Everyone following health protective guidelines, but the Helena Store's curbside Service was nonexistent today. The item I was searching for online was supposedly in stock, but when I attempted to purchase it on line it said no delivery, "not available for curbside, in store purchase and pick up only." I called to verify they even have one and could not get past the robo screener! So I drove out, hiked inside, and the shelves where the item I wanted were all empty. Least they could have done was have customer service in that dept. or somebody with computing ability answer the phone and tell customers it isn't in inventory (at the very least update the availability Online, like they did in Missoula) instead of making us drive the gauntlet In the extreme hot or cold weather here ! I rarely shop at Target here due to the service Actually being worse than Walmart and the store's location combined with the local crazies driving and wandering in the parking lot without looking or having any care or concerns for others. Baiting just to attract people into the store and possibly impulse buy something is a cheap fraud! read more

I drove 20 minutes to Target GF after calling to confirm they had ping pong balls. None on the shelf, and none in back. Not happy. Store manager says they probably all sold out in 20 mins, like those TVs on sale. C'mon Store Manager Leoni that's a lousy excuse. I spend an average of $1500-2000 a year at this store, but this kind service tells me to take my business elsewhere. Glady. read more

Im normally a huge fan of Target. But This is the worst Target store I've ever been to. And unfortunately it's the closest Target to us (coming 5 hours away from Calgary, Alberta). The bathroom was downright disgusting. The store is quite small by Target standards. The stock was low, couldnt find any sizes (lots of XL, XXL, XXXXL sizes, but not much in smaller sizes. Hmmm. That said, their prices are low. And its certainly better than a Walmart. read more

I had never been to Target before but knew about some of its unique items because my family travels to the U.S. to shop here. My spouse and I stopped by around 7pm on a Friday night and you could practically shoot a cannon through the place. No crowd issues to speak of. We found some fun treats to snack on and the process to pay via credit card was done at light speed. We couldn't believe it. I can't wait until Target sets up in Calgary, Alberta. read more

Target use to be my favorite store for most all my shopping. Now it's a horrible maze of merchandise in boxes and huge heavy carts that obstruct aisles. I'm now done with moving heavy carts to get to my product. Walmart is starting to look better. read more

I felt bad for DEAF people that used to work there , Who are trying to apply for job , they go to the job inv , did not get a job after that . It happen to me 2 times for 2 jobs that I applied for . Last job inv a lady that is not the manger ask me a dumb question when she start inv me because she know I am hard of hearing , the store have hire some deaf people work there before , She had no right to ask me that question if I can answer the ph or the radio that the store staff have . I said no I cant hear low sound very well , only middle , high sound , no every body understand what I am saying with my voice . read more

I really love target. The store is always super super clean and it's easy to navigate through .The employees are just so delightful and friendly. I love their sale prices ... if I can'tI find it in the store I always order it online from them and I love that they have free shipping. The only drawback I find here is that they do not have a super target in Great Falls Montana. It's really nice to know you can buy other items and then still grab some frozen things to take home. If I could give a lower rating than 1 star I would, but seeing as that is the minimum, it'll have to do. This store's management is the worst I've ever experienced. I bought my fiance a Burberry fragrance from their store on Christmas Eve, but it wasn't the one he wanted, luckily I had kept the receipt and Target also carries the one he did want so he went there to make a routine exchange. When he had been to Target the next day he told me that he tried to return it and exchange it, but that they wouldn't take it back. He said he spoke with the manager and he told him that the product that was purchased didn't match what was rung up on the receipt. I was completely dumbfounded. So I decided to go back into Target with my fiance and find out what was going on, depending on the professionalism of the manager he spoke with previously to explain to me the reason why they couldn't exchange it and to resolve the problem. When I brought it to the customer service desk I asked to see a manager, a woman named Donna came to the desk. I told her the situation and she rung up the product (not the receipt) and told me that that cologne wasn't even in their system. I told her I didn't know how that was possible because I did purchase it there. She then called another manager to the desk, Jamie (the store GM). I was relieved thinking that he would be able to quickly resolve this issue, seeing as I wanted to exchange the cologne for another one in the store, so they would be getting the money back anyway. So when Jamie came to the desk he said that he recognized my fiance and just repeated what he had told him the day before that the product couldn't be returned. I then asked him why, saying clearly I purchased it here and here is the receipt. He held it up in my face and said I don't care what you say, this was not purchased here, it doesn't come up in my system. I then told him that he can look it up on his cameras that I bought it there, the receipt even has the date and time on it, that he could even talk to the cashier who helped me with my purchase. He didn't agree with any of my suggestions or even attempt to give me the benefit of the doubt saying that something could be wrong with the system or inventory could be wrong. He just said (and I quote) "I'm not going to return this product," literally shoving the box and the receipt in my face. It was then that I and my fiance got very disturbed by this man's behavior, blatantly calling me a thief and a liar in front of other customers. I was completely humiliated. I and my fiance made it a point to tell him how unacceptable it was that he was insulting paying customers, and the manager then threatened to call the police and told us to leave the store saying that we were trespassing.He came in front of the counter and another male associate came up to us as well and chased us out of the store, pushing us with their chests at one point and antagonizing us all the way to our car. I called the corporate office immediately after driving away, afraid that these two men might have gotten physical with us. I spoke with Katherine at corporate, hoping that some kind of resolution could be made and also to file a complaint against the manager. I told Katherine the whole story and giving her my receipt number, she found it in the system and agreed with me that it didn't make sense why they wouldn't exchange it. She then proceeded to call the store and speak with the manager about the situation. After being on hold for a few minutes, she came back and told me that she had spoken with Jamie and that he told her that when my fiance first came in to try to exchange the product on his own, that arrangements would be made for an exchange, but not a return, and that my fiance threatened him, which was completely untrue.And Katherine also said that Jamie place a call to the police after we left barring either of us from returning to the store. I told her I was confused about why we were being punished for doing absolutely nothing wrong.I even pointed out the fact that this Target store is the only one in our town (for hundreds of miles), so I couldn't have purchased it somewhere else if I tried and I didn't purchase it online either because I have a physical receipt.So since I can't go back to the store again I asked her if I could send the product and the receipt to corporate maybe they can give me an allowance for it or something and she said that they couldn't do anything more now that the police were "involved." She suggested that I call our local police department. My fiance and I are good people and I feel extremely violated going through this whole ordeal. This manager insulted me to the fullest degree, calling me a liar and accusing me of stealing, publicly humiliating me before he ever tried to empathize, sympathize or do his job and try to help me.Even if I could go back, I wouldn't and I'm going to suggest the same to every one of my friends and family. read more
