They have re-examined my eyes and sent my glasses back once and after over two weeks of waiting, I finally get them and they still aren't right. I will say that Jessica was awesome. She took time to help me find a frame that is right for me and when I tried wearing them, I got several compliments on them. She was very nice and friendly with a great sense of humor. We came to the office and had our exams. When checking out they said they DO NOT accept my partner's insurance. There was no manager around and the lady at the desk kept asking who I spoke to. The appointment was made more than a month earlier so how was I to remember that? I called the office manager later, who was extremely rude and denied that I had been told they accept the insurance, because they wouldn't do that. The lady, b-word, was basically accusing me of lying. She would not let me speak to the Doctor whom I assume owns the clinic. We paid the bill. I had had Lasik surgery, $2000, with Dr. Ozog only a couple years previous. This didn't count for squat in their mind. The Lasik was a failure and they offered half off to try again.
