A sales manager posted a reply to Yelp in response with a link that went nowhere. I tried twice to get a refund in person at the pharmacy but they always gave me new dismissive excuses like "oh we don't have refund forms right now" or "you have to come back when the real pharmacist is here." Dismissive, disrespectful and now, as confirmed today, dishonest. Today I've had enough. The confrontational male pharmacist BLEW OFF A PRESCRIPTION BY MY DOCTOR FOR A BADLY NEEDED MEDICATION. Two days I waited to get a text telling me it was ready for pick-up. Nothing. Finally I call and the pharmacist is as dismissive and arrogant as ever. He's says there's no prescription. They have nothing, he says. Well that's I lie I thought and said my doctor's on line notes show it was ordered two days ago. Then without even pretending he misunderstood when he lied to me that there was "no prescription" and "nothing", he immediately scoffed: "oh I'm not filling that - it's too soon." So not only did he get the prescription to fill but he knowingly mislead me when he said there was no prescription. I then explained the physician prescribed it (obviously). So the pharmacist (if he is one) ignored that and began to cross-examine me. Are you kidding me? So now I'm defending myself with long Covid AND defending one of the finest physicians in the state to talk this pill pusher into doing his job. He doesn't decide what he wants to fill and not, mislead the patient there "is no prescription" and when caught, attack the patient. Had he had a question, he should have called the physician: not put my health and potentially job at risk. While my doctor's office will explain things to this confrontational arrogant self-anointed physician that the doctor's prescription is correct, I stridently urge everyone to stop using this pharmacy immediately. While I suppose I can kiss the $60 they overcharged me goodbye months ago (they misplaced my insurance card, lied to me the inhaler didn't go through insurance and charged me $60 more), I now refuse to patronize this place further and urge you do the same. Read my other reviews for other places. I support small businesses and commend the many great experiences I've had at places. But this pharmacy literally repeatedly misrepresenting the truth, cheating me out of $60 and now putting my health at risk by BLOWING OFF A PHYSICIAN's PRESCRIPTION, SUBSTITUTING THEIR GLIB DECISION IN PLACE OF IT AND NOT CONTACTING THE PHYSICIAN BUT JUST UNILATERALLY IGNORING THE PRESCRIPTION UNTIL I CALLED THEM ON IT US GROUNDS FOR DISMISSAL IF YOU ASK ME.

They answer any questions you have. They go out of their way to assist you in any way possible. I have Celiac Disease and I was recently prescribed medication for something. I called Wegmans and asked if the medication had gluten in it. If it did then I couldn't take it. The pharmacist told me he would call the pharmaceutical company and inquire about it. He did just that. Called me back within 10 minutes to let me know that he was able to reach them and that it was gluten free. There are many pharmacists who won't do that. This pharmacy goes above and beyond. My mother goes to them as well and she has called them on the phone with questions. They are always so kind, patient, and helpful with her. I'm so grateful to have them nearby! There is never a long line. They are very efficient, helpful, professional, and so reliable!

However, I just had a truly awful experience with the pharmacist on duty today. My doctor sent my prescriptions on Tuesday, I went to Tiffany to pick up a prescription on Tuesday that was ready and was told that my other prescriptions would be filled today and tomorrow. However when I called this morning I was told a different story by the pharmacist on duty who has always been the least helpful one but he took his lack of regard for the wellbeing of patients to a different level today. He very sighed loudly when I asked him if I could expect my prescription to be filled tomorrow and spoke to me as if I were a nuisance. I have NEVER had such a horrible experience with ANY pharmacist anywhere. He completely dismissed me and I was so shocked that I said,"I get it, thanks", and I hung up the phone. I have been an extremely loyal customer for years and I have referred many friends and family to Tiffany Pharmacy. I am such a patient person and I don't elicit rude responses from anyone because I treat everyone with a great deal of respect, however I do ask questions. I am just so disappointed and shocked that I had to write this review, and I never write reviews. Everyone at Tiffany is such a pleasure to speak with and I mean everyone, but after my interaction with that pharmacist today, I just feel terrible. Tiffany is more than a pharmacy to me, the core group of pharmacy staff that I am familiar with such as Maria, Stephanie, Kelly and a few others genuinely care and it shows In their work. They have gone above and beyond for me as well as for my family members, always helping to make difficult times a little bit better. I have never been treated so terribly by any pharmacist or pharmacy staff member anywhere. I don't mind waiting for my prescription because I have before and I am well aware that pharmaceutical shortages are just the new normal, but these issues are always explained to me by other pharmacy staff. Furthermore, as someone in the healthcare field I understand how important it is to foster positive relationships with patients, to answer their questions and to ensure that they have the information necessary to adhere to their medical treatment. I can only imagine the detrimental effects this pharmacist could have on an elderly person's adherence to treatment when they call with questions about their medication being filled or general questions. Furthermore, my elderly mother has also had less than helpful interactions with this same pharmacist, and if not for dedicated pharmacy staff such as Maria, she would have remained confused about her medication. Everyone at Tiffany has always treated me with respect, despite being busy. My hope is that Brian will read this review and attempt to solve the root of this issue by addressing that pharmacist's behavior with him. Tiffany Pharmacy has been such an integral part of my family's life for years and I hope that no one else has an experience like the one I had today. Thank you.

So, I had a prescription of Iron medicine for my Kid. They provided an over-the-counter medicine charging me more than 3 times than its available on Target/Walmart/Amazon. It was not a generic / Custom medicine. Market price is around $8 and I was charged $31 for the same brand and quantity. That huge was the difference. When I understood the issue, I went back next day with the bottle (not opened and sealed and they didn't agree to take it back. If it was a custom created medicine, I would have agreed but it was just a standard medicine. Pharmacies do have a policy to not take medicines back but it's not applicable for over-the-counter ones. Sorry Colonia, I am not going to recommend you to anyone anymore.

But, due to needing COVID testing and trying to find a place who would test my younger children (without heading to a pediatric ER/hospital), I found Differx! Thank goodness, I did! He made my children relax and feel comfortable with the nasal swabs. The service is outstanding and they follow up with you to make sure you received your test results via text. And if you do have questions, they're just a phone call away and ready to answer any questions. I will definitely continue to use Differx for my pharmacy from now on.

The pharmacist was super friendly. I've heard great things about their COVID testing as well, mainly that results come back quickly. I just switched from a big pharmacy to here for prescriptions as well. Today my dad picked up a prescription for me and there wasn't a wait unlike another pharmacy up the street. If I wasn't in a rush for that medication, I would have gotten it delivered! I don't know their exact delivery radius, but they deliver medications.
