Jamie, the ear piercing tech, not only did an amazing job, very detailed, but also was extremely personal with and reassuring to our two small, scared girls. Her technique was flawless and she was incredibly focused. Her method helped to reassure me, as a dad, that this permanent decision wouldn't be something we'd all regret. I honestly can't say enough good about her. If you've got a little one that needs a piercing but is scared, go and ask for Jamie.

When I arrived I informed the woman what I was looking for and showed her a couple inspo pics. She was quite frankly RUDE and very unwilling to edit the initial design she drew. After some back and forth I agreed to the design she sketched up. The tattoo was very quick as expected, however, it came out horrible. I asked for 2 small butterflies with sparkles and instead I got uneven lines and one "ok" butterfly above a BIG BLACK BLOB behind my ear. The woman was very clearly rushing me out the door. When it came time to pay, I paid in cash and the woman had the audacity to assume I was going to tip her 50$ (I gave her a 100$). Honestly I wish I would have walked out the door as soon as she was nasty. I am entirely disappointed in my experience and to this day I regret it. I was 21 at the time and this was not my first tattoo experience. She didn't even shave the area before going in with the needle. I would tell anyone looking to get a tattoo to run in the opposite direction.
