They were great at explaining to me the issues the vehicle was having or could have, and kept me informed and involved in all decisions and updated me with any possible price changes. More recently, I was involved in an accident. I chose 15th Street as the tow company. The tow driver picked me and my truck up. I was a bit shook up. He helped me find words when I was too shook up to find them myself. He drove me to More than one car rentals, waited for me to get a rental. he went out of his way out of the kindness of his heart and made being far from home seem not so far.
