North 40 had all kinds of sleep aids for them. Employees were helpful in helping me choose the right sleep aid for me to purchase. Varmint sleep aid aside, this is a great store to visit! They are a combination of a farm store meets a hardware, fishing, hunting, archery, boating, and clothing store all in one. I came here a few minutes before closing time, but, I can see myself spending hours here just perusing their merchandise. All the employees that I interacted with were very helpful. Although there aren't a lot of associates walking around the store to help you, the front end staff are very nice and help direct you around the store or they can call help for you. The only downside is that they don't offer delivery for their furniture which is a bummer if you don't have a pickup. All in all, I'd shop here again.

I've been shopping at the JC Penney in Great Falls for over 10 years. Even thought it's a small…read morestore, I can usually find good deals. I often order items online to pick up there. The service is usually good but sometimes it's particularly great like it has been the last few times I've visited the jewelry counter. The lady there was so very helpful and friendly. I purchased a ring and the life time warranty. She informed that I could call the warranty line and talk to them about getting my ring resized from Canada. I didn't know that was possible even though I'd bought jewelry there before. I had several JCP rewards to use and for some reason they weren't showing up in the system when it came time to purchase the ring. However, this sales associate was able to work some magic and find them. She was fantastic! The service you get here is always great which is the norm in Great Falls. You won't find that at most other places so it's a treat shopping here.

He was so excited to play with it so you can imagine his disappointment that it couldn't even be fixed. Unfortunately we misplaced the receipt, and when the gal scanned the packaging, she offered me an in store credit of $1.99, saying that's what happens if you don't return it within a month. They didn't believe I bought it the week before, didn't scan my credit card to see the date of payment, or offer any help at all. Needless to say, I left the garbage toy and the $1.99 at the register. I should have known better. This Ross is junky- more like a garage sale than a retail store. Don't shop here.
