I was delighted to find Studio Montage open one evening when I intended to get dinner at thr neighboring Rib & Chop house. I made my appointment for a Saturday afternoon haircut with Kelsi. Kelsi listened to my tales of bad haircuts so patiently and we had time to talk about the style I wanted--asymmetrical a-line, and even showed her some previous good haircuts I had. At first, she was going very conservative with the amount cut off, but we both realize that I have too much hair and need to pivot with removing volume via texturizing scissors without sacrificing the shape. The haircut in its final form is, as the kids these days say...VERY DEMURE, VERY MINDFUL. I look good. Thank you, Kelsi for my first GREAT haircut here at Great Falls.... great first impression... and see you for my next appointment, Kelsi!

I got fat ass acrylic nails now (super thick) and I told her I didn't want length off just cleaned up shape and I walked out with shorter nails and the shape was like an inverted square (shorter in the middle of nail and long pointy corners). I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with the service my wife received during her…read morerecent visit to your salon. My wife scheduled a manicure and pedicure appointment three days in advance. This appointment was especially important to us, as we have upcoming family pictures and wanted everything to be done professionally and ahead of time. Upon arrival and check-in, the employee at the front desk asked what services she was there for and appeared to attempt to exclude the manicure portion of her appointment. When it was clarified that she had indeed scheduled both services, the employee showed visible dissatisfaction, as though the additional work was an inconvenience. This was not a walk-in appointment, but one that had been properly scheduled ahead of time. While the pedicure portion of the appointment was completed without issue, the experience worsened afterward. As the staff began putting away materials--including the nail polish my wife had selected for both her toes and fingernails--she reminded them that she was also receiving a manicure. Once again, her request was met with resistance and an apparent lack of willingness to complete the full service. Instead of performing a proper manicure, the staff simply applied polish to her fingernails without completing any of the standard procedures such as trimming, shaping, filing, or cuticle care. The result was a rushed, incomplete service that did not meet even basic expectations for a manicure. Due to the clear lack of service provided, we refused to pay for the manicure portion of the appointment. This situation is particularly frustrating because it was evident that the staff were rushing due to how busy the salon was. However, a full schedule does not justify cutting corners or diminishing the quality of service for customers who took the time to book appointments in advance. Customers should not be made to feel like a burden for expecting the services they reserved--especially when the appointment was scheduled for an important upcoming event. I would appreciate being contacted regarding this matter and would like to hear how you plan to address both this situation and prevent similar experiences for other customers in the future.
