Since my last review was deleted, here I go, again…read more.. Within the past year, Moribotos is under new ownership &, lets just say, I wasn't the happiest customer once this happened. Prescriptions I had been getting for 7 years, every 30 days, now weren't able to be filled the same day. Why? Well, last month I had to call the insurance company/dr office myself bcuz I was told I was unable to fill 1 of my prescriptions, (& not having this particular prescription would inevitably put me in the ER within a few days, & a pharmacist should be 100% aware of this/was aware, since I told him that && I was also leaving for vacation), so I HAD to get this done. (Mind you, ea time I went into the pharmacy, it wasn't PACKED - he was on his cell). He told me to make the calls/aka - do his job, (which the woman from my insurance company told me). After my 2nd call to the insurance company (approx 3min total on the phone/the amnt of time it would've taken the pharmacist here to do it), they told me my prescriptions were ready TWO DAYS AGO! Knowing I was supposed to leave for vacation (& knowing I had told Mike MANY times, I was LIVID!) Not only did he screw up ALL my medications somehow, but NOW, he made me miss 2 days of my vacation & $1500 for accomodations on my vaca (which I also told him), cuz ya can't cancel day of! -- so, knowing ALL of this didn't need to happen, & it was 100% the fault of the pharmacist made me soo angry! Incompetence is the 1 thing I CANT stand! Especially when dealing with someone's medication! Needless to say, I've just switched pharmacies today & GUESS WHAT?! - I CAN FILL ALL OF MY PRESCRIPTIONS THE SAME DAY! Thus proving the Pharmacist's incompetence. & while I did curse him out, he 100% deserved it! He made me lose $1500!! I TRIED to stay bcuz the location is ideal, but it caused me SOO much stress that my Doctor suggested I switch pharmacies, especially after hearing that I was receiving some 2 weeks apart from my other medications, & he knows they're meant to be given on the SAME DAY! - it's common sense! Yes, this is an individual incident; however, it took a bit for my prescriptions to end up THAT far apart--AND he would ask me to go in (cuz whenever I couldn't fill my medication when due; I got stressed/anxious, like anyone would if they NEEDED their medication, & who doesn't NEED their medication?!); & explain in further (or so he thought), detail as to why I couldn't get them. So, he not only made me go there for no reason, but made me go to slowly tell me the same thing he told me on the phone! Why waste someone's time like that?! The women who work there are so nice, & this review is only based on the pharmacist, Mike (just so i don't throw people this review isn't about under the bus) & don't delete this 1 - this is my review, I stand by my review - I just wish I wrote it sooner & escaped what the pharmacy has become before I let it get me THIS angry/upset

An alert went out for customer assistance to verify I was old enough to purchase that item. 25 minutes later, I was finally approved, and allowed to pay for my order. I'm 70 years old. I have no doubt our future will be better with AI replacing the dim wits employeed at CVS.

First, when I picked up my order, I asked to check the prints before paying and discovered they were printed on 4x6 paper and completely uncut. When I brought this to the employee's (Aali's) attention, he tried to claim that "Walgreens expects customers to cut their own pictures." When I called out that absolute nonsense, he claimed the manager, Douglas, said the exact same thing. When Douglas finally came out from counting money, he doubled down on this ridiculous excuse, acting like customers are supposed to do the store's job. Aali then claimed he couldn't cut them because he had to do shipment, or that he was afraid he'd mess up. Meanwhile, the customer right before me had issues with her order too as the staff struggled to find it. When I came back this morning (September 19), I spoke with Eddie, who confirmed what I already knew: there is no such policy requiring customers to cut their own pictures, and the look on his face told the whole story. Eddie offered a 25% discount, but after being lied to, deceived, missing my pictures for my event yesterday, and dealing with pure laziness and incompetence, a 25% discount doesn't cut it. Walgreens either needs to invest in printers that properly cut 4x4 sizes or train your employees to actually do their jobs instead of making up foolish policies on the spot. I expect these prints for free after the runaround I've been put through.

If you powerwalk and are lucky with the traffic signals, you can get here from the Cranford train station in under 10 minutes. Interestingly, this Walgreens has a pharmacy drive-thru, the exit of which coincides with the exit of the Chase Bank drive-thru--which necessitates the two stop signs inside the parking lot. Most customers will likely park on the Lincoln Ave side of the building, where the main entrance is. The interior of the store is organized, well-stocked, and like many other Walgreens locations has a small photo center in the front, a pharmacy in the back, and all the seasonal promotional merchandise in one of the center aisles. What annoys me a bit is that contact lens solution and eye drops aren't located with other OTC pharmaceuticals, but next to the ice cream case. Kind of seems like an afterthought. Now accepting NFC payment methods, including Android Pay and Apple Pay.

When I called Baron Drug at 945 the next morning the woman at Baron Drug said they didn't have a prescription for her. So ALL DAY I was bugging her Drs office and at 430 PM I get a call from her drs office asking what's the problem the prescription is ready for pick up. When I called Baron Drug then they say yes it was ready by 943 am. Yet the woman at Baron drug had said earlier they didn't have it. All day my mother was suffering! It was attributed to a miscommunication or something. What does that mean. I told them I would have gladly stayed on hold for the person to actually look! Unacceptable, disrespectful and inexcusable. However, I just had a truly awful experience with the pharmacist on duty today. My doctor sent my prescriptions on Tuesday, I went to Tiffany to pick up a prescription on Tuesday that was ready and was told that my other prescriptions would be filled today and tomorrow. However when I called this morning I was told a different story by the pharmacist on duty who has always been the least helpful one but he took his lack of regard for the wellbeing of patients to a different level today. He very sighed loudly when I asked him if I could expect my prescription to be filled tomorrow and spoke to me as if I were a nuisance. I have NEVER had such a horrible experience with ANY pharmacist anywhere. He completely dismissed me and I was so shocked that I said,"I get it, thanks", and I hung up the phone. I have been an extremely loyal customer for years and I have referred many friends and family to Tiffany Pharmacy. I am such a patient person and I don't elicit rude responses from anyone because I treat everyone with a great deal of respect, however I do ask questions. I am just so disappointed and shocked that I had to write this review, and I never write reviews. Everyone at Tiffany is such a pleasure to speak with and I mean everyone, but after my interaction with that pharmacist today, I just feel terrible. Tiffany is more than a pharmacy to me, the core group of pharmacy staff that I am familiar with such as Maria, Stephanie, Kelly and a few others genuinely care and it shows In their work. They have gone above and beyond for me as well as for my family members, always helping to make difficult times a little bit better. I have never been treated so terribly by any pharmacist or pharmacy staff member anywhere. I don't mind waiting for my prescription because I have before and I am well aware that pharmaceutical shortages are just the new normal, but these issues are always explained to me by other pharmacy staff. Furthermore, as someone in the healthcare field I understand how important it is to foster positive relationships with patients, to answer their questions and to ensure that they have the information necessary to adhere to their medical treatment. I can only imagine the detrimental effects this pharmacist could have on an elderly person's adherence to treatment when they call with questions about their medication being filled or general questions. Furthermore, my elderly mother has also had less than helpful interactions with this same pharmacist, and if not for dedicated pharmacy staff such as Maria, she would have remained confused about her medication. Everyone at Tiffany has always treated me with respect, despite being busy. My hope is that Brian will read this review and attempt to solve the root of this issue by addressing that pharmacist's behavior with him. Tiffany Pharmacy has been such an integral part of my family's life for years and I hope that no one else has an experience like the one I had today. Thank you.

Elmora Healthcare and Ben were a LIFESAVER!!! I was about to depart on a cruise from Port Liberty…read morein Bayonne with my friend, who uses an electric wheelchair. The day of the cruise, her wheelchair battery would not charge. I went to Guest Service to request an electric wheelchair or scooter. We also requested a bed rail for my friend to hold onto to get in and out of bed. Celebrity doesn't offer bed rails and has no electric chairs or scooters unless ordered in advance. I quickly Googled emergency delivery of medical equipment, and Elmora popped up. I called, and Ben answered. I told him my predicament and asked if he could deliver to the cruise ship terminal. Ben was right on it and on his way immediately with a wheelchair and a bed rail. The gangway was to be taken from the ship at 3:20 PM, and Ben arrived at 2:50 PM. At first, security would not give me clearance to leave the ship, but the wonderful woman at guest services made it happen!!!! Thank you, Emma, at Celebrity Silhouette Guest Services!! Without Ben and Elmora, my friend would be sleeping in her non-functioning wheelchair for seven nights. I owe Ben a debt of gratitude for his quick help and kindness. He contacted me during the cruise to see how we were doing. That meant everything to my friend and me! Thank you, Ben, from the bottom of my heart!!!! PS The cost was so affordable, I was a bit shocked.
