Worthy of 10 stars but the app only allows 5. Tremendous execution of Montana's best wild and farm raised produce. To sum up in one word: Authentic.... Hard to say what is best because everything on the menu is sublime! We heartily recommend the bison, aged beef, trout, and all the seasonal specialties. Ambience is Montana comfort mixed with intimate nuances. Charlie Russell himself would feel at home here! You cannot go wrong coming here for a post-meeting repast, wedding anniversary, first date, or a family reunion! In fact I'd create excuses just to sup here. Wine list is very impressive. We started off the meal with some calamari which came with the choice of three dipping sauces, Ranch, Chipotle Ranch, and Sweet Chili. Yep we tried all 3 dips and all were great but I loved the sweet chili. Meal came with choice of soup or salad. I had the salad with ranch dressing. Ranch is house made and was delicious. Had the smallest prime rib that they offer. They call it the queen size which was 10 oz of meet. Let's just say that if you leave hungry it's your own fault. I chose to have the Bar-S chips as my side. They are a baked potato that is then sliced and fried. These were so good that I may have to make them for my family when I get home. Dawn was our waitress and was fantastic. She answered all our questions and provided helpful advice on what to order. If you want some good steaks head on over to Bar-S!!

I just ordered takeout and had a glass of wine while I waited. It was relatively busy for a Thursday evening so I had to wait about 30 minutes for my food. I had the Caesar salad with steak and a baked potato. The salad was nothing really to write home about just some lettuce and croutons slapped together, but the steak and onions that went on top of it were very very good. The baked potato was almost the size of my head. It was huge. For 35 bucks I definitely had a full meal with a salad and potato. I would've preferred the butter and sour cream to have been on the side as I didn't feel like much was given, and the potato is rather dry. Overall, it's a nice restaurant I would come back
