When we went to pay the woman at the counter was immediately extremely condescending and asked for my ID (which I had left at home, but I'm nearly 30 and my mom who was the one purchasing the alcohol is in her mid 50s). The female attendant continuously harassed me for ID since I had touched the bottle and was EXTREMELY rude to my mother who was clearly confused by the entire situation. There is no Montana law that says I could not touch or carry said bottle. When we went to leave, the employee insisted I couldn't carry the non alcoholic drinks either. Customer service was absolutely horrendous and town pump should consider hiring employees with higher intelligence as well as decorum.

Now Love's answer to bad so sad, don't trust Love's and dont expect customer service. LOVES is big company that doesn't care about customers. The staff are typically good natured people, but the owners do not maintain their store. Going to…read morethe restroom or navigating the aisles is like try to avoid getting crushed under half-completed projects and overstocking. Sandwiches are often outdated, the toilet has been flooded more than once. Sometimes gas pumps don't work for any discernible reason, and there is a nasty smell that comes from somewhere around the soda fountain. I've also known people (and have seen some situations) in which the owners are verbally abusive towards their employees with the man of the store being known to sexually harass female customers and employees. I recommend avoiding the place and drive a few more blocks either direction where you will get better service and far less sleaze.
