Even though the septic couldn't be pumped at that time, due to no fault of the service worker but due to winter, mud, ice and snow, the driver made it right, even apologized for charging a service fee, only fair since a lot of miles were driven to get here. We have a tentative date in mind when he will be coming out this summer. We will definitely be using them again and recommending to all of our friends and neighbors (a term used loosly as it includes a 20 + mile radius.

These guys came out to my house about a year ago after several calls which was fine as everyone seems to be booked up in this space but after coming and installing a new septic Pump (Which they never sent a bill for until 4 months later) I started having alarms and other filter issues and called them several times to come out and take a follow up look at. After about the 3rd time leaving a message they finally answered and told me they were too busy but would try and get out in a month or so. They of course never came out so I tried calling them again and they did answer and said the they would come out on a weekday but again never showed up. Then tried calling several more times leaving messages and no response so finally called another service that came out in 2 days. Have had several people aske me who I use now for septic services and lets just say its not 44 Water!
