    Disgusted! I joined and thought it might be a good place. It is definitely not worth the money they…read moreask. I reported bulbs burned out in the tanning beds. When I went back, the bulbs looked replaced in that area, but were burned out in another. What did she do, switch them around and hope no one would notice? I got a bad back and made my arthritis worse on her equipment. When I quit going, my symptoms got better and my back quit hurting. She is not qualified to be letting people on back machines like she does. I got a rash on her tanning bed two different times. Of course, she brushed it off like it was nothing. The music in there seriously sucks (old 20s, 30s and 40s music ughh)! I had a misfortune last year and was a victim of identity theft. I tried to cancel my contract early and she did everything to try and stop me. I asked for a copy of my contract (which by the way she does not give you a copy of in the beginning) because I wanted to see what the early cancellation fee was. She only sent me a few select pages. I sent her several emails and asked her to work with me on this. I wanted to stop my membership temporarily until things got financially better and then pick up where I left off and finish the contract, but she refused. Every plan she came up with resulted in me paying for the spa whether I could afford it or not and whether I was using the services or not. She continued to try and take off my card that is no longer in use after I told her to cancel my membership, and worse, she now sent a big bill to collections and I am supposed to pay for services that I didn't use and I am not using now! I was distressed over the contract and she couldn't care less! All she wanted was the money. This goes to show that she does not care about her customers and only cares about money coming into her spa. What business owner does this to customers and expects to keep a good business going? Not sure how she feels about taking money from customers when they are not using her services and are unable to go to the spa. Oh that's right, she told me it's "business". I guess she feels ripping off her customers is the way to keep the money coming in and who cares if the customers are happy or not, right? It is easier to suck people into a contract and take money that way because the spa is not good enough to get it the honest way. Do not sign a contract there!!!! Trust me, you will regret it! This spa is not worth it at all. To the comment below...You have to spend time at a business to be able to write a review. During my time there, I had all the things I listed, happen.
