Hazera went above and beyond her call of duty. At the end of the day, Hazera expedited my prescription order and had my medication ready within the hour. I could not wait to meet this angel, as I was in pain and used the last of my meds two days ago. I went inside the CVS and asked to speak with Hazera and her supervisor. The staff looked as if something was wrong. Once Hazera came from the front, I introduced myself from our telephone conversation; she knew who I was. She smiled as I did, and I then asked her for a hug. Hazera said yes, and we then hugged each other as I thanked her profusely for her compassion and empathy. I even attempted to give her $20 for her lunch, but she did not accept it. She said I can do the survey instead. This was my pleasure for Hazera to be recognized and praised for making the world a better place, especially today. May God bless CVS for hiring Hazera.
