Although there aren't a lot of associates walking around the store to help you, the front end staff are very nice and help direct you around the store or they can call help for you. They get 2 stars because the initial sales-person I was interacting with was a well dressed, very polite individual. Unfortunately, he was new (second day) and had to ask for help from another employee. (There were 3 employees and myself in the store at the time) The other two employees were busy talking to each other and came across as uncaring about losing my business over this. Suggestion for anyone in sales: when encountering a situation where the customer is unhappy and says that you are about to lose their business, maybe say something like, "Let me call my boss as ask them what we can do."
