The food was perfect and unique. For my first time in Great Falls, this was a great find! I highly recommend giving it a shot. I've never had gnocchi made into a patty, and the flavor of the chicken pasta dish was incredible. read more

On Saturday evening we had the pleasure of dining here. I had called for reservations only to be told they were having their annual farm to table dinner with a limited number of seatings. They happened to have two spaces available which I quickly took. It was a wonderful evening and we absolutely enjoyed the food and wine pairings. Lucky us to grab these two spots. The chef explained each dish, the wine rep from Montinore gave us the backstory on the wines and a description of each, the purveyors of much of the fare provided to the restaurant had a chance to tell us about their products and how they contributed to the exquisite meal we all enjoyed, and the owner, Tara, made us all feel welcome and a part of the family. The tables were set beautifully. The attention to detail helped to make the vending even more special. They obviously truly care about being a part of their amazing community and the food they serve. read more

Loved the vibe of this restaurant!! The staff was very accommodating to our requests. Spent the day traveling to the area to visit family. They have inside and outside dinning. We tried the wine flights. Great italian restaurant. Store was opened when we were there. Will have to go back for the great wine we tried. read more

I had an amazing time!! The inside looks lovely and there's even a nice outdoor patio, with a fire pit! The server we had was amazing, she gave great food and drink recommendations! The calamari was pretty tasty! I usually don't order salads as a main dish but the salad was soo good and filling! read more

We heard so much about the excellence of 5th and Wine's menu that we were willing to overpay for their menu. Unfortunately, we were extremely disappointed. We were celebrating our son's birthday and this was not the dinner we expected. The waitress was solicit but unable to deliver entrees that were delayed beyond any expectation. Our dinner took two hours to be served and the dishes were at best of uneven quality (one entree was cold and the other one was salty!). The waitress apologized for the delay indicating that they had lost the order in the kitchen. She offered free desserts. Unfortunately, she came later and after bargaining for a fewer number of deserts, we only got one desert for 4 people for free (I guess the chef changed his mind or threatened the waitress to take the price of the deserts out of her salary!). I don't recommend this restaurant. Too pricy for poor service and poor quality. read more

Just when I thought 5th and Wine was perfect, they totally outdid themselves by offering this amazing gluten free option on their chicken pesto pasta!! As always the service was excellent, quick and efficient and Tara was ahead of the game but offering the gluten free option! The outdoor space is secluded, plenty of full shade or sunshine for whatever serves you best! And the music is always on point! Make sure your week includes a stop at 5th and Wine read more

Everything about 5th and Wine was wonderful: the ambiance, service, wine and food! Our server was very pleasant and efficient. The meal was absolutely delicious and the presentation was attractive and inviting. I enthusiastically recommend 5th and Wine. read more

Outside seating was quiet and comfortable. The service was very good. Friendly and welcoming. The wine list is just the right length, not tool long or too short and the prices are reasonable. I would visit again. read more

If you haven't been to 5th and Wine, you are seriously missing out--especially because of Chef Steven, who is nothing short of amazing. Everything this man creates is pure magic. From appetizers to entrées, every dish is packed with flavor and made with clear passion and skill. But the real showstopper? His soups. Hands down, the best soups you will ever taste. Comforting, creative, and perfectly seasoned every single time. Not only is Steven a culinary genius, he's also just a genuinely great guy. Friendly, humble, and always willing to chat or offer a recommendation. You can tell he truly cares about the food he makes and the people he serves. And it's not just Steven--everyone at 5th and Wine is top-notch. The entire staff is warm, welcoming, and professional, creating an atmosphere that makes you feel right at home. You can tell they all love what they do, and it shows in the service and the experience. 5th and Wine is lucky to have such an amazing team--and so are we! read more

Another great dinner at 5th. Never disappoints - had the halibut dinner and it was amazing. Others in my party had the chicken parm - lightly breaded - came out perfect - very tasty. Great selection of wines as always and wonderful selection of beers on tap. See you soon for brunch's read more

Very nice atmosphere. Food was outstanding. Will definitely go back next time I'm in Great Falls.

Outstanding food quality and service. Though not inexpensive, definitely a good value! Outside patio is wonderful in the summer.

5th and Wine is a cool vibe in an odd town, but there are hits and misses here. The restaurant has an adjoining wine store, so there are lots of choices. The options in the restaurant were also fairly priced. The decor is very cool - high ceilings make for a spacious feel with bistro seating. The service is friendly, warm and inviting. The food is... mixed. The mushroom garlic butter and pork bites were fantastic. The entrees were universally oversalted...beyond salty. The desserts were mostly dry. We had a nice time, because we were celebrating a milestone birthday and would not let anything get us down, but there was a lot of room for improvement. read more

Absolutely loved the decor. The upstairs looks like it'd be really cute when open. Wine was amazing!!! The garlic and tomato dip was full of flavor! The lasagna was so delicious! Wish I would've made it before they changed the menu and still had a short run lasagna. Based on what I had tonight, I'm positive it was probably to die for! To top it off, the staff was excellent. I will definitely be back! read more

Great food, excellent wine, good service, peaceful and superb setting. Located close to downtown.

The food and service are extraordinary. They also have a wine club that is a terrific value.

Absolutely amazing New York strip steak, highly recommend it. The corn purée was crazy good. And the mushroom platter/dip appetizer was also fantastic. Really great find, on my list for next return to Great Falls. read more

Yelp, you did it again and provided a wonderful recommendation. Non wind drinker came to a wine bar and got stuffed. Special was Asian clam appetizer then followed up with a sea bass on an amazing bed I don't remember (mushrooms & rice) with veggies. I was probably good with just the app but I prevailed and cleaned my plate before finishing it off with a chocolate stout for dessert. read more

One of the best food and beverage locations in Great Falls and surrounding areas. This review is a long time coming as I was a resident a few years ago and moved away only to return a year ago. The food is always consistent yet it consistently improves. I thoroughly enjoy the lunch and events at this space. My husband and I hosted our wedding dinner in the beautiful loft space above a year ago. The service and attention to detail was impeccable. The staff is always welcoming and incredibly knowledgeable. I highly recommend the Fire Roasted Red Pepper Chicken Melt as a lunch item but you truly can't go wrong with any item. I recommend popping into the retail side to say hi to Wendy. She may steer you towards an amazing bottle of wine to take with you while you enjoy the superb cuisine in the restaurant:) read more

Awesome place for dinner with the wife and 3 year old kid. Best restaurant I've eaten at in a long time. So much so that I downloaded this stupid app just to leave a review. Got the chicken and pesto appetizer. Highly recommended. Also the kids pizza was delish. Great atmosphere, awesome wait staff. Even better wine! I wish I would have just bought the bottle instead of sipping from the glass. Resling was delish. 5 out of 5! Best restaurant in Great falls hands down. Spent about $120 to feed 3. read more

Everything about our lunch there was great.Service fabulous, food was tasty. Was just there last weekend for an unforgettable dinner.

This was the first place we ate on our 10 day road trip and remained our favorite. The charcuterie board, wines, and steaks were all amazing and great service and atmosphere. Would love to come back if we are ever back in the area! read more

My husband and I ate here the other night and realized we had also eaten here in March. The food is delicious as the menu changes with the seasons, he had the pan seared chicken and I had the salmon, both were delicious - It's nice for us to not get steak when we can in Montana. Our waiter, was super friendly as well. Best wine list we've seen in Montana, and as it is adjacent to their own wine shop, you can buy any wine in the shop and have it served in the restaurant. Decor is lovely, with a barn type feel, love the comfy environment. read more

Entree, pork too dry and same with steelhead trout. Salads ;wine, and accompanied veggies good. Service good. Comped for dry trout. Overall, disappointed especially for dry entree. Too pricey for poor quality entrees. read more

Would have given four stars because their truck stop burritos with the sensational savory cheese sauce with hot cheeto dusting was amazing! The meat and the potatoes and the cheese sauce really married well. It was rich and the salsa and hot cheetos really helped to break up that richness. The grapefruit mimosa was very fresh and the grapefruit itself wasn't tart or bitter. It was reminiscent of an orange but with that characteristic zest of grapefruit. The kicker is the dinner entree. It sounded amazing in theory. It was pork tenderloin with spicy bell pepper linguini with microgreens. It comes after a half an hour or more, little longer than I eas expecting, and it was beautiful. The pork loin had that pan seared crust and amazing seasoning. It was cooked perfectly and was not overly dry. The sauce! The sauce had curry and smelled great! I was so excited for that first bite of richness. But it was such a huge let down. It lacked spice. Really lacked salt for all that pasta. It really needed that spice to break up that rich cream sauce. It would have been worth the $29 if it all came together. Very disappointing. I wanted to love it! But looks can be deceiving. read more

Delicious food, nice wine choices and a classy, industrial rehab space, with outside seating if the weather permits. 5th & Wine - Bison burger with bacon on lettuce A huge thank you to Mark and Tara for being open for take out! #takeouttuesday - Beer, Wine & Spirits Near Me - Great Falls, Montana

On work travel in Great Falls, Montana and saw this place on my way back from the rock climbing gym so I decided to stop by after I got cleaned up. It is well decorated and the space was open which was really nice. They had a nice selection of wine and drinks (I ended up getting a dry red blend which was great). I ended up not getting an appetizer and decided to get a steak which was also great! The sauce they put on it was light yet flavorful and really brought the entire dish with the sides(asparagus and mashed potatoes) together! Only complaint is I think my steak was a bit overcooked for medium but really didn't take away from the meal at all which is why my review remained at a 5 stars. Appetizers range from ~$10 to $15 and the entrees range from ~$20 to $35. Entrees were few but diverse - a pasta, a chicken, a fish, and a steak. A bit pricey, but a relaxed type atmosphere really seemed down to earth. I will definitely be back next time I'm in town! read more
