of people in line and a person will take a break cause they are due a break. I work 12 hr days without a break when the phones are lit up or people asking for Info. This doesn't happen every day so sacrifice cause I've waited over an hour to pick up meds. read more

The people that work here are horrible. I ordered Christmas photo cards on 11/30 and they were supposed to be ready 12/9. 12/9 came and went and no photos, I waited 6 days and still no photos after going to the store because my Walmart account said they were there and ready, no photos to be found. I gave a lesser rating earlier because I do have some legitimate complaints. Most of my complaints were heard and most of the time I was satisfied overall. However, I read some reviews after leaving mine and they were horrid. They really don't deserve those bad reviews. Any I had a complaint about the payment app a person stayed on the phone with me until it was fixed. Once I received a totally wrong order. I was told to keep it and I reordered. Gave most of groceries to my neighbors except the water. I've had one order not delivered but reordered and received next day. That one I even called the driver and was sent to vm. Someone arrived with the delivery person next day with a really attitude who gave me a mean look. Was he the person delivering the day before who didn't? Maybe? Only reason I can think of to be hostile unless he didn't like my skin color. That's the only time I've been treated that way by a delivery person regardless of their color. They're either always friendly and respectful, or they ring my bell and are gone before I get there. I've found nearly all Wal Mart employees at the 2 Loveland stores to be pleasant and helpful. Any time I have a problem I go to customer service in the app. First its the vr assistants which I hate but if you persist with tapping it's something else, you will get a live person on there and if they can't help you, you will get a phone usually within 5 minutes or less. They are always courteous even when I've been irate, but I usually warn them before I start that I'm upset and if I get angry, it's not their fault. I know they aren't the person causing the problem. Sometimes it's even me. Give them a break people. Most of them are doing the best they can at jobs that are thankless most of the time for a wage that will never get them out of the poverty level. That's not always true. Some will steal or leave your groceries maybe on the moon just for a kick. I've encountered at least a dozen or more, male and female, and only one person was rude, actually many more than that. I almost always rate them an excellent, but can't always tip them, but do if possible unless there was something wrong. read more

After 3 hours of waiting for sales associate to complete shotgun purchase we were told we would have to come back another day because when they received the firearm they checked it into the system with an incorrect serial number and now could not sell it. On my way home from work. Took in Primo 5 gallon water bottles to exchange. I put 3 bottles full of water in the basket . Put the bottles in , it did not spit out the tickets. Went to get a teller for assistance. Was approached by security and accused of trying to steal the water. Became very upset,told them to look at the video footage. They did so. Found that they were wrong. Security/ employees came out to apologize, try to make it right. Informed them Walmart has lost our business permanently. Will not be back. read more

1 star is only because it's the lowest I can give. My wife dropped off our van for 2 new tires. I suspect because she was a woman they insisted that she needed 4 new tires because it was an all wheel drive. I had to call them and explain forcefully that it is not an all wheel drive vehicle and the fairly new back tires still had tread and warranty. They definitely have qualms about taking advantage of customers when possible. I would discourage anyone from ever using them. read more

We used the auto center. We had a slow leak due to a nail. The leak was plugged within 1 hour. The next day the same tire was flat. We took the tire back to the same Walmart auto center. They informed us that the plug was not done properly and it could not be repaired. They said the tire would need to be replaced. We then took the tire to discount tire. They also told us that the plug was done incorrectly and could not be repaired. We we had to purchase a new tire even though this tire was only 6 months old. Walmart would not give a refund for the incorrect placed plug or a discount for a new tire. read more

Dont go to this Walmart I was riding around on the electric shopping carts because I was hit by a car and my leg hurt. I was forced to put it back and walk around only to get kicked out because my friend with diabetics was eating rice to get his blood sugar up. The auto center had our car for 4 hours for an oil change and tire rotation. When we went to pick it up nothing was done. They didn't have the oil filter for our jeep. Ok, no problem! But my issue is - we planned our day around this being done as most people do. Not a call, no tire rotation, nothing. At least call and inform your customers as to what is going on. Not a bad Walmart location; we were coming down from Estes Park and this was the nearest location to us. They had a great selection of Broncos merchandise, seasonal Christmas items, seasonal Broncos Christmas items... well, they had a lot of things, plus all that you'd normally expect from a supercenter, those being the full-service deli, fresh-baked bread, automotive department, and surprising lack of staff anywhere to be found in the cavernous aisles when you're looking for help. All the desks were staffed and any questions we had were professionally answered, but nobody seemed to be out and about to check on customers, despite the fact there were checkstands open with no customers (which is not usually the case at Walmarts I've been to) and two people behind the Electronics counter when there was only three people browsing items in the department in the first place. The staff was, as I mentioned previously, professional, but not overly friendly or engaging, and what will always bring me back to a location is the quality of service. For the number of people on staff at the time we were there, it would seem that some of their time would be better spent engaging their customer base (or at least making said customer base feel that someone is present that actually cares about whether they're "finding everything okay"), but I'll probably be back to this location if I'm in the area again. read more

The worst customer service ever in the photo department. Every team lead and manager should be fired. I sept 2 hours waiting while they were "looking" for my order, mean while the Team lead says there is nothing she can do and I need to talk to Walmart.com. My wife was on them phone with them and they were showing someone signed for them a the store I finally got the store manager involved. He somehow found them in the photo dept... shocker. So basically it comes down to crappy customer service and employee who A. Dont know how to do their job proficiently or B. Just don't care because they know they will get a pay check. Good job to the store manager. After all this pain, I still ended up paying for the pictures after all my wasted time and efforts. They couldn't even discount or comp them. Walmart has gone down the tubes I'll shop at Target from now on their customer service is way better! You lose Walmart. read more

Went here for a specific vacuum, the only one we were coming to buy (dyson) said ask for assistance... asked for assistance.. no one ever came. We had to go FIND someone. He said yes they are in the back... 10 minutes later he says they actually don't have any, when we asked where we can buy one since we had a gift card he had to go find someone to ask and disappeared for another ten minutes. Then came back and said the ONLY Walmart in our area who had dyson vacuums in stock was 30 minutes away on mulberry in Fort Collins. THIS is why I hate walmarts. Their employees don't know anything and this is the second time I've gone for something specific and they send me on a goose chase to find them. Don't display items you can't sell. Not to mention 2 older lady employees which one made it clear she was off the clock and didn't want to help. The other came up and moved my cart out of her way and sarcastically said "thanks" when she could have just gone around me! I would give no stars if I could. read more

I dropped off my car for an oil change and tire rotation at the auto center. As I was at the counter explaining what I needed done the mechanics in the shop were yelling and hollering the entire time. Very unprofessional. They told me that it would take about two hours and that they would give me a phone call when it was finished. Five hours later I called them asking about my car, and it had been done for three hours. My car was sitting there for three hours and they never called me to let me know I could come pick it up. Slow. Unorganized. Unprofessional. Rude. Straight garbage. read more
