Great place too shop for just about anything. Their tire shop has bargain prices and fast service.

I've been a member of this club since it opened in the 90's. Always LOVED Sam's... however, in the past 5-6 years, the entire experience has progressively gotten worse each year. Customer service is not great, employees all look and act like they hate being there, prices are much higher and continuing to climb, and they are doing everything possible to force you into doing the entire transaction through an app or self check. Also, I live 30 miles from the club and pay for a plus account so I can order online and get free shipping. Two years ago, they made it a $50 minimum order even for plus accounts to get free shipping! Also, many things aren't eligible for free shipping anymore. They also won't accept payments for the Sam's credit card at customer service... they make you stand in the ONE human manned checkout to pay, which always has a long line. I'm disgusted with what Sam's has turned in to. Each year I get closer to ending my plus membership. read more

We go to Sam's Club every chance we can. We really enjoy it . We get their lunch hot dog and it is the best anywhere. Then we always buy a roti chicken, it gives us at least 3 meals. So good. We love the prices. Thanks to all the pleasant folks that work there, keep up the good work. read more

Customer service has been horrible lately. The members doing the samples stare you down if you go back for a second sample. One lady even started to verbalize her frustration over my daughter wanting another sample, saying she didn't want to cook anymore samples. Today was the icing on the cake, the lady doing the chocolate covered strawberries smacked my wife's hand away when she was getting her first piece. We don't know if the lady is autistic but that's a good way to get punched in your face. Sever needs to learn to keep her hands to her self. Every other booth you just walk up and grab your sample. No idea why this lady was acting this way. Last we checked Sam's does not have a limit on how many samples you can get unless it's alcohol. read more

Overall a good place for a few select stuff. Not a lot of variety. I prefer Costco more. It is like a ghost town inside like not many people. I wonder if they throw away a lot of stuff since not many shop there. The customer service can not do much stuff other than returning stuff. I asked about a technical problem about free sample station, they could not help. Very limited selection. Some stuff are a bit overpriced compared to Walmart. I thought they are owned by same company, so why non-membership Walmart can be cheaper for some items. read more

What in the world are they thinking! Only one checker of duty on a busy Saturday Morning. I was in line for over a half hour. It's always like this because they are trying to get you to use the self-check out. I am getting 2 5-gallon water bottles, that's all I ever get and I don't believe in self-check out because I know they are just trying to do things on the cheap and cost peoples jobs. I don't work there so therefor I will not use the self-check out. Customer service is the worst I have ever experienced and I am 65 years old. I have been a customer for 25 years and would love to dump the smug bastards and will if they ever cut out checkers all together like they have told me they will someday. Shame on you Sam Walton read more

I stopped in to have my receipts reprinted for tax purposes. I went to customer service and was greet by a young girl named Maggie I explained to her what I needed and she double checked with her manager to make sure she was able to do it. This process started at 6:45pm. Maggie grabbed two table and went to town getting all of my 2021 receipts reprinted. Maggie had a positive attitude the whole time and never once compl about it. Her managers kept checking in on her which was awesome. Most managers would just walk away and never check back in. we finally finished about 7:55pm. Maggie is one hell of a worker and has great customer service skills. Awesome hire Sam''s Club read more

Tire & Battery Center at Great Falls, MT has consistently given me the worst possible customer service. I should've learned my lesson a year ago when they snapped a lug stud on my vehicle and then tried to deny it multiple times until I took my complaint to management. The lackluster service continued, but I continued using their service due to the low price. Today was the last straw for me. I brought in my vehicle for a flat repair and was told it was unrepairable due to being too worn. No big deal. However, the "tech" waltzed by and insisted this was because I wasn't rotating my tires. Bull crap. THEY rotate my tires at least every 5K miles. My two rear tires were more worn due to being older than the front. I told him this, and he proceeded to ARGUE with me and say that I was "just leaving them on the rear" and "that just wears them out because you're not rotating". Seriously? You're going to stand there and argue with your customer when you obviously don't have any idea what's going on? Side note: it's a FRONT WHEEL DRIVE car, the rear tires wear at half the rate of the front. Sam's has lost a long time customer in me, and I will do my very best to steer everyone I know AWAY from this store. read more

This club was remodeled earlier this year and is very large and well laid out compared to others I have seen. The snack bar service is fast but the seating is very cramped. There are frequently sample stations throughout the store for various foods, lots of local products, and great seasonal selections for merchandise. The grocery manager is very receptive to product suggestions and will do what's possible with requests. read more

Owned by the same people who own Walmart. Seriously could you get any worse on your customer service? The old man that stands at the exit door should pay attention to his only job instead of hacking with other employees who aren't doing their job. I don't care to wait around while The employees decide to finish up their conversation about what they had done the previous night. read more

Not happy with Sam's Club. They recently changed the reward system with the credit card company. Now instead of receiving a check it's applied to your Sam's Club membership. Will be parting ways with Sam's in the future. read more

For my Mother, I was with her, in the Optical Department. Rocky was the salesperson when she chose and ordered new glasses. A younger associate overheard their conversation, and pointed out a better way to find a better price on lenses online. The glasses were ready 3 days earlier than promised. When she went to pick them up on Thursday, 29th June, she approached the area with myself right behind her. A customer was sitting in front of Rocky, and another gentleman was waiting. Rocky looked up and gruffily said "It's going to be a while. I am the only one here. My Mother responded, I just need to pick up glasses and he said "There's another guy ahead of you." Though the wait was not long, the experience was ruined. Rocky did thank her for her patience, and mentioned again that he was by himself. However, when we left, he addressed my husband instead of the customer, telling him to bring her back in December to have nose pads replaced. Customer is happy with the glasses, price and convenience, but customer service was lacking. read more

usually the customer service is subpar and despite my usual quiet and polite demeanor, the staff seems to always recognize me, which is ok, but some mutual respect is needed badly there, anywho, lets see what today holds, and glad an acknowledgment of my written response by those unknowns portraying themselves in a diff light, the mobs stalking hopefully comes to a halt. read more

The new service desk at the front door totally blocked traffic have been waiting over 15 minutes to return a simple item. There are at least 10 people in line in front of me and maybe only one or two processed in the timeframe completely dysfunctional not customer oriented. Do not come on a weekend to return anything read more

We have been members of this particular Sam's club for nearly 5 years now. We like being able to purchase products in bulk so we come back every few months (especially since it is the main bulk retailer in Great Falls, Montana). However, we have had some pretty terrible experiences here. One of the worst instances was when my husband and I came in one day for stamps and toilet paper (two necessities in our lives) and were quite appalled by their service. As we waited at the check out lane, the cashier (who was very helpful and kind by the way) updated us on our member status. Apparently it had expired a week or two prior to us coming in so she directed us to the member services desk for a $10 visitors pass (which was more feasible than paying an extra $45 at that point in time). After waiting in another line over at the membership counter we informed the woman that we would like a 10$ visitors pass and to buy our two items. She then informed us that they were not authorized to give out visitors passes because of a sale that they had going on at the time. I inquired further (trying to understand) asking if our products, the toilet paper and the stamps were a part of the sale. To which she replied no, they are not and that we would have to come back tomorrow (which wouldn't normally be a big deal if we didn't live nearly 25 minutes away). As if that wasn't enough, a manager walked behind the counter right on time to hear most of the encounter and just turned around and walked away. If this is how they treat the members that pay to shop, then they must have a serious moral problem. We have avoided going in since then and just make necessary purchases online to avoid dealing with the employees more than we have to. read more

Not nearly as crowded as the other Sams Club stores I've been to. Then again, I am in Montana! Really friendly people, good prices, and the best part of a Montana Sams Club? No sales tax! read more

'I was at the Sam's club in Great Falls, Mt. It is very cold here about 0'. I bought $209.00 worth of groceries and when I asked for a box for the small stuff was told there weren't any. I remarked that it was pretty cold to haul everything into the house separately and was told that the people who unpacked the boxes said they were too busy to bother bringing boxes up to the front. I was shocked to learn that the store manager would let them get away with that. Upon leaving the store I drove passed the side of the building and saw 3 huge pallets of crushed boxes. Shame on this store for not thinking of the customer instead of what is easy. read more

I have store personal with ATTITUDE at this. store. My grandson tripped over the ruffled carpet on the way in. The cart retreiver person just laughed. I am a RN and my grandson was almost 3. He put a goose egg on his forehead. I shop this store because of price. They are out of stuff and refuse to get products with splenda. So the store isn't as friendly as it should be. read more

I like to dress casual when I shop. Some employees have acted rude to me. A cashier in her late twenties grunted at me as I gave her my membership card. She used more force to take the card than necessary. I gave her my money and she took that with some force as well. On an earlier trip one guy at the door who checked my receipt looked at my purchase and acted like I was not worth being nice to. I purchased about five things. After I said thank you, he responded with ignoring what I said. Since I have moved to Montana I notice that white people can be lazy! They are unhappy and think with little or terrible service to customers they think don't matter, they still deserve better in the work world. As someone born and raised in California I am used to variety and good service. I have customer service experience and put on a smile daily. Only in California I learned my responsibilities with a lot more customers coming through the doors. If this weren't the only Sam's Club I would shop at another club. read more
