Well, they do have two self-checkout machines next to the cashier. Pharmacy is usually the busiest area among the store, the wait time is within 10 min, if you have 4 people ahead of you. The store is clean and quiet. People seem to come here for designated items and prescription, in and out. I am here to use my coupon today, so I have opportunity to check out each isle when I try to get inspirational. There are many discounts toward various item, and they are 95% fully stocked for off-the-shelf items. As of pharmacy, Claritin-D is out of stock, and Covid-19' home test kit is out of stock for this location. When you have one manufacturer coupon and one cvs store coupon toward the same single product, the store honors both coupons at the same transaction, which is very good for the customer. But if you have two cvs coupons on one same item, you can only use one at a time.

He seemed to be the only one there and I heard him do the same to every other person that walked in as well. On top of that, when he saw me looking a little aimless, he promptly asked if he could help me find something. And then on top of THAT when my arms were getting a little full (because you never just get the one thing you came in to get) he got me a basket. Again, he was the only one there, so this was while working the register. He was just awesome and so pleasant and I wish I got his name. 4 Stars - A Much Better Experience Than North Brunswick…read more After a frustrating visit to the North Brunswick Walmart--where pressing the help button in the paint section got me nothing but a wild goose chase to electronics and a mile-long line--I was pleasantly surprised by how smoothly things went at the Old Bridge location. I pressed the button in the paint section, and unlike before, I received immediate assistance. The associate was helpful, and I was in and out quickly without any unnecessary hassle. It's clear this store is better managed and customer-focused. I'm giving four stars because while the experience was great, there's always room for improvement--but compared to North Brunswick, this place is a breath of fresh air.

It does have some interesting products like the Better Goods Walmart brand. The frozen gnocchi is quite good and so are the chippies made with avocado oil. Not all of the chippies are as healthy so check the ingredients carefully. There is a FedEx and Subway inside for convenience and shoppers find it convenient to stop at Subway for a lunch break. After debating with him over medication pricing on WALMARTS OWN SITE he begrudgingly went to verify the information. During this time I told him if they advertised this medication then that's the price it would be he responded with a smug "no it isn't". And added how "he doesn't have to honor anything on the site". Oh really? I wonder what the State department of consumer affairs and the board of health would have to say about his license and practices. After this entire ordeal it turned out the doctor wrote a script for a different form of it. Easy to fix right? Not here. Instead of offering to see if they could assist in changing it I called the doctor myself and had them send over an updated script. I no longer get prescriptions filled here with people that can't be bothered and are more interested in arguing with customers than helping them.

I was told the medication was in progress and to come back until after 2 (little did I know they cared more about their lunch break than customers health! As I left, I received a phone call stating that my Rx was ready, so I came back and when I was in the drive thru, they took care of the car Infront of me and did not open the window for me because they were out to lunch. On top of that, I went in instead spoke to the Pharmacist and she told me it has to go through a system and she was unable to fill it? and her register is down for lunch, and she cannot fill the medication. A pharmacy should be a place where accuracy, professionalism, and basic courtesy are guaranteed, especially when it comes to people's health. Unfortunately, this location failed on all counts. We are talking about my 1-year child who is severely sick and a terrible ear infection. I would not recommend this pharmacy and will be taking my business elsewhere. By looking at the reviews on here I can't even find one positive one. Seems like we are all complaining about the same thing. This is one of the WORST pharmacies I've been too.

They also do compounding although I haven't used them for this and the compounding might be a bit more expensive. I have used them to fill prescriptions when other places wouldn't fill them. They are able to fill the prescriptions reasonably quickly and I think if you are in the local area then the may deliver although I haven't used them for this. If you want a friendly local pharmacy that doesn't reject prescriptions and also does compounding then this is a good place to go. The prices are also reasonable.

They knew everyone by name and they really cared about everyone's service right down to their medication therapy & patient's cost of treatments such as copays and insurance coverages especially when it came to their custom compounding services. I've never been to any business where the employees are worried about how much their customer's shopping will cost them. It's like driving into Exxon Gas Station and the attendant is like "Sorry, but the fuel prices are exorbitant! is $5.39 per gallon for regular gas okay with you? How can we help you afford your gas for your car?" But Loving Care Pharmacy does it.
