I wanted a pedicure and a manicure the pedicure -I picked the most expensive one and immediately the lady said "for you $85" no explanation -It was already 70. next after all said and done and I paid $135 I saw 135 charge on my card - I zeroed the tip and paid the sweet girl that did my nails and pedicure $40 tip - after I left the bank sent me confirmation they charged my card however charge was 5.40 more than agreed price- so I called back curious to why I was charged $140.40 she said they charge a 4% processing fee.... the owner which I believe is who changed the pricing on my pedicure - I will not be returning nor should anybody else go there!!!! this was Thursday my manicure is already chipping!!!! read more

Worst $70 pedicure I have had. This was one of the worst pedicures when it comes to nail care. I made them aware that I had broken my big toenail but did not want it cut any shorter because I knew it would result in a bad ingrown toenail. Not only did she not listen to the request, she cut and pulled my nail all the way and down to my cuticle. I have never had my big toenails trimmed so short. They hurt because of how short they were cut down. This pedicure is going to result in some terrible ingrown toe nails that I did not go in there with. I am so disappointed. I've never had an experience like I had in a nail salon ever in my life. I showed them the reference photo then got moved to another manicurist which is fine but the lady who did my nails did such a horrid job! From barely talking to me and when I said I didn't like something she ignored what I said and continued with my gaudy nails. The polish isn't even and when she messed up she just continued without fixing it. Didn't do my cuticles right ( literally skin peeling around it ) & the polish is bubbly and not even at all. I don't recommend this place at all and I refuse to give them my money again. read more

I DON'T EVEN KNOW WHERE TO START First and foremost I've had these nails 3 days this is how they look, I've been getting my nails done for 20 years and have never been more disappointed in my life This is going to be a long rant FYI. I would like to start by saying from the minute I walked into the shop I was greeted by one lady who was extremely nice I liked her she was telling the other lady to do my nails or I can only assume that's what she was telling her at first the lady was very rude very unprofessional she acted like it was such an inconvenience that she had to do my nails. First off I asked for a specific kind of nail polish they didn't use that I don't know what they used but my nails have never chipped like this ever ! Btw this was a fill that I paid $60 bucks for I've never been charged $60 for a fill EVER! Now I showed her the picture of how I wanted my nails, she then starts painting all of my nails green when I told her this was not even the right green and showed her the picture she then just glared at me and rolled her eyes. She didn't even try to go get the right green or black I originally asked for. Now aside from my nails being bumpy and chipping all over my index finger looks like a pre schooler did them! I know pictures always look better but come on now, I am not a licensed nail technician and I could've done a better job. After I told her several times and had to have her go back and fix stuff I finally just had it! on top of all of that my ring went missing, just mysteriously off of her desk (GOOD THING IT WAS OF NO VALUE, Only sentimental value well because one of my kids gave it to me years ago) now after all of this I decided to get a pedicure don't ask me why but I needed my feet done and I just had worked all day so I didn't feel like going and looking for a new nail place. My feet actually look decent! even after all of this I left her a $10 dollar tip. IT'S CALLED COMMON Courtesy. Legacy Nail Spa I TRY NOT TO BE A KAREN BUT I SPENT OVER A HUNDRED BUCKS AND HAVE HAD THESE NAILS 3 days. I like this place they were really busy and didn't have much time for small talk, nail tech didn't say a word to me the whole time but asked what I wanted, and did exactly. It was really fast I have no complaints I did a full set, acrylic nails with pink glitter on top. Super cute and was really impressed. I should say I have been here a total of three times. The first two times were fine, the second time I found the person I loved. I thought I made an appointment with her for this third time, but they apparently don't write that down? or keep track of requests like that? Im not sure as she was not there. I said Okay, I'm sure someone else will be fine. It was not fine. I am 25 weeks pregnant with twins. The massage is clearly what I am after here. First the man I got (I couldn't quite catch his name) was rude when I explained I can't do the gel polish because I am actually allergic to it. Okay, rudeness doesn't mean you can't do a good job. He didn't massage my legs or feet at all, and I paid for the $70 Organic Pedicure. I also was getting a manicure, which again, I am allergic to the gel conversation happened. My nails are not even, there is but the thinnest layer of polish on them. I was clearly upset and the manager (I think) tried to engage me in conversation while I sat for them to dry but I wasn't able to form a coherent thought. I did say I was upset at the lack of massage. After I left I sat in my car and thought I just spent $80 on the worst pedicure and manicure I have ever received and I am paying for the babysitter for 49 minutes. Thats how long this all took, in and out for a spa pedicure and manicure, 49 minutes. I did go back and request my tip back, I couldn't justify a tip for that. I will not be returning. The sad part is I think I am a pretty good tipper, I will tip at least $25 for a pedicure. Ive even tipped more before being this pregnant and when the massage is great. read more

Gabby did my nails today. She's excellent! Took her time, made sure I liked the shape and the length before she painted. Even gave me a tip on placing my hands under the lamp so the polish would cure properly. Even at the end of my appointment when she had to hurry out, she still took her time and made sure I was content. I will definitely be going back! They are so expensive number one. They try to push you into doing gel with no other option and if you refuse they get cold and are rough with you. Then I went in for a fill because my normal shop was booked and before I knew it she had two of my nails completely off. When I asked her why she said she was starting over because her products were better and it would be $65! When I objected because I liked my nails and just wanted a fill she proceeded to give me the thickest lumpy nails I've ever seen. When I went back the next day to have them shaped because everyone at work was commenting on how ugly they were she said they were like that because I didn't trust her! And if I came back again and let her do what she wanted they would be better. At a rate much higher than normal I suppose. So she refused to shape them and I left thinking wow! She purposely made my nails ugly because I questioned her and didn't trust her? Or because I didn't want to pay $65 for what should have been a $35 fill. I wish I had taken photos before I had them fixed at another shop but please take my word for it and never go here. I recommend Fancy Nails or Magic Nails instead! read more
