On top of that, she did not do what my daughter requested and admitted that she did not have the correct product to achieve that look. My daughter had to have another stylist correct the mistakes and we paid more money to do that. The second stylist indicated that my daughter's scalp had also been burned. I reached out to Jamie kindly requesting she negotiate the price. She agreed to refund half my money and apologized. She never followed through with this refund. I have reached out twice with no response. Very unprofessiona!

Jamie, the ear piercing tech, not only did an amazing job, very detailed, but also was extremely personal with and reassuring to our two small, scared girls. I honestly can't say enough good about her. If you've got a little one that needs a piercing but is scared, go and ask for Jamie.
