North 40 Outfitters - Great Falls, MT Address: 4400 10th Ave…read moreS, Great Falls, MT 59405 Phone: (406) 761-7441 I can't even begin to describe how amazing my experience was at North 40 Outfitters in Great Falls! I went in to buy my first-ever pair of boots and my first pair of Wranglers, and from the moment I stepped through the door, I was treated like family. Jody and Pauline went so far above and beyond that I felt like I was shopping with my mom, my sister, and my best friend all wrapped into one. Their warmth, knowledge, and genuine care turned what could have been an intimidating experience into one of the most enjoyable shopping trips of my life. They made sure everything fit perfectly, answered every question with patience, and truly made me feel seen and valued. I was so impressed that I asked to speak to a manager -- and he was just as incredible. Highly educated, professional, and truly committed to next-level customer service, he made it clear that North 40 isn't just a store -- it's a community. North 40 Outfitters is now the only place I will shop. Not only do they have an amazing clothing and footwear department, they also offer a full range of products for agricultural needs, a complete tack shop, and a hardware store section that carries everything you could possibly need. This is true Montana hospitality at its finest, combined with world-class service. Five stars aren't enough -- I wish I could give them ten!

We were in town for a few days during our summer RV trip when one of our e-bikes got a flat tire…read more We took it over to Bighorn Bike Shop and found the front door open but the lights off, which was a little odd. A technician came out from the back, and I explained that I had a 26" e-bike with Tannus Armour liners and needed a tube replaced. Without even looking at the bike, his immediate response was, "I don't want to mess with that." I said, "No problem, I'll find another shop." As we were leaving, he followed us outside and asked if I was sure the bike had Tannus liners. Yes--I paid a reputable bike shop to install them, so I'm pretty confident they're in there. Then he asked how I got a flat with liners installed? I'm not a bike tech, I was riding and then all the air left. That's all I know. He then stood behind my Jeep explaining how easy the repair was. If it's that easy, I'm not sure why the shop refused to do the work. I was happy to pay whatever their labor rate was just to get back on the road. I ended up calling my home bike shop, which gave me the correct tube size and a few tips over the phone. They were right--the repair was straightforward, and I had it fixed myself. Avoid this shop at all costs.
