I received some pearl earrings as a gift. The earrings were beautiful, but a touch small. I worked with Michelle, across the miles from another state, to arrange an exchange for the same item with larger pearls. We sent an email or two, along with pics, and a phone call. The result was just what I was hoping for. I've never been in the store, so I can't speak to their selection, but for me, this was a win with really good customer service--always a plus. I haven't comparison shopped, so I can't speak as to price, but I'd guess it is comparable in price as to other jewelry stores. read more

A couple of years ago, I purchased a ring here. I had driven by the store and finally decided to stop in and take a look around. They have a nice selection of jewelry and decent prices. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The ring I bought was gold with a square garnet and there are little diamonds down the sides. It's very pretty and the color of the garnet changes depending on the light inside or outside. It's really neat. There isn't a huge selection of jewelry stores in Great Falls so I highly recommend you stop in to Riddles if you're looking for something nice. read more

I do not recommend buying jewelry here if you want good quality, long lasting pieces. My fiancé bought me a ring in August of 2020 and some life things came up and our engagement was put off until may of this year. I wore the ring for a month without any problems but it was a little snug, we now live in Phoenix so when I went home for a visit I dropped the ring off at riddles to have it sized up half a size under warranty. I got the ring back and wore it for two weeks before one of the diamonds from the center fell out and I had to pay $60 to have the ring shipped back to riddles for them to fix it, it took about two weeks for me to get the ring back. After wearing the ring for another week I noticed another diamond had fallen out, so I paid another $70 to have it mailed back again to be fixed. I asked the manager to call because I was not happy with the purchase. she called when she received the ring and said she'd "buff up the center" which was Thursday, she called me today stating she had lost the little diamonds in the process and now has to wait for new ones to come in before the ring can be fixed which will not be until Thursday. I asked about a refund process and she said their "return policy is within 60 days" but failures to acknowledge the poor quality of the ring that started within 60 days of being worn, it has yet to be worn for a full 60 days for that matter. read more

I went into Riddles Jewelry to have my diamond rings examined for loose stones and cleaning. Misty was exceptional. She was very knowledgable, friendly and helpful. Their prices are exceptional and they do just about everything you need or want done with your jewelry including resetting & redipping your rings . I moved from southern California where I frequently visited the Jewelry District in downtown Los Angeles where they can do just about anything with Jewelry and had great prices. In my personal opinion Riddles Jewelry is just as good in their prices (if not, better) and what they can do with your jewelry. Horrible is all I can. I would never buy nor suggest others go buy from them. My ring comes back with tool marks and scratches and looks like sh$t every time and I get told not once but twice that it's just me who notices this. I just got it back after the prongs needed work and once AGAIN it looks horrible! This time though it looks like a chunk of silver is missing from the band. We spent over $5000 and I am hating my ring thanks to them ruining it! Biggest mistake we have made buying from them. read more
