This review is about Walmart's pharmacy, specifically their immunization program. Last week, I made my spouse and I made online appointments for today on Walmart's website. We became eligible for COVID-19 boosters and wanted to get them done before the holiday season started. We arrived and waited to check in. The staff checking us in was very nice and efficient. We turned over our CDC vaccination and insurance cards and filled out a quick form then we got back our insurance cards (they kept the vaccination cards to add further records) and we went to go wait since there were two people before us. The pharmacist giving us our vaccines was very nice, thorough and professional. Everything was explained to us before it was done and I found that to be refreshing because most pharmacists don't tell you step by step what they're going to be doing and when. I don't know if this is because I mentioned I was nervous but I really appreciated being told what was going to happen before it happened. Once we were done and had our updated vaccination cards, we headed on our way. It was a really fast, efficient, and positive experience. read more

We went to Walmart today to look for a table lamp. Since there were no outlets to test the brightness of the lamp we grabbed a lamp and went to the electronics department. We asked Brayden behind the counter if there was a plug in where we could plug in and try the lamp and he said no we don't have any wall plugs. I told him that all these TVS are running off plugs and he goes Yeah, they're all being used. So we left the lamp right there in front of him and walked about but not before once again thanking him for his amazing customer service skills. Is that the level of customer service that this guy wants to give people at Walmart? He doesn't even deserve to have a job there washing the toilets. If Walmart had any integrity at all, just off this review... They would fire this guy because he is not just underwhelming.... He is a liability to your business. We will never go back to that store and it's because of that guy right there... or is this where we have fallen from a service standpoint, where nobody cares anymore ?? Congrats Brayden ... you get the idiot of the decade award.. I ordered groceries for pick up. Order was delayed 2 hours. Went during the new assigned time after it said my order was ready for pick up. Been waiting two more hours in the parking lot. No one is bringing out any groceries. Went inside to offer taking them out to my own car. Several people standing around in that room. I was told to go back to my car and wait my turn. No one answers a phone. Mailbox is full on pickups. What a mess!!! Where is a manager or anyone who can sort through this disaster?!?! What is the problem??? read more

I went to Walmart in Loveland on 65th, this morning, got all the stuff I needed on my grocery list, it came to $110 and change. I thought going that early there wouldn't be long lines at the checkout. No checkout was open, just the do it your damn self line. I complained to the manager and mentioned that I'm disabled and no one helped me with my checkout process. She just looked at me like I was speaking a different language. So, my understanding is, if you're disabled, don't expect help, that they're always boasting about. read more

This post is way too long in coming but I can't say enough good about the responsive, kind and empathetic support I received from employees at this store. The February before the pandemic hit I was in this store and fell to the ground. A very sweet lady working new pet care came immediately. I thought I had heartburn as I had just been sent home from the hospital with 'reflux' long story short I had a serious blockage in my heart which necessitated a stent! I would not be here today were it not for the Store Manager and another store employee whose named May have been Carolyn but I am not sure. ( I believe she's still working there.) These employees went out of their way to insure my safety and well being and I will forever be grateful!! read more

So my complaint is not with the store. I have shopped here for years with no issues. My issue is with one person who was at the self checkout. I checking out my purchases, when a Walmart employee came up to me and began critiquing my choice of Magnesium gummy bears. She immediately began telling me how bad they were for me and had too much sugar, and that her husband was a doctor and he said you should never purchase gummy of anything, and that 20 % of all Americans will receive cancer because of what we are putting in our body. She said she is from Europe, and they eat superior to what us Americans eat, and their cancer rates are far lower than that of the Americans. She then asked me "how old do you think i am"? I immediately thought to myself, "that's a loaded question" but I decided to flatter her by telling her i thought she was 48. She proudly let me know she was 60. The truth is i knew she was in her late 50's early 60's but I wanted to make her feel good because most conservative Americans have tact and courtesy. I then asked her, "how old do you think i am"? She responded with 68, wow, I'm 62. Im reasonably fit and no health issues. I asked her what makes you think I'm 68? She said because have grey hair. I told her i've had grey hair since my 30's. I didn't say a word about her long "colored" fake hair but i do wonder how old she would look if she didn't color it. I did asked her one last question, "Where in Europe are you from?" She said France. Again i didn't say a word. But i have been to France, and i can tell you, some of the rudest people i have ever met come from France. She may be right as far as unusually high cancer rates in America, but she could stand to use a little tact and courtesy when dealing with customers. I didn't catch her name, but i doubt there are many 60 year old women who think they look younger than they are, originally from France working at the Loveland Walmart. Thank you for advice on the gummies. Now let me give you a little advice. Any time you are rude to customer in America, we have something called internet reviews. And we can post things that might have been said. And it was not your job to tell me what to purchase and what not to purchase. While shopping for LEGO sets for my grandsons, stopped by K-Mart on Hwy 34 - prices were so high! Went to Super Wal-Matt on Hwy 287, same LEGO sets were at least $10 cheaper. Much better place to buy toys. Cereal is cheaper, too. read more

Grocery prices are generally better than others, but many items I wanted were either out of stock or not carried at all. They have been out of stock for at least two months, so have to look elsewhere. Worst problem is that early in the morning, there is only self checkout available. I asked at least two employees about it and they were almost rude in their replies. read more

If I could give this store a zero, I would! I spent well over an an hour buying groceries (2 carts of stuff) around 9pm. We go to checkout and were told to checkout TWO CARTS of stuff through the self checkout lane. There were at least 6 associates standing around laughing and carrying on not giving two shits about it the female assistant manager joined them. But by golly, they sure were quick to see if we paid for our damn dog food. Who in the hell checks out two carts of stuff at a self checkout? We called their corporate office and got a "sorry." Then get a call from their oblivious manager COLE, same thing, "sorry." If I have to checkout that much shit on my own, where's my paycheck for doing their jobs? Sorry doesn't cut it. I will be shopping at target from here on out. This place is a joke and so unprofessional with ZERO accountability! At least I know the employees at Target would check our groceries out and they don't stop me over dog food like some criminal either. read more

Before anyone reads the following review and says 'what do you expect? Its Walmart. Its the Monday after Christmas.' Just stop. If you owned a business, you would NOT tolerate the following behavior from your employees. First off. Regardless of what silly American holiday it is, if your billion dollar business is open the day after a major American Holiday, you should staff your store accordingly. While the store didn't "seem" busy, they only had 3 staffed registers open. Whilst waiting in two of these lines for a good ten minutes each, we finally decided to go to self check out with a cart full of items, at least 150 dollars worth. The older woman who is paid to be helpful in the self check out area was flighty and rude, walking away when we asked for help and basically ignoring us. She came off like she didn't even care to be there, I get it. You're about to die and you have to work at Walmart. Someone of her age shouldn't be working such a busy area. Im not an agiest, I think businesses need to staff their establishments with people who can handle the customers. Clearly this woman could not. After the 4th time the older woman had to come over to slide her card to get the register to work, we asked for help from the dude wearing the giant sash that says "customer service manager", who was ill kept, with stringy long hair, not tied back. When we politely said 'excuse me' to ask a question, this man replied rudely with 'YOU'RE EXCUSED.' Zero eye contact. That's cute. That may work on the playground when you're 12, but when you're the CUSTOMER SERVICE MANAGER at a billion dollar store, that is not proper homie! When we tried to continue, the CUSTOMER SERVICE MANAGER, shooed us away back to our register stating 'She (old woman on her death bed) will be with you in a minute.' So we left. Left 150 bucks worth of product in our shopping cart. We normally shop at the other Walmart in Loveland. We wanted to give this one a shot, but after this experience, we wont be going back. We did speak with the manager on hand, got the corporate number to complain to them as well. Nothing will change obviously. That stringy haired "customer service manager" will still work there, he'll just be moved to a different department. The old woman who should be enjoying retirement will still be put in places she can't handle. But what should I expect? Its Walmart right? read more

I previously bought a rice seasoning there and I couldn't find it on the shelves so after several minutes of searching myself I went to the customer service desk to find someone to help me locate the item. I waited in line patently as it's the first of the month the woman in front of me was trying to print a money order well the money order machine jammed and rather than one woman working on the money order machine and the other woman continue to help customers they both focused on the money order machine resulting in me waiting over 30 minutes for someone from a checkstand to come over and say he could help the next person and then when I asked him to help me locate the item he said this isn't my department I don't know how to help you need to download the app. Seriously? Don't waste your time or money here. You are better off ordering from amazon or king soopers. read more

Waited 15 mins in line because there were only three registers open - two having just closed - at 10am on a Monday the day after Christmas. Numerous managers and employees were walking around the front of the store hanging out by the bathrooms and chatting with the door persons. Finally, my wife and I give up on the slow checkers and go to self-checkout. As expected, it's jammed. The one woman working the eight or so self-checkout machines is overwhelmed. The machine we are using is obviously having problems as every item we put an item in the bags it thinks the weight is off. After the fourth item in a row (out of a total of five items), I walked over to the "Customer Service Manager" Ken. He looked busy so I tried to be polite and said "Excuse me, can I get..." He cuts me off midsentence and retorts with "You're excused!" I was stunned and confused. I apologized and asked him what he said. He simply said, "Can't you see I'm busy? She'll help you when she's done. Go back to the register." Needless to say, at this point I was not going to purchase anything from this store. I asked him to speak to his manager. He explained how busy he was because he needed to check this item for another customer and I can wait until he's done. He humerously fumbled through his cell phone looking up a product on the Walmart.com app to find out if it was something they sold. Don't ask me why he'd be looking on his phone for something when he's standing at a register... Eventually he called over the manager and I explained the "Customer Service" manager's statements. As you'd expect he was appauled and promised to handle the issue immediately with Ken. Also, to my surprise, he encouraged me to report Ken to the corporate office. It makes me wonder if they have had issues like this before and simply need a reason to excuse someone like Ken. Frankly, any store that would maintain a service employee that would treat a customer as insultingly as Ken did will not get my business again. read more

Worlds worst Wal-Mart... consistently missed pricing of items on shelves and sale items not priced as advertised... So I live fairly close so I have gone to this store for specific items that have been advertised at specific prices. 2 times out of 4 I have had to call Mgt to fix the price that the register actually rang the item up. one item from the meat area even had the price on the outside of the case but they never changed the tags on the meat. go anywhere else... the other Wal-Mart in town is much better..... at least you wont get ripped off read more

Our recent experiences here have been very good. Needed help and actually found the store manager Cliff working the floor and asking people if they needed help. Made the mistake of buying eight new tires for two of our vehicles here. Purchased Douglas All Season Tires in July 2016. Paid to have them rotated by this same Walmart in October 2016. By January 2017, six months later, the treads of the tires were showing through at only 13,000 miles on a tire that is supposed to have a warranty of 45,000 miles. Service Manager was not willing to work with us at all. Said our vehicle probably needed alignment because in his words, "everytime you hit a bump in the road, you need to have your car aligned." Went to another store and bought four new tires and we were pleased with the service they gave us. Will never do business with this Loveland Walmart Tire and Battery Service Department EVER again. read more

So I stopped in here tonight to try to pick up something quickly. I came in the North entrance to find ZERO cashiers working the fast lanes on the this end of the store. WTF? Why is this is always the case in here and why even have a North entrance? Walked all the way to the other end to check out and now it is self checkout only and the item I wrung up from the pharmacy area requires a cashier to come and make sure I am over 18. So I wait and wait for the cashier and this is supposed to be more efficient? It takes me a ridiculous amount of time to go into this store to get one simple item. I can get through about any other store quicker than the checkout lanes at this laugher of a business. Won't be back any time soon after this ordeal I experienced in here tonight. I received a gift for Christmas which I was told was from here. I wanted to simply trade it for the same thing but in a different color. The first lady I talked to in customer service was very cranky with me and simply said "not without your receipt" so I explained again that all I wanted is a color that wasn't so damn ugly. She had to go get the manager now because she "can't make that call" like it was life or death, really?!?! So, the manager comes over, I explain the whole situation again (in clear English), but she kept asking me if I remembered which store I bought it at. I had to explain THREE times that it was a gift and I am not the one who purchased it, which, by the way, is the whole reason I don't have a receipt. After telling my story over and over again to no avail, I decide to just give up and leave. Their policies are as stupid as their employees are apparently. I think I may have to become a target girl. I went to shop for groceries at Walmart on W. 67th St. in Loveland, CO today about 5 pm. No carts at the door. The gentlemen at the door went and got a cart and disinfected it for me. Otherwise I would have had to wait for who knows how long since they were just then starting to gather carts. When I got to the self check-out the lady pointed me to a vacant check-out. Since it had not been disinfected after the previous customer I asked if they were still disinfecting the check-outs. She said yes but they had been very busy. I said I would use it if she would disinfect the check-out and she did. She was standing idly by with another lady when I arrived. I also noticed at my previous shopping they were not disinfecting the check-outs regularly between customers. I went to customer service to let them know about my experience. They told me that they were still disinfecting between customers and I let them know it wasn't being done. There was a manager right next to her when I spoke to her and she said she would relay my message. This store could be so much better, but it seems that customer service is an after thought and that they are mainly geared at online grocery orders. read more

I like this Walmart because the employees I have encountered are friendly. I especially like the staff in the pharmacy. Much better than King Sooper's and Walgreen's. I know lots of people don't like to patronize the Waltons, but the employees are generally pretty good. Probably deserve higher wages! read more

I just want to say thank you to this Walmart for allowing dogs in the store. It's much too hot to leave a dog in the car, and it certainly makes it easier for me to do my shopping when I can take my dog with me. She is very well-behaved and loves cruising up and down the aisles. Thank you, Walmart! I do have to say though - unfortunately, there are a few people who have given me nasty looks when I'm with my dog in the store. I'm not sure I understand this. Who doesn't love a dog? Especially, one who is well-behaved and stays right with its owner. These are unhappy people and no doubt are Trump supporters. Too bad, my shopping experience would be so much more enjoyable if it weren't for these crusty, cranky, and miserable people. Thanks again though, to this Walmart. Cannot believe the incompetence and deception from these morons at the Pharmacy. Went in to get to prescription drugs and was told the price was $170. I told them I had a discount card and was told we don't accept those. I have pointed out their price matching policy and they stated it was illegal to give discounts on prescriptions to cash customers. So I decided to leave and then realized my goodrx.com app showed the price for my 2 prescriptions at $40. I went back to the pharmacy 4 minutes before 9 and the lady close the door on me. I pointed out to them it was not 9 yet and they reluctantly open the door with tremendous attitude. I showed them the app and they said they would honor the price as long as they could scan my phone. F*** that! The price was still double what Albertsons on 34 offered. Stupid Walmart morons have never been great at customer service. And this store is certainly no exception. Do yourself a favor download the goodrx.com app and steer clear of this Pharmacy. Suffice it to say they suck. read more

The customer service at this store is AWFUL! We stopped by to get a new battery for our vehicle. There was ONE person working in their auto repair section and a 3 HOUR wait! We drove up as we had never been to this location before. The lanes said drive up so we did and the employee out there who was very rude told us we had to go inside and they would let us know how long the wait was. I said there was no one in line so how long could it possibly be? He told us to go drive over to x spot and then park and go inside and the lady inside would help us. We went inside and stood there for over 10 MINUTES before anyone came to the counter. We looked around and could not see a employee anywhere in the vicinity. There was no bell to ring. My kids starting saying really loud. Ding ding ding to try to get someone to come up to the counter! When she did FINALLY manage to get up there she was not friendly and not very helpful. Informed me it would be an over 3 hour wait. I said that we needed to wait over 3 hours for something that would take 2 minutes? She said yup. And then just stared at me. I will NEVER go back to this store ever again. THEY ARE AWFUL!!!! read more
