So I stopped in late tonight because I needed to pickup this photo I had ordered. So I walked to the electronics desk, where two employees were chatting while right nearby the desk. So I asked if one of them could possibly help me get my ordered photo (they keep all ordered printed photos in a basket, that's in a locked cabinet, behind the electronics desk), he proceeds to just start walking towards the electronics desk, so I assume he's about to help me. NOPE! He walks right past the desk into the back room, without ever saying a word to me. It was so freakin bizarre... so then I proceed to try and ask any passing employee I see for help, and they all claim they're "going to get someone." But after waiting all in all 45 min, no one came to me without me having to try and track them down first. All I wanted was my ordered photo, it just would've taken 5 seconds for an employee to grab for me! So freaking frustrating! read more

They need to give you a map and not everyone in the store knows where things are so good luck with that I was persistent and ultimately found out found where where my product was and a good price and convenient shopping but I'll say this about Walmart that I will rarely shop there because of the way they treat their employees which is like crap. read more

Walmart continues to use FedEx for deliveries despite repeated failures to deliver packages to my actual address. My orders are frequently marked as "delivered" but are left at inaccessible locations on my apartment property, not my building or my door. I am disabled and have clear delivery instructions on my Walmart account. These instructions are followed by UPS and Amazon, but routinely ignored when Walmart uses FedEx. I have raised this issue multiple times. Walmart has never responded. The result is that I pay for items I cannot reliably receive. Accessibility is not optional. Continuing to use a carrier that repeatedly ignores delivery instructions for disabled customers reflects poorly on Walmart and is actively pushing me to shop elsewhere. read more

Shopping in person has gotten difficult because of some disabilities so walking through the giant store is too hard. So we have been doing pick up The workers are very friendly and do a good job of packing items into our bags But every order, something is replaced with a completely inappropriate other item. For example, salmon, cat food replaced by chicken. Our cats are all allergic to chicken so this was unusable. Another, sesame, salad dressing replaced by Italian. My husband and I both hate Italian dressing. If you call for customer assistance, you can get a credit onto your account. In the last few months, there have been numerous associates at this Walmart location that cannot speak english and, therefore, are unable to assist me. They have all been very pleasant and I have absolutely nothing against anyone who might not speak english (my immigrant grandparents only spoke Italian), however, as a customer who is spending my money at this store, in the US, I do expect to receive assistance in the language that I speak. read more

Horrible experience I have ever had. As I am writing this I am still in my car 1.5 hours waiting for my drive up order that I was notified was ready for pickup. Was told they are short staff ect, but then when they finally come out they start loading people's cars that just arrived, while I still wait. An employee came up to me asking am I Felicia, I said no but been waiting over an hour. Now it is just 3 more cars and me...all the cars that have come before me got their stuff first and I am still waiting. There is no system in place it seems to see who has been waiting to get them loaded first. So here I am still sitting in my car in the cold, waiting. read more

1. I was trying to buy a dvd that had a lock thing on it and it took the employees about 5-7 minutes to open it, they had to call the manager, by the time they finally opened it there was probably about 6 employees gathered around trying to figure it out. so at that point I just told them to put it back because I didn't want to wait for them anymore. also don't they teach you guys this? like cmon. 2. floors are extremely dirty. everything is dirty here, all the prices are wrong. its like the employees aren't even cleaning or doing their f'n jobs, i can tell they are always slacking off! This store is squeaky clean. Though it is laid out differently than the Walmart stores I'm used to, it was much easier to navigate. The store is very organized and well-stocked. I ended up going in twice because I forgot to get something the first time. There were ample cash registers open with short lines. The cashier was friendly and efficient. My second trip was into the pharmacy. They were apologetic for being busy and told me that they would be with me shortly. While they checked me out, they engaged in short, friendly conversation which I appreciated. Upon exiting, the greeters bid me goodbye. The parking lot was extremely clean with no debris on the ground and the trash cans were not flowing over. Surprisingly, there were no stray carts anywhere. read more

I usually shop the Longmont store on Main St. but was running errands near this one, so I stopped in. From the get go, every single Walmart associate I encountered was friendly and eager to help me! From the paint guy who had to get help with the calibration on his computer to match the paint chip I brought in from my wall, to the cashier who took my word about the price of an item that I swore was wrong, to the greeter on the way out who was so personable that I wanted to stay and chat with her, I am so impressed that I am making this my main store from now on. You can tell the atmosphere when you walk in is happy and thankful toward customers. It reminded me of the book "Fish" about why the employees at fish counter at Pike Place Market are so happy and love their job. It's not the work. It's their attitude. Bravo Walmart employees! Would give no stars if possible. I tried to place a pickup order a few days before Christmas and they canceled over half of it an hour before it was set to be ready because "items were out of stock".. interesting since their stock says upwards of 30 units on the items I selected. Because of this, I canceled the rest of my order, they didn't have a place to see when I would get my refund and when I called they were very rude and told me it would be 2-3 buisness days. Well, it's been a week now and they've charged me for items I never received and won't answer ANY calls to answer what the charges are to my account. I don't like to leave bad reviews but this is HORRIBLE. They left me on hold for 45 minutes and hung up multiple times. No one should go through this. Avoid this store at ALL COSTS. read more

Went to this store to pick up dog food sweet potatoes and brown sugar. When leaving i get asked can i see your receipt. That would be fine but it happens every time i go in there. Then they tell me they stopped me cause i have loose items. Then i see 3 other non color couples go through with pop another with canvasses and top it off dog food dont stop them. Then they say oh i didnt see them. Ask to speak to manager they take there time to get the manager for me to complain to. Cant file a formal complaint only to a manager on duty. Just have to say something about these posts. I work overnights at this store. At every retail store, I would believe they pump up the asset protection. This walmart loses A LOT of income to the company all year from theft, day or all night. I myself believe they should be this on top of it all year. We at this store are proud of what we do. We strive to keep the prices down, the store is as clean as it should be 97% of the time even though we are always short handed of associates. Theres always a few bad eggs wherever you shop, but for the most part I believe everyone of us tries very hard to be helpful and friendly. Next time you lose your cool for being late (because of us) or having to wait a few extra minutes, put yourself on the other side of the problem. We all work VERY hard for our paychecks. Of the two Walmart's we have in town, this is usually the one I prefer to go to even though its further away from me. The store is much cleaner and the staff is far more helpful and friendly. This also seems to usually have things in stock, and people actually working to replace stock if its empty. Having had several dealings with the customer service area I can also say that this is better for that as I have never had any issues with returns or problems getting resolved. Out of the two in town, this is the better one to go to. read more

This store follows you out to check your receipt. I purchased a t.v. from them walked out and nothing was said my mom followed me out and was stopped for having diapers. I have never returned an item to this store when I went in to exchange a car seat I bought I was treated like a common thief and asked what day did you buy this and it only shows it $30. Such a large place it has so many different products. And we met the absolute best cashier. His name is James and he helped us out so much. He was so friendly. He even gave us a lot of ideas on cool things to do while we are here in Colorado. Absolutely the best employee I have ever met. Not just for Wal-Mart but anywhere I have been. Had to make it a klusterphuck - I thought that they might have someone there that could fulfill a tiny box shortly after they opened at 7am - Zchit NO! - you gotta wait till noon! and that's the rules! Don't mess with Missy Blue Vest!!! She says - you do! Anyway - I went at 10:30 because I was in town - I knew since i woke up that this was going to happen this day. You can read "Stupid" now before it happens it's gotten so bad! So I am there - I ask if I can pick up my paid for online order - OH HELL NO! You gotta wait! Or cancel the order - and you have to go home to do that - we can't help you here!! Here the stupid item is within eye sight, paid for but NO! RULES ARE RULES AND YOU'LL WAIT LIKE THE REST OF THE SHEEP WE CONTROL! Excuse me? I'll shop elsewhere from now on! These people are the lowest on any pole you can think of. Such a horrible experience - I was purchasing moving boxes and large rolls of bubble wrap that ran over both sides of my shopping cart. When I went up to self checkout, Luis was stocking batteries and his cart was "just" enough in the way making it difficult to navigate around him. I politely asked him to roll the cart forward (it was on wheels) so that I could pass... He looked at me, my cart, and continued arranging batteries; completely ignoring my request. At that point, I tried to get around him and got the edge of the moving boxes caught on the battery cart. I again asked "can you please roll the cart forward a bit?" - he again looked at my cart and said (no exaggeration) "you have plenty of room you retard" - I was shocked that he wouldn't have just rolled the cart forward, and to use such a derogatory term on a customer!!!! Wow, this does not say much for the character of this young man. He should be ashamed of himself and should have been fired on the spot! read more

This place is a pit. They currently are having this huge reset, so shelves are empty, product is in the middle of the aisle, the employees are very short tempered. But, here's the icing on the cake. They actually think they are doing the customers a favor, by removing 1/3 of their registers and putting in those stupid, insipid self check-outs. This store now has, are you ready for this?, 10 manned registers. That is it. They say it's to get more employees in the departments, but that hasn't happened. They say they can't find help, but the hundreds of people that apply in a week never get phone calls or interviews. Wal-mart makes billions of dollars a year and this is the best they can do? Not to mention, our bill has jumped 60 dollars (over $200) every two weeks and we haven't changed our shopping habits. Hey Wal-mart, you want me to check myself out, bag my own groceries and load them myself, then i expect a discount for all that money you're saving by not hiring that extra checker. By the way, your employees are utterly miserable. You know why? Because of everybody griping to them about having to wait in line, because you don't have enough checkers. Bottom line, self check-out is ripping away jobs from American people, and as an "America First" company you shouldn't have to be told this. Was in line trying to purchase cigarets. Check out person asked for my ID, I gladly showed her. Than she proceeded to ask for the 2 people that were with me. Because they had left there wallets in the car, they were not able to give them there ID. This is were I get confused. I was told that I was unable to purchase the cigarets and was told to read the sign. Were the sign clearly does not state that the persons in the check out party are required to verify there age. Only the person purchasing. Than, I asked for a manager, and never heard what I had to say, instead I stood there as the manager listened to her explanation. So I determined that the Walmart employees/ staff did not even care to understand where I was coming from. I would hate to say, but if this is walmarts policies, how are they selling these items to customers that may have there children with them. I personally do not like the big corporations and this has given me another reason to bring my business to someone else.
