Tiffany pharmacy is one of the best places I have ever delt with over 11 years of customer service and understanding. From someone why needs medicine to live properly I love them when I have an issue the address and quickly correct it. I believe in old ways. Days back in the 20s Brian pinto and his staff are meticulous and do great jobs I have been there since 2005. I Know others have less experience elsewhere I Know I have also. To Brian and his staff thank you for stepping above and beyond... If yo ever need help just ask I appreciate your service thank you for your years of service read more

I have been a patient at Tiffany Pharmacy for years. Brian is wonderful, and most of the other pharmacy staff are as well. However, I just had a truly awful experience with the pharmacist on duty today. My doctor sent my prescriptions on Tuesday, I went to Tiffany to pick up a prescription on Tuesday that was ready and was told that my other prescriptions would be filled today and tomorrow. However when I called this morning I was told a different story by the pharmacist on duty who has always been the least helpful one but he took his lack of regard for the wellbeing of patients to a different level today. He very sighed loudly when I asked him if I could expect my prescription to be filled tomorrow and spoke to me as if I were a nuisance. I have NEVER had such a horrible experience with ANY pharmacist anywhere. He completely dismissed me and I was so shocked that I said,"I get it, thanks", and I hung up the phone. I have been an extremely loyal customer for years and I have referred many friends and family to Tiffany Pharmacy. I am such a patient person and I don't elicit rude responses from anyone because I treat everyone with a great deal of respect, however I do ask questions. I am just so disappointed and shocked that I had to write this review, and I never write reviews. Everyone at Tiffany is such a pleasure to speak with and I mean everyone, but after my interaction with that pharmacist today, I just feel terrible. Tiffany is more than a pharmacy to me, the core group of pharmacy staff that I am familiar with such as Maria, Stephanie, Kelly and a few others genuinely care and it shows In their work. They have gone above and beyond for me as well as for my family members, always helping to make difficult times a little bit better. I have never been treated so terribly by any pharmacist or pharmacy staff member anywhere. I don't mind waiting for my prescription because I have before and I am well aware that pharmaceutical shortages are just the new normal, but these issues are always explained to me by other pharmacy staff. Furthermore, as someone in the healthcare field I understand how important it is to foster positive relationships with patients, to answer their questions and to ensure that they have the information necessary to adhere to their medical treatment. I can only imagine the detrimental effects this pharmacist could have on an elderly person's adherence to treatment when they call with questions about their medication being filled or general questions. Furthermore, my elderly mother has also had less than helpful interactions with this same pharmacist, and if not for dedicated pharmacy staff such as Maria, she would have remained confused about her medication. Everyone at Tiffany has always treated me with respect, despite being busy. My hope is that Brian will read this review and attempt to solve the root of this issue by addressing that pharmacist's behavior with him. Tiffany Pharmacy has been such an integral part of my family's life for years and I hope that no one else has an experience like the one I had today. Thank you. read more

i already gave them a great review in .2018; however, I love this pharmacy even more than than my review I wrote in 2018, Thank you to Brian Pinto and Maria and shamecca, and every person who who works there, They deliver Brian is just so wonderully kind and understanding as of is Maria and Derek,, I thank every person who works there, I will NEVER USE THE BIG CHAIN PHAMACIES . Love Tiffany's! They are extremely helpful and knowledgeable. My father loved shopping there bc of their full inventory. He always found what he was looking for. read more

The folks at Tiffany really came through in a pinch. I was on vacation in Virginia and forgot to pack some crucial meds and they worked with a local pharmacy to ensure that I had a replacement without missing a dose. It was really great to experience this level of customer service. Thank you!! read more

My doctor phoned in a script at 11 am. Contacted pharmacy myself at least 6 different occasions and was assured the rx would come to me . In a last ditch effort the 6th person assured me the script would Definetly be delivered by their days end. 6 pm came and went. Surely this could have been handled better. This was a major disappointment as I've used this pharmacy for years. Will probably have to move on as this left me with a bad taste in my mouth and a painful eye this morning. Please post review read more

Horrible service. My doctor called in two prescriptions left in a voicemail on Sunday night one of them is filled and one is not. They are not willing to help. Not checking their voicemail dismissing me that I am wrong. However, this is not the first time this exact situation has happened. I recommend they find a system to keep track of voicemails for patient's medication. I hate coming in the pharmacy and only use for the fast delivery service. Every time I come in to pick up a prescription something is wrong. Update: My doctor said they didn't want to fill the prescription because they thought he was a dentist. He has filled prescriptions there before. Please tell me why your staff is incompetent. You didn't even check. read more

Amazing staff. Super helpful and also informative. They go way above and beyond as well as make sure you get great service. Can't recommend this pharmacy enough!! read more

I had never had a prescription filled at a non-chain pharmacy before our pediatrician told us that our son needed Prevacid. For infants, Prevacid needs to be made into a compound so that you can measure doses with a little plastic syringe (and also because infants don't know how to take pills). Your average $4 prescription pharmacy doesn't generally do compounding. Enter Tiffany Natural Pharmacy. The folks at Tiffany always go out of their way. Our first prescription was the Friday before the hurricane. John made sure to get the precription done before their lab closed so that we weren't stuck inside with a screaming baby during the storm. More recently, I accidentally put the Prevacid in the freezer instead of the refrigerator. When we called to see if that was a problem, John said it shouldn't be, but offered to test the pH just to be safe. I highly recommend Tiffany. read more

Please be careful getting your child vaccinated here. My five year old was given her 2nd covid shot here and it wasn't even close to her deltoid. It was clearly subcutaneous and almost in the back of her arm. Overall I think this is a good business, but unfortunately this is a consequence when unqualified people are administering vaccines, especially to special populations like kids. read more

I used to hate going to the pharmacy.my body started failing me some 40+ years so I have become an expert. compared to the chain pharmacies the difference is like night and day the pharmacist, pharmacy techs and down to the counter people all treat you as a valued customer and we'll go above and beyond to fix any problem that might come up especially these days with all the additional red tape for certain types of medications. for all you people who use the chain Pharmacy try Tiffany, you will live longer read more

I have had positive experiences every time I've gone to the pharmacy. The people behind the counter have been gracious, patient, and cheerful. I am so glad I left CVS! read more

Great staff great pharmacists always happy to answer any question you have. The best place ever will never go any where else def 5 star plus !! Beats any chain store read more

I had been a CVS customer for a decade. Every time I went in there I was spoken to rudely and left annoyed, deflated and outright angry. We had one prescription we had to fill at Tiffany Bc CVS didn't carry it. My husband finally suggested I move all my prescriptions to Tiffany. I cannot tell you the extent to which it has improved the quality of my life. It sounds facetious but it's true. They are friendly, helpful and deliver medications quickly which is so appreciated. I'm sorry I didn't make this change sooner, they are fantastic. I encourage anyone who has ever left our chain pharmacies fit to be tied to give Tiffany a try! read more

For the most part, this is a great neighborhood pharmacy. However...it depends on who works with you on your Prescription. The Pintos are great...always look and act professional, as I was taught in Pharmacy school, and I'm sure they were as well. One Pharmasist there is ALWAYS abrupt, rude and condescending. Change your attitude...wear decent clothes and look neat. When you make an error in my Rx, take blame and don't act like I'm annoying you. read more

Brian and Maria are never to busy to answer a question, no matter how many times I have already asked it before. Lol. Seriously both know their stuff, very professional and caring. Actually all of the pharmacist are excellent. They remember my name. That's amazing in today's busy and impersonal world. Staff is great. If you can't find it anyplace else check with Tiffany's, they will have it. If not, they'll get it. I've used them for many years. It's a small town pharmacy with the "big chains stores" ability. Can't say enough good things about them. Thanks Tiffany Drugs!!! read more

This review is long overdue. I have a CVS AND a Walgreens within walking distance of my home. I prefer to make a 15-minute drive to Tiffany. Brian Pinto and his staff are top-notch professionals. They always work WITH me to make sure my medication needs are met and they do it in a friendly, compassionate way. From pharmacist to cashier, everyone is interested in how they can help me. I find Tiffany to be the gold standard of pharmacies. I'm grateful to Brian & his staff for making this part of my healthcare regimen easy. read more

I am 56yrs old and have been under care and needed medication since my early 20's so I have seen many pharmacies, it is nice to finally have one that treats me with respect and have more knowledge than some doctors I have seen, from medication to durable medical goods. They treat their customers as people not as profit, unlike the "big box" pharmacies. It's nice to go to a pharmacy where you don't have to wait for the person behind the counter to stop texting to be helped... Jim Tig read more

My wife needed a very special prescription, to be compounded. The folks there were real nice, and worked with her to find the right taste masking. They took care of filing with insurance, and then were prompt about letting her know when it was ready. This place does get crowded at times because it is so good. We really appreciate them making and knowing how to bill for this complex medicine, which by the way, is finally healing her. read more

My experience with Tiffany Pharmacy was exceptional. Brian Pinto, the owner, went above and beyond to help me get a medication that every other pharmacy told me was difficult to obtain. He had it the very next day and even offered to deliver it because I was caring for a sick relative. He was also took time out to suggest a terrific wellness specialist, John Kim, as well as local doctors, one of whom I used and liked. I highly recommend Tiffany Pharmacy for personalized, professional service. read more

Very good neighborhood pharmacy. Nice people; offers delivery; wide range of products such as braces, etc.

Tiffany Pharmacy is a gem. Brian Pinto and his staff are knowledgable, caring and efficient and always go the extra mile for a customer. They actually care about your well-being. On more than one occasion, Tiffany resolved issues with insurance and or medication which required a tenacity that no chain pharmacy employee would ever expend. I highly recommend Tiffany. read more

The most caring and knowledgeable people I've ever met! They are truly concerned about your health!

Came across reviews of this pharmacy on yelp and had to add my comments. Perhaps not everyone knows but they will compound meds for pets. Our family's beloved cat had a major surgical procedure several years ago. After discharge from the vet hospital he wouldn't eat. The vet recommended a compound medication to encourage eating. The kind pharmacist filled the Rx within an hour- and the medication did the trick in helping our sweet cat begin his recovery. Our family will never forget the kindness of Tiffany. read more

Still love Tiffany's they helped me out of a real pinch today..... Thank you. This staff is the most caring and professional thank you Brian Pinto & thank you to the entire staff read more

In a fit of aggravation with CVS, I drove over to Tiffany with a new prescription. After having my prescriptions filled at CVS for about 5 years and Rite Aid for maybe 5 years before that, Tiffany is a breath of fresh air. The people who work there LISTEN and CARE and give you correct information that you trust. The people at CVS always seem so frazzled and disgrunteled, I never trusted their information. Tiffany took the time to go thru my two insurances to see which way was more beneficial to me. I ended up paying way less at Tiffany than CVS was going to charge me for a pretty expensive perscription from my dermatologist because CVS wasn't processing it correctly. Also - they fill prescriptions very quickly (like 5 minutes for antibiotics) and can deliver if you need them to. As long as Tiffany stays put, I will never go back to a chain pharmacy. read more

I've just returned from a large chain pharmacy while running errands with a friend and overheard one of the pharmacists mocking one of the customers because she dropped off 5 prescriptions and wanted to wait for them I could see the line was at least 15 people deep with only 1 person waiting on them. This prompted me write a review which is long overdue praising Tiffany Natural Pharmacy. I've been going to Tiffany for years and usually have my prescription filled within 5-10 minutes but never more than 15. They have a designated drop off counter that is always manned, many times I'm still trying to decide which Yankee candle or pair of earrings I want to buy when my name is called and if you don't want to wait they will deliver to your home. I did read in another review where someone wasn't satisfied with one of the pharmacists and I think I know which one he was talking about because I've dealt with her too however the excellent service I get far outweighs one moody person. The owner and the rest of the staff go out of their way to accommodate me. I'll change my rating if this continues but as of now I stand firm at 5 stars read more

I was just looking online for Tiffany's hours for today and saw the Yelp reviews...it's high time I give them a five star review, too! I won't go anywhere else for our prescriptions, the pharmacists are WONDERFUL, the counter staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Tiffany's has a remarkably large selection of vitamins and homeopathic remedies, braces, bandages, etc. I've ordered shower stools and rented a "knee cart" ... They are helpful and concerned and are truly a neighborhood pharmacy. Brian Pinto, the owner, should be very proud of his business! read more

I have never been treated so ill-mannered before. I wanted to support a mom and pop shop just buying a tooth brush and stomach medication except left never wanting to go back. I was completely discriminated against and I thought I could hold this store to better standards. read more

This is a store and Pharmacy that reminds you of what Customer Service is all about. Brian Pinto the Owner and his staff go above and beyond to make sure they could do the best they can for a customer, may it be by finding a medication from another store and having it delivered so you don't have to wait. When i do have to wait there for 15 minutes (Maximum) I have seen how the staff goes to help customers and assists them in finding the best possible solution for what they need. This is exactly what is lacking in the retail environment of the local Rite Aid, Walgreens, and Cvs' in the area. It is just a breath of fresh air to know that this pharmacy and the staff as busy as they are will find the time to speak with you and help you with all your needs. As long as they are around and continue with the service they have been providing they have a customer and my recommendation for life. If anyone is looking for a local or even not so local pharmacy that cares these are the people to see. read more
