The piercer had ZERO patience or kindness. She treated me like an imbecile who didn't deserve her time. I tried really hard to be respectful and overly kind and nothing shifted her attitude. Ultimately, I felt uneasy about letting someone so uncaring near me with a needle. I will not return or recommend again.

Nail fill - the lady I was handed to - worst ever! I got fat ass acrylic nails now (super thick) and I told her I didn't want length off just cleaned up shape and I walked out with shorter nails and the shape was like an inverted square (shorter in the middle of nail and long pointy corners). My white gel looks rippled and the old gel is still visible through the new gel. I had to reshape and redo my nails quickly as I had a trip the next morning, so I didn't even take a picture. Never again.

I got my haircut here because I could walk in and not have to have an appointment. The really bad…read morepart is my hair is completely shorter than it should have been cut. I just wanted the ends trimmed and NO LENGTH TAKEN OFF. My hair was down to the middle of my back. But unfortunately, this person chopped and butchered my hair way up to shoulder length to make my hair super short! Also, she did not check her haircut at all! Both sides were completely uneven and very noticeable it was uneven. I will have to wait until it grows out to get it cut even. Also, she did not try to do an undercut, so the ends are completely straight and not going under at all. It is completely flat and looks terrible! I cried for a very long time and still feel very upset when I look at my hair and try to work with it! It is horrible! I hate the way it looks. For some reason, people love to cut off a lot of length from hair that is long. I don't know why! Also, don't make the mistake of talking to the person while they are cutting your hair. Be sure to watch what they are doing completely and not talk to them. This is how your hair gets messed up! This is a mistake I will never make ever again. By talking to them, you are letting them mess up your hair without paying attention to how they are cutting your hair. I would not recommend this place to anyone - even if you have to wait to get an appointment somewhere else. Have your haircut by a good stylist who will cut it the right way and will take their time to get the haircut right by checking it and cutting it the right way. It is definitely worth your time. Don't go to any walk-in place at all! They just do not do a good job, are in a hurry and don't care how they cut your hair! And they do mess up haircuts for whatever reason! It is not worth it!
