I just wanna say the women at the helpdesk, Annette and Leticia. They are amazing. They helped calm me down. Annette had her hand on my shoulder, which helped a lot with anxiety, and I want to say that Albertsons is extremely lucky to have two people who care so much about others. They went above and beyond they gave me water and they gave me something to eat cause I couldn't eat for a while so I hope you recognize these two women as incredible workers with great work ethics! I turned in my empty and purchased a bottle along with some groceries. When I arrived home I discovered that I was charged $10 for the water. Assuming that the checker missed crediting me for the return container I called the assistant manager and was told that the $10 charge was with a empty return. If I had not returned an empty bottle they apparently would have charged me even more money for the water!!! Sam's Club charges $4.50 for the same bottle of water and will add around $5 if you don't return an empty. Big difference eh? Another Albertson's ripoff!!!

They also usually fill up a new cart for you with your bagged items during checkout, so you don't have to rush to empty your full one. The pharmacy has been extremely helpful in getting RX's pulled in from my previous pharmacy out of state. They also fill prescriptions faster than the automated system even estimates, which is always nice. The only thing I wish was that the natural foods section was larger. There's a relatively small selection of items, and a few brands I cannot find there. Also, it would be an improvement if they offered more organic fruit. (Right now the conventional fruit is both fresher and more plentiful.) Otherwise, they have some great buys on meats, cheeses, and dairy. There are also clearance sections that can help you save a few bucks too. If you have their club card and download their app, you can even apply e-coupons directly to your account so they are automatically applied at checkout. Overall, a great store; definitely will continue shopping here.

It was clean, stocked and friendly employees that seemed to enjoy their jobs and assisting customers. Customer service is not great, employees all look and act like they hate being there, prices are much higher and continuing to climb, and they are doing everything possible to force you into doing the entire transaction through an app or self check. Also, I live 30 miles from the club and pay for a plus account so I can order online and get free shipping. Two years ago, they made it a $50 minimum order even for plus accounts to get free shipping! Also, many things aren't eligible for free shipping anymore. They also won't accept payments for the Sam's credit card at customer service... they make you stand in the ONE human manned checkout to pay, which always has a long line. I'm disgusted with what Sam's has turned in to. Each year I get closer to ending my plus membership.
