Even though we had those dreaded California license plates, they were the nicest ever here. Super friendly lady behind the counter who called one of the guys to come check. He easily could've said "nope, too small...Buy more from us!" Not being sure since the sizes were so close, he actually rolled out a new tire, took the time to fit them to the tire and yes, they did work. No need to buy new ones. Such a great experience here. Wish more businesses were so customer friendly and made loyal fans like we remain. It's small town America, but Les Schwab comes thru time after time. After they canceled they told me Aaron from Turneys repair and towing was on the way. Aaron gave me a call he was on the way and was there in 30 mins. My van was loaded up safely and secured well. Since I had been there a while Aaron offered to stop and let me grab a snack. Amazing service and Aaron was great to talk with!

The driver was on another job at the moment but he called me also to verify location and he arrived in a reasonable amount of time. Also followed up after initial calls with AAA and the driver worked that out well also. We dropped the car off at the dealership and then the driver was nice enough to drop me off at my intended original destination In Dillon. Very happy with the owner and the Driver. Great Job.

We were on a trip to see Montant where my husband had never been. Made it to Dillon and our car…read morebroke down. Jamie was so helpful and nice. It was the clutch and they needed to send for parts. We thought about a rental but it was 700 for a yaris! They hoped to get the parts by Friday. Meanwhile the next day Jamie called and they had a loaner for us. Toyota Rav at no cost! She told us to go out and do things. I have to say it wasn't what we planned but it is the friendliest town to be stuck in. We were near the movie theater, a mexican food bus next to our motel and we had a wonderful adventure each day. The part came friday but too late to finish so we ended up spending a week there. Monday we were on our way. It's the best it could have been all thanks to their friendly service and helpfullness.
