I bought the wheel trimmer for the Lincoln cabin mid summer and used 2 or 3 times before winter.It spent the winter in my heated garage. The next spring it wouldn't start so I took it into power pro,it was still under warranty and they told me it would a couple of weeks and they would call me. After around 4 weeks I stopped in to check on it as the need for it at the cabin was increasing. I talked to the owners daughter,she told me they hadn't gotten to it yet, the owner came from the back and yelled at me "we'll call you when it's ready so I left. Around 5 weeks later still no call so I stopped by again and was told that it was done weeks ago and they dug it out of their outside junk pile, it was all scratched up and beat up. They told me it started right up and nothing wrong with it. Do not buy from power pro, customer service is horrible. They don't want anything to do with you after the sale. After all the equipment I purchased from them and how badly I was treated is proof that they don't care about the customer!
