Even though the septic couldn't be pumped at that time, due to no fault of the service worker but due to winter, mud, ice and snow, the driver made it right, even apologized for charging a service fee, only fair since a lot of miles were driven to get here. We have a tentative date in mind when he will be coming out this summer.
