The restaurant is alittle old school , it's very quiet and has the feels of back in the 80s, the waitress was very nice and friendly. We ordered cheese sticks, and poppers as an appetizer. We also had fish and chips and ordered a steak with baked potatoe. The fish and chips were alittle over cooked hard to eat, but the steak and potato was amazing.. Really enjoyed the small atmosphere , the only thing that was loud was next door at the casino they were watching a football game and they were kinda loud but totally understandable. read more

We had lunch at Lambkin's in Lincoln today.There were three of us and we all ordered different lunch items. I had the "Lunch Special" , a Cheeseburger soup and mini Chef salad. Both were excellent. I would recommend stopping at Lambkin's for lunch. read more

Basic breakfast in a clean and friendly restaurant. Have eaten here many times over the years, and it still provides a solid option for good grub. I had the Cinnamon Roll French Toast with 2 eggs and link sausage. The French toast was a huge offering. Coupled with the eggs, perfectly cooked as ordered, and tasty sausage, this was a meal big enough to satisfy the hungriest traveler. My co-pilot had the regular French Toast and was happy with her breakfast. Her only complaint was the ladies' room. No lock on the door and no privacy divider so she felt exposed sitting on the can if someone walked in. I suggested that she stand up while doing her business, but she promptly dismissed my common-sense suggestion as typical male ignorance. Go figger. read more

Great place to stop after a hike when going through town. I gad the Sassy burger with fries and it was pretty good and hit the spot! Service was good up until the end. Our bill came and was $30. My friend and my portion were the sane and paid cash. The server left with our money and never returned. She later looked at me because I was still sitting in the booth and asked if I needed anything. I asked for my change and why it was just assumed her tip. I was going to add to the change, but because she basically tried to steal her tip, I was too frustrated. I'm a server, too and I NEVER ask if you want change nor have I ever just took it. I always return with change and never assume. It's greedy. You just lost your tip and will likely try another place when passing through town. read more

A cute little restaurant in Lincoln, Montana! The food: nothing phenomenal but good food overall. I had a chicken burger (minus the cheese) and overall it was good. I got mine with a side salad which was better than it tasted. The others in my group got a beef sandwich and a BLT. We split French Fries and they were very good! The atmosphere: a small and quaint little restaurant in a very small town. The service was good. It was pretty busy too - most of which were passerby's like ourselves. Would I come back? Excellent breakfast stop in Lincoln, Mt, that I have been visiting for 35 years. I recommend either the huge pancakes or the traditional breakfast of two eggs how you like them plus hash browns, bacon, and wheat toast. But ALWAYS get a Cimmy Roll to go--huge and all so good. read more

We love Lambkins! My husband and I have property in Helmville, and drive through Lincoln a couple of times a month. Ever since the first breakfast, Lambkins has been "our spot". The veggie breakfast skillets and eggs benedict are bomb, burgers and steaks are excellent, and coffee is strong and hot. I follow a pescatarian diet, and my husband loves meat- and we both have plenty of options that we love. Definitely highly recommend! read more

I had the cinnamon roll only after seeing how big it was sitting on the counter for another order. You can also have it sliced up and made into French toast. Really good. Kat had hash browns, egg and ham scramble with toast. Browns would have been better served in a snack bag, quite crunchy. Eggs were served more like a patty, crisp on both sides. read more

At the west side of Lincoln on Highway 200, this is a friendly, clean spot for basic meals. Our breakfasts were better than reasonable. The menu is basic, but included a finely made vegetable and cheese omelet and cinnamon french toast along with the more expected bacon and eggs and biscuits and gravy combos. Wish I could give "0" stars. We traveled up today to check out the statues in the wild and stopped in with my family to grab a bite to eat before heading home. We were greeted politely by the hostesses and told our server (I believe her name was Wendy) would be right out to take our order. She proceeded to come out and asked if we were ready to order so we said yes. I asked to order the grilled chicken and fries for my son, and then while ordering the chicken tenders for myself and asked if I could have both bbq and ranch the server proceeded to mock me and rattle off "well I don't know but maybe if you could talk a little faster and keep going with out stopping I could get your order" and proceeded to keep rattling more off to which I don't remember because I was in such shock to be treated that way as a guest in the restaurant all because I was apparently "talking too fast" instead of politely asking me to hold on for a moment or slow down she went off mocking and speaking to me in a condescending tone. It upset my husband so much(which is rare) that he told her to cancel our order and we left. I highly recommend avoiding this place unless you want to be spoken to condescendingly in front of your family just for going into a restaurant and ordering food. It looks like there were many other options in town. Go check those out. We continued down the road to Ovando and ate at Trixie's and had awesome service. read more

Stopped for brunch on a saturday. It was busy but the service was good and quick. 1/2 order Biscuits and gravy with two eggs for me. My wife had 1 egg, bacon, hashbrowns and toast. All for $13.77. Have had half a dozen lunches here in last 3 months. Menu is plentiful, staff and cook efficient and prices have been redone reasonably. Place is Clean, food is very good, soup and sandwich is a huge lunch as soup is bowl not cup, Enjoy! read more
