It appears he is also an advisor to others. I've heard his being asked lots of questions about color and such while I'm in the chair. The shop is very clean and nice with lots of product and other items to browse and purchase. The people are GREAT from the reception to the stylists, and I always feel good about myself when I leave! Give this salon a try... Just leave some space for me with Matt!!

The service was amazing fast enough that I wasn't sitting there forever, but still slow and relaxing enough that it actually felt like a real pamper moment. Nothing felt rushed at all. The price is such a steal for the quality you get. I've had way more expensive pedicures that didn't even come close to this. I live out of town and I'm genuinely thinking I might start making trips back just for this place. Also, I've never had a pedicure last this long without chipping it's actually insane to me how good it still looks. Everything about it was just 10/10.

The attitude I got was NASTY!! He smirked and said I will only put another top coat on and while he was doing in proceeded to explain why I was incorrect. I explained I have never complained, been a loyal customer and was surprised by the attitude. I guess they have more than enough customers and don't care about keeping loyal ones. I will never go back!! So disappointed, not by the one off nail job, but but the really really disrespectful customer service. DO BETTER

I got fat ass acrylic nails now (super thick) and I told her I didn't want length off just cleaned up shape and I walked out with shorter nails and the shape was like an inverted square (shorter in the middle of nail and long pointy corners). My white gel looks rippled and the old gel is still visible through the new gel. I had to reshape and redo my nails quickly as I had a trip the next morning, so I didn't even take a picture.
