    Never go on weekends . It takes 20 mins to enter / park and another 20 mins to get out. It's in the same place as Costco and hair gets crowdedddddd .. As with all Walmarts , you get all basic stuff. I like the north Brunswick super store better. Customer service could be better .. there is a subway inside for quick access to food. Slow billing... overall an average experience!

    Very limited grocery section with a row of fresh items but mostly shelf food and nothing seems to be in stock in other sections in the store as half the shelves were discombobulated and disorganized. Very crowded upfront at the cashiers. And sharing a lot with Costco... Such parking crowds. Lots of cheap discounted items though, so hard to beat the prices on the generic items. Noticed some areas smaller now, and no fishing licenses sold here.

    I visited this Walmart when I had to return some items bought online and use their customer service at this place. The customer service agent that we got was decent but took a lot of time to get our refund processed. She kept on checking the item and then cross checked whether it had a return policy available (it did because we got the item within a few days and it stated online that it had return protection for up to 30 days) so that was a little baffling. Nonetheless, we got the item refunded. Once you're in a Walmart location you really can't just leave like that without checking what they have in store so that's what we did. We went in to check the produce section (which was utterly lacking here at the time), we checked the frozen section and everything in between for grocery hunting. One thing that I did notice is that they lack organic sections for their grocery products be it chicken or eggs or dairy. They do have a few but the options are far less then other stores. If you shop at this Walmart purely for groceries, you might want to visit another dedicated grocery store to get all your items from your checklist. This Walmart has all the COVID precautions in place with the mandatory mask on policy and social distancing. They have different sections such as electronics, house improvements and many other. Overall, this is a huge store with all the necessary things that you'd need available to you along with a decent grocery selection.

    Not one register open with a human. Constantly only has self checkout with lines snaking half the store. Management does nothing to resolve the issue.

    Walmart selling smoke they have no clue about Tires I call headquarters about the Pirelli Scorpion Verde All Season 215/65R17 99V Tire. ( on the description they have a summer tire) Moreover, the picture is different from the one in the manufacture so the model ( I call on the 8th of Dec to confirm if the tires are all-season tires, I spoke to Alex she put me to wait but later she confirmed she said they are all-season tires). I purchased the tires online and I went to the manufactures website to look for the tires and they show up as summer tires. I call back on the 14th to the headquarter I spoke to a rep they told me "the same" then I request to speak to a supervisor. The supervisor Wendy (headquarters) said that they can not warranty the information on their website. She said that I have to call the tire center, I ask if she can call for me since she is a manager. She transfers the call to Mike in the tire center in Edison NJ. He said that they do not sell that type of tire, therefore, he had not to clue about it and he can only tell me what the website says about the tire. They are all-season tires but they can not warranty that until the tires get there and I have to go in google and look for the tires and the description. Summary, the customer service on headquarters doesn't know and can not warranty what their website sells or said also the Tire center can not warrant what the website says. I think at this point the customer service is obsolete so the tire center professional should be at their houses and Walmart webpage should hire people from amazon to teach them about website sales and the customer service and the tire center should request a training form Costco store and invest in a software that knows about tires. Tomorrow is my install day 15th and on the 16th we have a storm of 12 to 18 inches and I have to drive my family with those tires. If the Customer service from headquarters and the local rep from the tire center can not trust their website information on Walmart. How can a customer like me trust a misleading website or customer service that has no idea about what they selling or the tire center rep that has no clue about the product?     Bummed because I'm a huge Walmart fan and have shopped here my whole life, but now I live in a city where I don't have Walmart and drove over an hour to one. None of the deals were marked correctly and I was incredibly overcharged at checkout. I was so excited to find some cheap overalls for $3....but then the tagged was marked as $11. When I checked out it was $17. I told the man at the checkout and he made me go look for another pair to show him another tag. He looked at the tag and still charged me full price. I love Walmart but that experience was really a bummer.

    Was not really impressed with this Walmart. I happened to be in Jersey and needed a couple of things and stopped here. I've always said that all Walmart's were not created equal and I'm standing by that. Didn't have everything I was looking for and the prices were not as inexpensive as usual. This Walmart also wasn't the most cleanest. Probably won't be back to this one.

    Very nice and friendly customer service ladies. No problems with returns very convenient. Large and not crowded parking.

Parking is at a premium in Metuchen, but I found Boyt had a few spaces in a parking lot. I decided I would park at Boyt, walk to the cleaners, AHCS, and make Boyt my last stop before leaving. As I exited my vehicle a man in plain clothes came from behind his vehicle to advise me that I could not park there. I excused myself and asked if he was speaking to me, the only other person and vehicle in the parking lot. He repeated himself, told me I couldn't park there, and pointed to the tow sign, which I saw when coming into the lot with the intention of being a customer. The self described "owner of the parking lot" made me so uncomfortable. I chose to move my car onto the street. I went to every other business I planned, however, due to his aggressive nature I would rather drive to South Jersey to get the one item I needed from Boyt Drugs. Furthermore, a little research revealed that the parking lot is owned by Metuchen. The individual that chose to speak to me is the owner (based on public records I was able to pull from his license plate - the vehicle he doesn't even own outright). The bottom line is, please be kind to everyone. You never know who you are encountering. I'm sure it is frustrating to see other businesses flourishing around you, however, you never know when there could be an opportunity to turn someone into a customer; or in this case totally turn a customer away. I undoubtedly would NOT recommend Boyt Drugs for any medical need.

They are able to fill the prescriptions reasonably quickly and I think if you are in the local area then the may deliver although I haven't used them for this. If you want a friendly local pharmacy that doesn't reject prescriptions and also does compounding then this is a good place to go. The prices are also reasonable.

It's like driving into Exxon Gas Station and the attendant is like "Sorry, but the fuel prices are exorbitant! is $5.39 per gallon for regular gas okay with you? How can we help you afford your gas for your car?" But Loving Care Pharmacy does it.

Having spent my entire life working in customer service, I can say, without a doubt, that one rarely finds a business so proficiently run as this one. Upon first look, one might think this pharmacy to be limited due to the modest storefront and interior, however, I assure you, it is everything but. The store is pristine in its cleanliness, as one would expect from a newly opened establishment. The retail shelves are stocked with some medical necessities as befits a tiny brick and mortar pharmacy, but do not be fooled by the size of the storefront, as the pharmacy itself is sure to be able to fill the prescriptions your doctor has ordered. In addition to actually having my medications filled quickly, this pharmacy should be the model for all pharmacies worldwide when it comes to customer service! I was greeted as soon as I entered the store,by a friendly, smiling associate behind the counter. When I informed them that I had some questions for the pharmacist, it took a few quick seconds for the pharmacist, and owner, to greet me with a huge smile and amicable persona, introducing himself by name. After showing him the list of medications I take regularly, he assured me he could fill all meds when needed. He then offered to contact my pharmacies and have all existing scripts on file with them, sent over, making my transition to Bonhamtown Pharmacy a wonderfully efficient and painless process. After we went over my meds, he gave me their business card and I shook his hand whilst expressing my relief and gratitude to have found his pharmacy. For the first time in my life I left a pharmacy feeling assured by, and happy with, the customer service experience I had just had. Since that awe inspiring first experience, I have had multiple scripts filled by them. My scripts have been filled QUICKLY, and I was always informed by phone call and text that my prescriptions were ready. The pharmacy also uses email if requested. Their impeccable customer service is accessible, as well, by email and two way text (not just automated texts). They are always easy to contact and quick to reply if not immediately. I have encountered other patrons along the way who also freed themselves from big pharmacies, and they all have expressed the same gratefulness for having found such a greatly run pharmacy. In fact, I have never encountered an unhappy customer while at this pharmacy, which, in and of itself, speaks volumes! Pharmacy giants like Walgreens, CVS, Target, etc..., may have huge stores stocked with everything from auto care to frozen dinners, but that's all to distract you while you wait unbearably long times for your script to be filled by one of a multitude of unhappy drones working the pharmacy counter who don't know you from anyone else they've dealt with that day. Those massive chain pharmacies make you feel like just a number, and, due to being understaffed with overwhelming volumes of scripts they have to fill, they often (VERY OFTEN) make mistakes which are extremely challenging to have corrected. The list of negative traits inherent in these corporate giants goes on and on, but this isn't a review for their horrific customer service. I mention big corporate pharmacies because I feel like I have finally freed myself of a decades long abusive relationship and found the perfect one. The sigh of relief I expelled, when I first realized this, was one which I felt on a deep, soulful, level. I HIGHLY recommend Bonhamtown pharmacy, whether you are getting just a one time prescription filled, or have many that you need filled often. They are personable and very helpful, provide their services on a personal level, and you can be assured that you are in good hands! Even if you don't live close to this pharmacy, it is worth driving to for something as important as medications; I know I would. I would drive hours for exemplary service like theirs, especially since medications are not something I want dealt with lightly and haphazardly. However, I just had a truly awful experience with the pharmacist on duty today. My doctor sent my prescriptions on Tuesday, I went to Tiffany to pick up a prescription on Tuesday that was ready and was told that my other prescriptions would be filled today and tomorrow. However when I called this morning I was told a different story by the pharmacist on duty who has always been the least helpful one but he took his lack of regard for the wellbeing of patients to a different level today. He very sighed loudly when I asked him if I could expect my prescription to be filled tomorrow and spoke to me as if I were a nuisance. I have NEVER had such a horrible experience with ANY pharmacist anywhere. He completely dismissed me and I was so shocked that I said,"I get it, thanks", and I hung up the phone. I have been an extremely loyal customer for years and I have referred many friends and family to Tiffany Pharmacy. I am such a patient person and I don't elicit rude responses from anyone because I treat everyone with a great deal of respect, however I do ask questions. I am just so disappointed and shocked that I had to write this review, and I never write reviews. Everyone at Tiffany is such a pleasure to speak with and I mean everyone, but after my interaction with that pharmacist today, I just feel terrible. Tiffany is more than a pharmacy to me, the core group of pharmacy staff that I am familiar with such as Maria, Stephanie, Kelly and a few others genuinely care and it shows In their work. They have gone above and beyond for me as well as for my family members, always helping to make difficult times a little bit better. I have never been treated so terribly by any pharmacist or pharmacy staff member anywhere. I don't mind waiting for my prescription because I have before and I am well aware that pharmaceutical shortages are just the new normal, but these issues are always explained to me by other pharmacy staff. Furthermore, as someone in the healthcare field I understand how important it is to foster positive relationships with patients, to answer their questions and to ensure that they have the information necessary to adhere to their medical treatment. I can only imagine the detrimental effects this pharmacist could have on an elderly person's adherence to treatment when they call with questions about their medication being filled or general questions. Furthermore, my elderly mother has also had less than helpful interactions with this same pharmacist, and if not for dedicated pharmacy staff such as Maria, she would have remained confused about her medication. Everyone at Tiffany has always treated me with respect, despite being busy. My hope is that Brian will read this review and attempt to solve the root of this issue by addressing that pharmacist's behavior with him. Tiffany Pharmacy has been such an integral part of my family's life for years and I hope that no one else has an experience like the one I had today. Thank you.

In the case of Bell Drug, I can only advise to stay away. I work for a Dr in the Edison area, and many of our patients ask for their prescriptions to be called into Bell. Bell is slow and inaccurate, leaving our patients suffering and waiting all day for a simple antibiotic prescription to be filled. For example, today the Dr called in a prescription for an antibiotic at 10:45 am. The patient was in pain from a bad infection and the Dr wanted her to start the antibiotic immediately. Our patient called us several times throughout the day to let us know the pharmacy hadn't called her yet to say it was ready for pick up, and when she tried calling them, the automatic message said her prescription had not been filled. At 4:30 pm our Dr called Bell and managed to get a person on the line. Finally the prescription was ready. This has happened many times before.

Now not only are you not told that they don't have the meds until you make the trip there but then you are told to call other pharmacies to find the meds and then call Bells so they can transfer the prescription. So much for being customer focused! My vet is more pro-active!
