The next morning, dispatch defensively tells me I told them information I did not, and that it's my problem I told them what I did...cause I'm a plumber and can properly diagnose the house I've lived in 24 hours and clearly don't know what a basement is...had to call another company who came out the next day and diagnosed it as, that's right, a main line problem. They snaked my main line and all was repaired. Don't waste your time with a company that won't even attempt diagnosis in an emergency.

Mail already went out today so ‍..." Added another star to the rating because they refunded $65, even if it was a rude encounter. I have been in the trades my whole life and he was a good guy, did the Job, checked his work & cleaned up after himself. That works out to $313 per hour Labor Charge. He was good but not that good, but he was just the messenger. Left me feeling kind of dirty. Do yourself a solid and buy a Ridgid Powerclear drain cleaner for $280 and watch a Video and pay yourself $300 and hour.
