I recently purchased a home where they had installed a furnace 4 years ago. I soon found out the standard size of 14x20x1 doesn't fit and is why I say attempted. The standard size is too big! It takes some odd size that I can't find anywhere locally, 13 1/2x19 1/2x7/8. I called them and the guy I spoke with said he didn't know anything about it. He said he needed to come by to look at it, so he would stop by the next day to take a look. He never came over and it's been at least a week and he never even bothered to call me back. I did a search on Amazon and it's the only place you can find them, and they're $53.88 for ten of them! I'm on a budget like everyone else and being forced to pay this much money upfront for a year's worth of filters isn't something I should have to do. Best advice: before purchasing any furnace or purchasing a home, do yourself a huge favor and make sure you can just buy a standard furnace filter off the shelf! Companies shouldn't sell something just to make a sale and leave the customer holding the bag, then refuse to help them. I am happy to report, I was WRONG on both counts, an appointment was made, they came when they said they would and, I found the price to be more than reasonable. We were having an issue with the floor drain overflowing in the laundry room (partly because of roots in the main line and partly because of muck in the clean out drain behind the washer). Who knew there was a clean out drain behind the washer? Will came out and was able to clear the problems and was very patient when I would ask questions. He gave me answers that I understood and suggestions to help alleviate the problems with the laundry drain collecting lint. Everyone I spoke with was great but, Will - as the face of Best Value - was absolutely incredible. It's nice to know that there are still good companies in Great Falls that take pride in their work, get the job done in a timely manner and don't try to rip you off.

The dispatch was so friendly and understanding, working with me to get on the schedule. The gentleman who came out was polite, helpful and spent a long time attempting to find and diagnose the problem. Even though he was unable to fix my problem he was clear in why and didn't charge me more than for what he had done (fixed a leaking valve that was unrelated). He provided me all that was needed for the next guy to know exactly what the problem was and made clear notes for him as well to help expedite the final repair. He waited to confirm that someone was coming to complete the job and cleaned up everything as well.
