I do shop Goodwill regularly and over the years I have become increasingly disappointed. Other Goodwills in MT as well as other states, do price things at .99 our store does not. $1.99 is the lowest and sadly that's higher than the dollar store. the shelves, especially glassware and plastics is stuffed full and disorganized perhaps you would sell more if you marked glassware and plastics at .99 to keep it cycling thru and fresh or put full sets together at better prices. just an idea and often times, the items are dirty and dusty just thoughts from a disillusioned shopper read more

How I was treated yesterday... then manager yelling and screaming at me when I was looking at shoes it was quite embarrassing and I will never step foot back in this place ever again until that manager is gone or until they get their staff under control and then I went to go check out she asked me how I was doing, and I explained to her that I was not doing that well and your customer service makes me feel like I don't wanna ever come back in the store again and that woman up there said good cause we don't need your business well if you don't need my business that's fine with me because I don't ever want to step foot back in the store again how I was treated. Prices are ridiculously high and inventory isn't great. They don't do color tag discounts or dollar days anymore. I may as well go to a box store and buy retail. This was a lousy thrift store experience. I did not buy anything. read more

The Good -- Nice selection in this store. Very clean and well organized. Staff is friendly and helpful. Dressing rooms are well lit and kept clean. Bathrooms are even kept stocked/clean too. I like that his store has a special section of brand new items as well as typical used items. Be sure to watch for the sale color of the week and get 50% off items you buy with that color tag. Definitely worth a stop on Mondays too when the color of the week tagged items drop to $1.00 each. If you donate items you can save even more, as they will give you not only a receipt for tax write offs, but the best part is you can get a coupon to save 20% off your entire next purchase* (within 30 days). *Note the coupon won't save you any additional off tag of the week items. The Bad -- The tasteful jewelry selection is slim; it's just a ton of cheapie costume jewelry. The men's big & tall selection is slim as well for suits and no men's shoes over size 12. The Ugly -- Used item prices can be marked too high. Be careful - you may find it cheaper online. I suspect they look online for retail pricing and cut the cost in half without accounting for the condition of the items or what those items are sold for online when used. If you've ever gone shopping and thought, "Well this is nice, but extremely under-used...", You'll love the variety of items found at this Goodwill location. This location is stocked primarily with "well-loved" items, but it seems that several stores have also donated brand new overstocked inventory too. There's a whole section of new items that you would normally find at a dollar store. Including tableware, decorations, notebook paper, and toys. read more

The new store is great! It's well lit and laid out with seasonal stuff right in front. It's even easier than ever to make donations by using the drive-up drop-off lanes, including new after-hours drop boxes! The parking lot is always full in front so I park on the side. read more

This store is well lit, organized and has a lot of bargains. It doesn't smell like a typical thrift store either. I walked out with a women's all leather jacket, Columbia jeans, t-shirt, and a fleece zip up, several name brand shirts and a pair of new capris for $40. They give military discounts every day too. The staff was friendly. Next time I'm in MT I'll go back for sure. I'll also bring a bigger suitcase to take my goodies home with me. read more

Best thrift store I've been in. They have a huge selection that rotates fairly quickly, so I'm in there at least once a week. I've been able to find fairly specific pieces for costumes that I would otherwise have to order off the internet for three times the price. They also have late hours so I have plenty of time to stop by after work. read more

for a second hand store this place has a lot of nice clothes, a little on the pricy side as far as second hand stores go.

Not impressed. Low quality, high prices. Pretty sad when a non profit is more expensive than going to private stores.
