Well the customer service was good - the person who helped me at the CS desk was friendly and well-informed (I joined online and she told me when to actually expect the physical card in the mail). Other than the CS rep, it's a pretty spartan experience and really just a bigger Walmart. Which duh. Waltons and all that. But it doesn't even have the stuff I would get at WalMart. None of the fresh or frozen foods were enticing to me. Many of the other products were slightly overpriced as compared to Costco or BJs. I did get some things for the convenience factor though: -humongous jug of Fabuloso -Dog treats shaped like churros (I love churros and so does Wesley) -eggs - And a Frigidaire portable fridge/freezer for the tractor trailer that I ordered online last week when it was on sale. I had to join the club to get the product. Ah - I've answered my own question. This place is best for one-off purchases. Verdict: Sam's prioritizes its house brand (Makers Mark) over all else. Many of these brands are actually big names in disguise. However I don't have the time or interest in seeing what is and isn't beyond a cursory internet look AND Walmart hasn't quite built up my trust enough on their house items (I'm still irritated at the Great Value pasta noddles I bought a few years ago) for me to go all in on Makers Mark like I would a Costco Kirkland item. So I predict I'll use my membership sparingly and strategically. You do you though.

It has groceries, household items, snacks, and bulk deals that actually save you money. Checkout is usually quick, especially with the Scan & Go option, which makes the whole shopping trip so much easier. Most of the staff are friendly and helpful, and the store stays pretty clean. The only reason I'm giving it 4 stars instead of 5 is because some items can be hit or miss with availability, and a few sections get crowded during peak hours. Overall, it's reliable, convenient, and definitely worth the membership. I always find what I need and leave feeling like I got good value.

I have been a patient at Tiffany Pharmacy for years. Brian is wonderful, and most of the other…read morepharmacy staff are as well. However, I just had a truly awful experience with the pharmacist on duty today. My doctor sent my prescriptions on Tuesday, I went to Tiffany to pick up a prescription on Tuesday that was ready and was told that my other prescriptions would be filled today and tomorrow. However when I called this morning I was told a different story by the pharmacist on duty who has always been the least helpful one but he took his lack of regard for the wellbeing of patients to a different level today. He very sighed loudly when I asked him if I could expect my prescription to be filled tomorrow and spoke to me as if I were a nuisance. I have NEVER had such a horrible experience with ANY pharmacist anywhere. He completely dismissed me and I was so shocked that I said,"I get it, thanks", and I hung up the phone. I have been an extremely loyal customer for years and I have referred many friends and family to Tiffany Pharmacy. I am such a patient person and I don't elicit rude responses from anyone because I treat everyone with a great deal of respect, however I do ask questions. I am just so disappointed and shocked that I had to write this review, and I never write reviews. Everyone at Tiffany is such a pleasure to speak with and I mean everyone, but after my interaction with that pharmacist today, I just feel terrible. Tiffany is more than a pharmacy to me, the core group of pharmacy staff that I am familiar with such as Maria, Stephanie, Kelly and a few others genuinely care and it shows In their work. They have gone above and beyond for me as well as for my family members, always helping to make difficult times a little bit better. I have never been treated so terribly by any pharmacist or pharmacy staff member anywhere. I don't mind waiting for my prescription because I have before and I am well aware that pharmaceutical shortages are just the new normal, but these issues are always explained to me by other pharmacy staff. Furthermore, as someone in the healthcare field I understand how important it is to foster positive relationships with patients, to answer their questions and to ensure that they have the information necessary to adhere to their medical treatment. I can only imagine the detrimental effects this pharmacist could have on an elderly person's adherence to treatment when they call with questions about their medication being filled or general questions. Furthermore, my elderly mother has also had less than helpful interactions with this same pharmacist, and if not for dedicated pharmacy staff such as Maria, she would have remained confused about her medication. Everyone at Tiffany has always treated me with respect, despite being busy. My hope is that Brian will read this review and attempt to solve the root of this issue by addressing that pharmacist's behavior with him. Tiffany Pharmacy has been such an integral part of my family's life for years and I hope that no one else has an experience like the one I had today. Thank you.

I was pleasantly surprised at the reasonable prices for things we needed while traveling over the holiday. If you have their App ,they offer some discounts and if not, the cashiers were willing to put their number in to help you out. Great customer service when we asked for where products were. Their fruit and veggies section had plenty of organic and non GMO products which I try to buy even when traveling. It was interesting to see security robots around the store with video monitoring. That was something I haven't seen before. No paperbags are given since NJ has reduced their plastic waste. We purchased some reusable ones which were heavy duty and will use as we return to Htown. So, I had a prescription of Iron medicine for my Kid. They provided an over-the-counter medicine charging me more than 3 times than its available on Target/Walmart/Amazon. It was not a generic / Custom medicine. Market price is around $8 and I was charged $31 for the same brand and quantity. That huge was the difference. When I understood the issue, I went back next day with the bottle (not opened and sealed and they didn't agree to take it back. If it was a custom created medicine, I would have agreed but it was just a standard medicine. Pharmacies do have a policy to not take medicines back but it's not applicable for over-the-counter ones.
