The burgers had a worse meat to bread ratio than a McDonald hamburger, the onion rings completely burned, we asked for the onion rings to be redone, well that took 45 minutes and they delivered half of what was coming in with the burger. When we finally was ready to go we were billed for 4 burgers instead of 3, since i had already paid it took like an act of congress to reverse the charge and do over. And absolutely travesty of an experience and should close down until they can get the most basic things right.

We heard from some friends how they liked eating here. I'm sorry to say we were very disappointed with our experience. We liked the calm atmosphere, ambience and nicely done decor, with a large salt water fish tank at the entrance. We came around 7:30 so there were only a few filled tables and booths. We were greeted from a smiling hostess, quickly seated and given the drink and buffet menu. Our waitress introduced herself. We asked for the entree menu since we weren't interested in the buffet. Afterward she gave us time to go over the menu. She brought over two tall glasses of water while we decided on our entrees. After ordering our meals came quickly. Our waitress came by a couple of times asking how we were doing. We chatted about the hot weather and going to the fair. I ordered the Hibachi grilled salmon with pineapple, baby corn, sliced zucchini and bean sprouts with noodles in the spicy garlic sauce, which was not too hot, with miso soup for $16.99. My husband ordered the grilled scallops, broccoli, sliced carrots, pineapple and sliced mushrooms with fried rice and a salad for $17.99. I'm sorry to say we were disappointed with our meals. I had to ask for a dinner size napkin since I didn't get one. The waitress pointed to the napkin dispenser but did bring one. My cup of soup was not hot, bland with a few bits of tofu, seaweed and green onions slices. The small portion of salmon was grilled tender but hiding underneath the vegetables and a generous serving of noodles and filled my plate. The pineapple chunks and sliced zucchini were good. But the baby corn and bean sprouts tasted like they were canned and didn't taste grilled. My husband's salad was very small with iceberg lettuce and a few slices of tomato and cucumber. The Honey Ginger dressing was tasty though. The fried rice was cold, the several scallops very small and the vegetables unremarkable. His entree didn't fill his plate like mine. We quickly ate, paid the bill and left with my leftovers. Leaving we were not wished a good evening by the two young ladies at the entrance although they did quickly smile. I don't like giving bad reviews but I hope this gives the manager a few things to discuss with the staff and cooks to improve the experience.
