I was referred to Philip from another military spouse who went to him also. I had a picture of some…read morepurple I wanted to add into my hair. He was able to get me in on a Saturday the next week. And this was also my first time with a professional so I was a little nervous. But he is so sweet and so much fun. We were talking and laughing the whole time. He was gentle with my hair, and I wasn't uncomfortable at all. The salon is cozy and you can tell everyone enjoys their job. My hair was sooooo soft still even after all the treatments needed to lighten it and re-color it. I was a light brown before. And before I left, he mixed me a bottle of the fancy Lanza conditioner with the purple color mixed it to help the color stay longer, and gave me a bottle of the styling gel he used which is amazing as well. I went back in a couple months later and even he was surprised at how well the color stuck. The purple barely faded, and the darker brown faded to a nice shade of brown that still complimented the purple. I have another appointment next week to get more purple put it, and really bring the color out. I recommend him to anyone that asks for hair stylists.

I can not give them a good review based on my own experience. I generally cancel my membership for…read morethe summer and come back in the fall. I have gone to the Peak since Access Fitness closed. Greg was the manager of Access Fitness and I was never talked down to or treated contemptuously by his staff. The Peak staff at the West Bank Landing failed to cancel my membership correctly then charged my account. When I attempted to inform them of the error I was blamed and asked to prove and show my receipt and email it to them. I was additionally mocked for doing all of the above by another member of the staff. I followed the chain of command and was told at every turn it was my error and not theirs. Ultimately I had to talk to my bank after it was made evident they would not take accountability and further the issue up the chain of command. I was aggrieved to be required to go to such lengths because of the attitude and lack of action taken by the staff at multiple levels. Suffice it to say I will not ever be rejoining.
