Customer service is not great, employees all look and act like they hate being there, prices are much higher and continuing to climb, and they are doing everything possible to force you into doing the entire transaction through an app or self check. Also, I live 30 miles from the club and pay for a plus account so I can order online and get free shipping. Two years ago, they made it a $50 minimum order even for plus accounts to get free shipping! Also, many things aren't eligible for free shipping anymore. They also won't accept payments for the Sam's credit card at customer service... they make you stand in the ONE human manned checkout to pay, which always has a long line. I'm disgusted with what Sam's has turned in to. Each year I get closer to ending my plus membership.
