DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE!!!! I bought from their eBay store and the item was never delivered to my house. I called their eBay manager and he was consistently rude and hung up on me. They ended up finding out that UPS had "dropped the ball" supposedly and sent my item to some other random location and expected me to pick it up. It took SIXTEEN DAYS from the auction close to now to get resolution to this issue. Beware shopping here because the customer service is horrible and they will never get your item to you. read more

This is a great place to pawn stuff, but mostly it's also a good place to buy stuff God prices and they will-or have in the past-allowed a little haggle. The parking is bad, however, a narrow strip on a busy street and a alley and some off street parking-random. But, hey, it's worth the trip. read more

These guys are horrible , they have no idea what they are doing... They have problems running technology and when they run something through to check it's worth they go to the lowest thing they can find online weather it's sold out or not .. They have horrible attitudes ... They give the lowest possible price for anything ... The only people that can sway them are pretty females ... So unless your a pretty female looking for just a temporary pawn I would go elsewhere these guys are a waste of time... I sell skateboards and longboards for a living and these jokers charge 25% above asking retail price on all skateboard or longboard related items... That gives you an idea on their expertise on things... Think of it this way: so you buy a longboard at full price from a skateshop for $300 okay? It depreciates to $150, you take it in to pawn it right? They tell you they can only sell for $100.... They need to make 2/3 profit right? They give you $30 on it? Then you lose the longboard and go back in and they are selling it for $350??? They just made more money off you and the person that will buy the board will have no clue probably a gift for someone ... Suckers everywhere is what places like this think and live by ... read more

So I took a pair of earrings in here to pawn and was denied, I was told they were not real. Interesting story is that they were bought out of this exact shop a little over a year ago..... I was given them as a gift and do not have the receipt. I had pawned them here once before and was loaned half the purchase price, which, as I understand is standard. However this time I was told they are fake and they will not accept them, they and the person who got them for me are no longer in the system becuase the shop had to re-upload their computer system so without reciept it's " Sorry sweetheart," straight quote. I was told if I coudl produce sales reciept from year and a half ago from the person who gave them to me they would issue a store credit for the purchase price...... ummm for what? More fake jewelry???? RIDICULOUS!!! Steer clear of this place, apparently they sell fake jewelry and you cannot get reimbursed. read more

Very bad place to buy things from, i had just bought a stereo system for my car from first national pawn, they refused to test it for me before i had taken it out of the store, not thinking any wiser i took it out to my car in their own parking lot, and i had a friend who personally installs stereo systems help me install it, after it was fully hooked up we noticed it still wouldn't power up or any responses at all. after a while we had taken a closer look at the stereo and noticed it was already fried before we had even touched it i took it right back into the shop and the sells man told me all sells are final on car stereo systems and if its fried its not their problem. There was nothing they were willing to do to give me a refund or work with me on an exchange even tho they sold me something that was already broke before i had even set my eyes on it at all. Over all i give this place a 1 out of 5 stars because 0 customer service and 0 willingness to help even try to fix a problem they cause just for them to keep the money they had taken from me for a broken product they already knew was broken prior to the sell. read more
