I've been coming here for a whole year. It's mom and Pop type place run by probably a husband and wife. Very nice always offering me waters giving me a foot massage. I stand all day in a pharmacy and run around helping people the shop has given me great comfort the whole year I've been deployed here and Great Falls. If you get to know them, they're very sweet Vietnamese. People are very proud of their heritage and very curious of their customers, I really do love them. read more

I usually am pretty forgiving with my reviews but to be honest there's nothing good I can say about this place. My mother and I decided to make an appointment here because we wanted to try a new place and the reviews were amazing. Well..... that was definitely a mistake. They took our appointment but there was only two people working so we each had to get our pedicure done separately plus we paid for the most expensive pedi available so that was frustrating and they only spent not even 20mins on each of us yet we were there for 2 and a half hours due to them running around trying to do multitask with other people and using the same gloves... nasty... And to top it all off she ripped on my poor mothers foot so bad that she had to go to a foot doctor to fix her big toe and was in serious pain for weeks. Never Again! read more

So i came here to get a pedicure and i told her i wanted the deluxe and didn't get that, she never even bothered asking what scent i wanted with my pedicure and she just started trimming my toenails without asking if i even wanted them cut. ( i wanted to keep the length ) and i'm just bothered that i paid for something that's a luxury and didn't even receive everything i paid for. also they took forever to even get started.. maybe it was just a bad day for her but i could've been offered a discount or something but no nothing lol. read more

Super reasonably priced first of all. They charged me $15 when somewhere else would've charged $30. I had to come here to get my nails fixed after Legacy Nails messed them up terribly. They were about to close on a Saturday night but still got me in. They are nice but maybe could use a little more confidence and training on current styles and trends. Ok for short simple nails but mine are long and ombré and when one was lifting he hesitated to want to fix it and tried to just glue it down instead of starting over. But when I'm insisted it be done right he happily took the time to do it and had extreme patience in finding the right color. Thank you Fancy Nails. read more

I love this place, they do a great job and are super friendly! Yes someone's they get busy, yes sometimes life happens and they make mistakes (from what I read on the other reviews) but we are all human right!? I have never had a bad experience when I came here. One time they even stayed open for me almost an hr after closing so they could finish. This is the only place I town I have repeatedly came to and spent my money. read more

This nail salon has a good location, & a good set up. As soon as I walked in the door & told them I had a nail appointment, I was pressed into shellac which did not want. So I picked out my nail color and was sat. I showed my nail tech a photo example of what I wanted, and she said she knew exactly what I was talking about. I wanted plain, straight nails. Easy enough, right? She didn't compare the lengths of my nails to each other, and she didn't make them straight. They are uneven & flare out like shovels. The closer she was getting to putting polish on my nails, the more she kept asking me if I wanted shellac. I understand that they want to make more money, but they kept trying to sell me something I clearly did not want to buy. On top of all this, another nail tech completely butchered my friend's nails. Overall, this nail salon needs to work on customer service & maybe freshen up on their training. I do not recommend this nail salon. UPDATE: I wanted to give them a second shot since I felt like writing them a bad review after just one time of what seemed to be a miscommunication wasn't very fair. I'm glad I went back, because they did an AMAZING job and I'm so pleased with my nails. I chatted with my nail tech the entire time, and they got me in & out in a very timely manner. Came in on a whim to get shellac nails. Saw online the price was roughly 25$ which is a good price for shellac. They were full when I arrived she said it would be like 10 mins, I waited and waited maybe about 20/30 min at least. Overall she done a good job, a little different process of shellac than I'm used to. I asked for a matte finish near the end and it kinda seemed as if it wasn't possible or in shock, but it was just a top coat. Expected 25$ but it was 30$ so not sure why I was charged more than I had saw online. Picked a mauve color and about a week after the color started to change to a brown, could've been from the matte coat not sure but wasn't really happy with the outcome. Overall, not the luxury experience I wanted when getting a manicure. Not sure if I'd return or not.. read more

Slow service. Waited 5 minutes before being acknowledged and sat on a pedicure chair for 40 minutes with my feet soaking, in just plain water, until my service actually began. This was my first time at Fancy Nails Salon. Everyone working was so kind and friendly. It wasn't very busy so they were able to get me in right away. I got the peppermint pedicure which consisted of a regular pedicure treatment plus an exfoliating and moisturizing massage of the feet and lower legs for only $35! Great price for what you get. They had a large selection of colors to choose from and when I was done they made sure that I was happy with their service. The spa is a little outdated but very clean and comfortable. I have been going here since the new owners took over in September of 2012. The shop is clean, the people are so nice, and they always do such a great job! I've read reviews about how the previous owner did things, and I am here to tell you that the new owners are NOTHING like them. I was sick last week and couldn't get into my regular gal at The Palm Tree, then she left on vacation. So I thought I would give Fancy Nails a try. 15 minute wait, someone came in with a 6 month old and all they did was visit with her and not the customers. Halfway through my fill, the woman who was doing my nails started to complain about the woman who normally does my nails, stating she doesn't know what she is doing. Then said, I don't even know why you have fake nails to begin with. She was so rude. I now have one finger that is sore on the backside of my nail, where the nail and the finger tip meet. It actually bled this evening. She had some guy finish my nails. She got up and left to go eat lunch. This was at 3:45. I will never go back, and thank God have a standing appointments with my regular gal at The Palm Tree. read more
