A technician came out from the back, and I explained that I had a 26" e-bike with Tannus Armour liners and needed a tube replaced. Without even looking at the bike, his immediate response was, "I don't want to mess with that." I said, "No problem, I'll find another shop." As we were leaving, he followed us outside and asked if I was sure the bike had Tannus liners. Yes--I paid a reputable bike shop to install them, so I'm pretty confident they're in there. Then he asked how I got a flat with liners installed? I'm not a bike tech, I was riding and then all the air left. That's all I know. He then stood behind my Jeep explaining how easy the repair was. If it's that easy, I'm not sure why the shop refused to do the work. I was happy to pay whatever their labor rate was just to get back on the road. I ended up calling my home bike shop, which gave me the correct tube size and a few tips over the phone. They were right--the repair was straightforward, and I had it fixed myself. It should be noted that we live approximately 100 miles away from the good wood shop. 1. We ordered roughly $7,000.00 worth of custom countertops. The cottonwood is beautiful. Good review. They can cut wood and make it pretty. 2. When it was delivered to our house the sink portion was not included in the shipment. The cabinet contractor said "Chris (at Good Wood) said he never got the measurements for the cutout." I personally saw the emails sent to Chris by my wife that included the measurements and was personally there when she called and left several messages. Additionally, when my wife dropped off the sink, she spoke with Chris who confirmed he had the measurements. Obviously Chris was lying to the cabinet guy to cover not having cut the sink portion. No apology was provided. 2.1 After leaving approximately a dozen messages (over the course of a 4 days) between my wife and I, we received a call back saying they would cut out the sink part with the "newly received" measurements. No apology was provided. 2.2 After being without a kitchen sink for over a week, the cut out on the countertops were done. When I went to pick it up, I was provided with the sink parts. The sink parts were missing practically everything actually needed to mount the sink. Including the instructions. My bad for not opening the box and inventorying the contents. 2.3 After another dozen calls and messages, my wife finally received a call back stating that they had found the missing parts in the back of the wood shop. No apology was provided. 2.4 A colleague of ours was traveling through GF and picked up the remaining parts. Which, of course was missing the faucet mounting nut. We had called at least half a dozen times asking to "make sure the faucet mounting nut is IN THE BOX coming to us." Not one call was returned. Now...we were warned that there was very little communication between the Good Wood Guys and customers. This is fine if your contractor can deal with laziness, lack of customer service, and frankly just plain lack of caring for what happens once they cash the check. If you are dealing with them yourselves...once you leave the show room (which...honestly was a very pleasant experience...they are great in person) don't expect too much. Also, don't expect a "thank you for your $7K business" or any kind of maintenance tips for your product. We didn't receive any. Overall - 2 stars. Customer service is ABYSMAL. I would travel an additional 100 miles to be treated better.

Yes, ammo and gun accessories are sometimes more expensive here than at Walmart or Scheels--it's not a Big Box store, hence it will be more expensive on some items. So those comments obviously came from a moron. It is a locally owned shop and the service at Mitchell Supply is 10 fold better than you'll generally get at Scheels or Walmart. If you're a Walmart shopper--go to Walmart. I, for one, shop at locally owed businesses and don't want to have to listen to your idiotic drivel when I am shopping. I also read one of the reviews that said this shop is geared towards "assault rifles". Just another moronic statement. The person that made that statement is obviously uninformed where guns are concerned and should probably take a class or two from a qualified firearms instructor--which can also be accomplished at Mitchell Supply. The shop is geared toward modern sporting rifles, such as the ArmaLite Rifle 15 (AR-15) but also sells other guns. The term "assault rifle" is applied to rifles that can accomplish selective fire between semi-automatic (one shot per trigger squeeze) AND fully automatic SELECTION (squeeze and hold the trigger to empty the magazine AUTOMATICALLY). That being said, challenge yourself to go to Mitchell Supply and buy a fully-automatic rifle. Once you've done that, you'll find the shop can probably help you out after you have processed all of your legal paperwork with the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (BATFE) and paid the government's imposed fees for the entire affair in accordance with the National Firearms Act (NFA). Yes, you CAN purchase a fully-automatic rifle in the United States once the government has said it's okay--but that is NOT the target market of this shop. Before you buy any gun from any store, first inform yourself or hire someone to inform you. Do some research and confirm the research. (Maybe take a class on how to do viable research.) Otherwise, when you make stupid statements, whether on Yelp or other online venue where we can all read your reviews FOREVER, or when we can overhear you making boastful and equally stupid statements in real-time at Walmart or Scheels or even Mitchell Supply--expect to be challenged by someone that actually has done the research, has actual real world experience within this area of expertise, and is actually sick and tired of hearing the completely obtuse ramblings of utter morons that learn everything they know (about seemingly everything, not just guns) from Hollywood insiders and leftist television news networks which have ALSO FAILED in the research department at ALL aspects of subject matter. I can guarantee that any locally owned business will appreciate your business. I've had all sort of questions on scope ranges, bullet sizes, the differences in weights on lightweight vs. standard weight Thompson's, etc. There's a good little selection of rifles, carbines, and handguns on hand. Also, targets. It's a real treat to have this store in Great Falls, though it is kinda hidden away in a small strip center on Smelter Avenue. Just find Smelter, easy once you've pinpointed the refinery and are heading west from there. "Break right" on Smelter as you come down a couple of blocks from the Superwalmart/refinery area, heading west. (Google and/or gpses are "friends" for this!) If you're at all into guns/ammo check it out!
