They didn't believe I bought it the week before, didn't scan my credit card to see the date of payment, or offer any help at all. These people are very hard to work with. You can bring in items that are in perfect condition and…read morethey will still find a problem with it. I have brought in items that still have THEIR tag on it and they still find something wrong with it. Like if there was something wrong with it in the first place why was it put on the sales floor??? I've also brought in items and they clam they had pet hair on them, yet I have no pets and the items were laundered before trying to trade them in. The younger girls have quite the attitude. And the owner really doesn't have a clue how her employees act when she's not around. The concept of being able to trade your gently used stuff is a great concept, but there's always a road block and always something wrong with your items every time you go. I would suggest donating your items to a good cause such as Toby's House, and I'm on the fence about spending money there just because the customer service and judgement of you totally fine items. I would rather support another business instead. Oh yeah, not to mention, some of the prices on their stuff is outrageous for used items.
