I stopped in to have a talk with someone about my first tattoo. The feeling I got when I stepped foot in the shop was the best feeling ever. It didn't feel scary or like tattoos were even done in there. The vibe of the place was super super comfortable for me. Nikki (she is a piercer and is no longer there) helped me with some of my questions and even gave me an artist recommendation. I go to Sparrows and Arrows for ALL my tattoos now! Sarah does such an amazing job and Heather is amazing too! Both are so talented and they're very friendly & nice. The tattoo that says "Alley", the scorpion and the rose were all done by Sarah! The daisy with the bee was done by Heather! Great work and always will recommend them

The piercer had ZERO patience or kindness. She treated me like an imbecile who didn't deserve her time. I tried really hard to be respectful and overly kind and nothing shifted her attitude. Ultimately, I felt uneasy about letting someone so uncaring near me with a needle. I will not return or recommend again.

The service was amazing fast enough that I wasn't sitting there forever, but still slow and relaxing enough that it actually felt like a real pamper moment. Nothing felt rushed at all. The price is such a steal for the quality you get. I've had way more expensive pedicures that didn't even come close to this. I live out of town and I'm genuinely thinking I might start making trips back just for this place. Also, I've never had a pedicure last this long without chipping it's actually insane to me how good it still looks. Everything about it was just 10/10.

I got my haircut here because I could walk in and not have to have an appointment. The really bad…read morepart is my hair is completely shorter than it should have been cut. I just wanted the ends trimmed and NO LENGTH TAKEN OFF. My hair was down to the middle of my back. But unfortunately, this person chopped and butchered my hair way up to shoulder length to make my hair super short! Also, she did not check her haircut at all! Both sides were completely uneven and very noticeable it was uneven. I will have to wait until it grows out to get it cut even. Also, she did not try to do an undercut, so the ends are completely straight and not going under at all. It is completely flat and looks terrible! I cried for a very long time and still feel very upset when I look at my hair and try to work with it! It is horrible! I hate the way it looks. For some reason, people love to cut off a lot of length from hair that is long. I don't know why! Also, don't make the mistake of talking to the person while they are cutting your hair. Be sure to watch what they are doing completely and not talk to them. This is how your hair gets messed up! This is a mistake I will never make ever again. By talking to them, you are letting them mess up your hair without paying attention to how they are cutting your hair. I would not recommend this place to anyone - even if you have to wait to get an appointment somewhere else. Have your haircut by a good stylist who will cut it the right way and will take their time to get the haircut right by checking it and cutting it the right way. It is definitely worth your time. Don't go to any walk-in place at all! They just do not do a good job, are in a hurry and don't care how they cut your hair! And they do mess up haircuts for whatever reason! It is not worth it!
