I had a terrible experience at the tire and lube center today. Last month my husband took the car in for an oil change. When he returned home the tire pressure light had come on, he checked and the tire was almost flat. He rushed it back over to Walmart and was told they had "fixed" the problem. Today I noticed my tire pressure light was on again, got out and saw it was the same tire walmart had "fixed" I went to take the valve stem off and it snapped in half. It was obvious they never fixed the issue. It looked like someone there had cracked it and they used a glue of some kind to repair it. When I took it to Romona tire to have it fixed (because they refused to) he mentioned I was lucky, it could have burst at anytime (I usually have four small children in my car at all times). The manager Manny had an attitude and seemed totally annoyed by my situation. After pushing for a few minutes he informed me I could file a claim with Walmart (I wont hold my breathe) the assistant manager was a lot more polite but I doubt I will ever see a penny on this claim. It's sad, I have had my oil changed at walmart at least once a year for the past 16 years, I will be going else where for car service, even if that means spending a little more. This is absolutely the WORST Walmart I have ever been too! The people who work there are not helpful at all and the store is dirty and a mess! It seems like the employees don't even know where anything is because each one that I asked where something was located, all I got was "it's over there in that corner", with them just pointing towards the opposite side of the store!! Never once did someone try to show me or at least give me a department or isle number!!! I will drive to another city and location before I step foot back in this Walmart store!!!!! read more

I was there 3 days ago looking for a 26" bicycle tire inner tube. It was out of stock, I went by today again and it is still out of stock !! It also has a weird atmosphere. Seems like things are kind of scatter. For example, they put white glues in the arts and crafts section, not in the school supplies section. Reminds me of the old Kmart. Just go there and see for yourself. Target is way more organized. read more

This Wal-Mart is an OK location to go to. My main problem is that it's way too dirty. Yes, you do get greeted by some cold air when you walk inside (which I love), but the floors of this Wal-Mart look like they haven't been properly mopped in weeks. Trash is scattered all over the place, and some areas of the store smell like disgusting meat. There is a huge number of people, including loud children, here, so I suggest you come really early or really late to avoid that and the long lines at the checkout. They do have a decent movie/music area, but most times you will find CDs disorganized and messy, and cracked CD cases. Clearly the nearby Best Buy is a better place to go than Wal-Mart for buying CDs and DVDs, even though Wal-Mart sells edited albums, which is a plus because I don't usually buy CDs with a Parental Advisory. Overall, this Wal-Mart is OK. I would come back to this store, but I would definitely stay aware of better stores. read more

Wal-Mart Services are always "out of service"!! I am a Target shopper, but a couple of times a year I give Wal-Mart a chance. Today, 06/21/2015, Wal-Mart let me down AGAIN. I arrived at an empty photo center at 10:00 a.m. to convert some movies to digital. I pushed the button for service and waited over 5 minutes before the assistant store manager came by only to go and find the electronics person. Once the electronics person found out why I was there, she went to speak to her store manager and came back to report that their digital movie service was down. It appeared to me that the electronics person did not know how to use the conversion soft-ware and that the store manager didn't have time to help me. What a shame as I had money to spend. I guess I will be spending it elsewhere. read more

I've never yelp on anyplace before, but this Walmart is the worst store I've ever been to! The employees are so rude, not all of them but a large portion are very rude. Every time I shop here at walmart I always tell myself to get only one item. I come out of the store with a cart full of items! They have so much here and the employees dont seem to bother me at all. I have been to many WalMart stores before, and this one is lacking in everything. The isles are too small, the shelves are not stocked, and the grocery section is more like a convenience store. I don't like going there. It is too crowded (especially with the narrow isles). It is difficult to find things and the people are not helpful. read more

Took some tires and rims to get mounted and balanced. Nothing odd or special. After 3 hours they inform me that three are down but the fourth is only half done and I can either wait for them to take another lunch break or go somewhere else. Lesson learned, don't have Walmart do tires. read more

Super disappointed every time I come here, or any Walmart for that matter. The only reason I'll eve come to this trashy store is after normal business hours. Their low prices don't mean squat. Any other retailer will price match. My latest problem with them was when I drove an hour to pick up a PS4 at 5 in the morning. The online website showed it in stock at this store. I tried about a dozen times to call and confirm it was there, but no answer. I'd let the phone ring for 2-3 minutes each time. So I made the drive out. Not only was it not in stock, the employee couldn't have cared less. They simply brushed it off and said the inventory shown on the website is wrong all the time. How this organization is the largest retailer in the US is beyond me. Amazon is right on their heels, and with the way Walmart is running things, they'll be the next to start closing stores right behind Macy's and Sears. I ordered my PS4 from Amazon and It will be here in 2 days. Enjoy it while it lasts Walmart. Amazon is coming for you. read more

I've visited different Walmart stores but have never had such a HORRIBLE experience as I have with this one. I've probably gone to this store at least ten times and the employees never fail to treat their customers like complete c***. If you plan to call their phone line, expect someone to answer and then they'll put you on hold. You'll be on hold for nearly ten minutes and then they hang up on you. If you call in to complain, they hang up on you. The employees walking around the store are rude. If you ask them for help to find something, they'll sigh and look at you as though you're wasting their time OR they'll tell you they can't help you. I asked to speak with management once - it took them 20 minutes to come down! 20 MINUTES?! Seriously? That's way too long when there's a problem. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. If you're looking to save money, it works out but if you think you're going to get any type of customer service, visit another store because you won't find it here. read more

I have been buying propane tanks and exchanging propane tanks from Walmart from some time now, for just about all my outside recreational activities, but this store for about 7 years now. On 8/6/15 I go to exchange the Propane Tank, the Department manager of gardening said we don't exchange Propane Tanks. You have to bring the tank to AmeriGas. Roughly 10 miles away. Now I have been exchanging these defective tanks with Walmart for ever. Whenever the tank is defective. Because I am not going to tamper with the valve except for turning the tank on and off. At least as long as I can remember. I said ok! I really did not want to go off! I kept reminding myself, be the professional you are,I I went to AmeriGas. He tested the tank and the valve. I purchased another tank.He said, in lay men's terms I only had air in the tank. The tank was not purged properly and their was no propane in the tank. I tried to contacted the manager of Walmart of the store 3 different times. I was hung up on one time, the other two times I stayed on the line for 10 minutes with no answer. So I hung up. I called headquarter for customer service. They said some one will call me in less than 3 days. No one has called me yet! No nothing and today is 8/23/2015. So, it goes without saying, I not be going back to Walmart for anything! Target is a refreshingly better option for me. My propane needs are directly from Amerigas. That $1500.00 to $2000.00 a month is nicely spent at Target! read more

I really thought everyone on here was exaggerating in regards to the professionalism of this Walmart but you all have hit the nail on the head it's a disaster in the Pharmacy there and I have seen the flip side of one of the best Pharmacies Walmart has to offer(in Poway) and havbe been a customer there for quite a while. Lets move on had my daughter drop off a prescription that needed to be hand delivered and she was told that it was not in stock and they had no idea when it would be so she took it back and came home, during her drive home I was able to speak with Mai one of the Pharmacist working and she said there would be a slight chance that it would come in that day and if id did not that it would be ready Wednesday which was fine with me she also said that she would contact my DR to see if another strength would work. Now lets skip ahead to today August 19 I called to see if it was ready and they said no we are still waiting for your DR to respond so I said that you were doing that for your convenience not mine, anyway log story even longer spoke to woman who said she was Pharmacy Mgr and got no where so called Corporate and they just listen to your complaint and say that a Branch Mgr will call you and try to assist and we'll see what happens and will update all. At first I thought that this would just be throwing more salt into an already giant wound but felt I needed to confirm what most of you are Yelping about. read more

My mom and I made a Black Friday purchase online and received and email and via text that our order was ready for pick up.. We never come to Wal Mart anymore after so many problems with the company.. Go to target!!! But we went to the back for picks up and the line was ridiculously long, which was understandable after the holidays .. Everyone was getting impatient because there was no progress happening.. The employee that was on register was in the back and never came back out.. Kita was writing everyone's first and last name and item purchase so she can bring down the line but this lady has attitude to the max. I wasn't the only one she talked to that way. I had 2 items but only half of it was available for pick up and she kept trying to insist me that I was wrong and that I only had one order.. she wasn't patient enough to explain the shipping process or the situation. And another thing that was very unprofessional were her acurlics(fake nails)... Let me tell you, these things were so bulky with badazzles that even her badazzles had badazzles. I know everyone has different nail style taste but when you're working with people.. It should be simple and short. Her nails were definitely a " people from Walmart" type of deal... But she was an employee.. And this is why I continue not going to WalMart :) read more

i am not usually the type of person to write a "bad" comment/review, but...i ordered a trampoline and enclosure almost a month ago through walmart's online/pick-up in store service (murrieta walmart location). this is the only christmas present for my 2 sons to open this year besides underware and socks. this was a splurge because we are more tight with funds this year. walmart of all companies lost the item! i received a email notification that the items were ready for me to pick up at the murrieta location, when i got there, they didnt have it! i then received an email notification that it was delayed and on its way. today, i got an email notification that they lost the item and will be refunding my account within the next 10 business days. now it looks like i will not even be refunded in time to get another one before christmas because it can take up to 10 business days for the refund!!! i dont have the extra money or extra time to get something else for them. i am so dissapointed with this online ordering customer service! it looks like i will only be shopping at target from now on. sorry, but walmart just lost a previously loyal customer. i just cant believe this...thanks for ruining my sons christmas walmart! all i can picture is my 2 boys opening a partial gift on christmas morning. read more
