The gentleman who came out was polite, helpful and spent a long time attempting to find and diagnose the problem. Even though he was unable to fix my problem he was clear in why and didn't charge me more than for what he had done (fixed a leaking valve that was unrelated). He provided me all that was needed for the next guy to know exactly what the problem was and made clear notes for him as well to help expedite the final repair. I have been in the trades my whole life and he was a good guy, did the Job, checked his work & cleaned up after himself. That works out to $313 per hour Labor Charge. He was good but not that good, but he was just the messenger. Left me feeling kind of dirty. Do yourself a solid and buy a Ridgid Powerclear drain cleaner for $280 and watch a Video and pay yourself $300 and hour.

I am not going to deal with them anymore and they probably dont care from the tone of that rude last call I got into. great falls is famous for this type of garbage. Boy all the work we paid them to do surely was so bad working on a trailer then! They have lost some of their good people.
