I settled right in and Monica (Lanett's very talented makeup/hair stylist) started on my hair and makeup immediately. She did a beautiful job. Since this was my first time doing a boudoir photo shoot I felt the usual nerves. Lanett really helped ease my insecurity. From hand to foot placements, she did an awesome job at guiding me through the entire shoot. I honestly do not think anyone else could have done a better job with this. Walking away from the studio I had a huge smile on my face and was so happy with the experience. A few weeks later, I made an appointment for the photo reveal and picked out the pictures I wanted for my album and digitals. This was very exciting and fun! My album arrived today (about 7 weeks after the shoot) and I am in awe. The photos are absolutely gorgeous! It took a long time for me to make a decision, but Becky was very patient, knowledgeable, and kind, not at all pushy, and was ready to take my order when I was comfortable with the purchase. When it was delivered from Norway, I brought it home and noticed that a section of the leather on the side seemed a little darker than the rest and it felt tacky to the touch. I brought it back to the store where Becky and Samantha examined it closely and agreed that something was just not right. Becky offered to order a new upholstered leather top to replace it. The second top arrived and it is in fine shape. I really appreciate Becky's offer to replace the top. It demonstrated to me the willingness of the business to accommodate its customers. This ottoman really is gorgeous. It is made with Stressless' top-of-the-line leather called Noblesse. It's the softest most supple leather I've ever felt and worth the price, IMO. If you're thinking of purchasing Stressless leather furniture, I'd urge you to save up a bit more so that you can buy their Noblesse leather. It is so luxurious! Personally, I have never had a male boudoir photographer and decided to give Mark a try. I recently had surgery and this was my first boudoir shoot after recovery, so this was a special occasion! Booking and completing the online consultation was easy. I had the advantage of already being familiar with boudoir, but for anyone who is hesitant to try for whatever reason, the virtual consult is sure to put your nerves at ease. My first impression of Mark was that he is very professional and respectful. You can tell that his mission is clear and he wants his clients to have full control over what they want out of boudoir. Everything was explained clearly and I was left with zero questions. On the date of the shoot, I was able to find Mark's studio with ease. There is ample parking as it is in a neighborhood, and the unit itself is located in a gated condo community. He came down to greet me. Upon entering the unit, I was greeted by his makeup artist and she got straight to work while Mark went upstairs to give us privacy. Both Mark and the artist made me feel very comfortable and, bonus points -gave me deejay power. The makeup artist was very flexible and didn't ask a slew of questions when I told her that I didn't have any expectations. I don't own a lot of makeup and wearing it is even more rare, so it was a nice change of pace to have someone truly use my face as a canvas. I am super pleased with the results and was able to wear it to dinner that same night! As for the shoot itself, Mark conveyed his instructions well while considering what I wanted from the shoot. At no point did I feel uncomfortable, unsafe, or insecure. He encouraged taking my time and didn't force me to do anything that I didn't want to do or was physically incapable of doing because holy cow -boudoir is a workout. Anyway, it took a little while for photo editing but it was worth the wait! An additional appointment was required for the reveal, and it was very challenging to pick my favorites since Mark did an amazing job. As for payment, Mark was super patient and understanding with me despite a few financual curveballs. Once paid in full, I received my boudoir photos, elegantly displayed in a photo album. The extra goodies (chocolate and a yeti cup) lends a luxurious feel, all packaged in a gift bag. Everything was so well done! I am pleased to report that the entire process from start to finish was effortless, and I highly recommend Dream In Blue Photography!

I would that as far as most Ross stores go this one tends to be slightly above average in the…read morevariety of the items that they have for sale. The inventory rotates around fairly often to where we have made this part of our normal rotation of places to visit on a weekly basis. The store tends to kept pretty clean and other than the occasional overly busy times, is staffed adequately for what it is. I'm not exactly sure how Ross does their pricing structure, but for the most part I would say that most items are priced fairly for what they are as all the items are indeed new. As there seems to be a variance in the bulk of items that other Ross stores have in supplies, this one in particular is good for gardening items, shoes, clothing and your basic kitchen goods. The bed and bath area sometimes gets emptied out and has a small variety of items compared to some other stores I've seen, but overall it has a decent selection of just about everything. Also, the artwork is rotated pretty regularly if youre looking for some new wall decor.
