Back in February 2021 I took their microblading & shading course. I did so well with that, I came back this July 2022 to take teeth whitening, ombré brows, Candy lips, scalp pigmentation & phi removal! I am a woman of business and I only put my money where I know I will have a return. Ever since taking their courses I have mastered the skills and I have been making my return through my income. Daly, Eli, and the entire Arch Angels staff has been so helpful through every step of my journey. If I have questions before I take on a client, arch angels is there at every moment! They offer apprenticeships where I can go in and watch their clients and/or bring my own for them to watch me. This place is not a place where they teach, take your money, and send you your way. This place actually cares to know that you learned something from them & helps you in making your money from those skills. Master Daly has not only just taught my simple skills, she has invested her time in me. She has made me her student in real life and guided me, mentored me and has held my hand in every step of my learning process. If I call her, she answers at any time of day. If she doesn't, her team is available 24/7. If I need something, a material or supply, they have it available for me right away. I HAVE NO COMPLAINTS. If you are thinking about taking a course here or getting a service done... this is the place !!!! Daly and her team are so experienced, so knowledgeable, so welcoming & worth your money. I believe Daly has many many many certifications that she has gained over the years. Daly basically gave me her lifetime's worth of education and knowledge in such a little time period. One thing Daly did for me that I will forever be grateful for is: She let me see how she runs her business. Yes she taught me all these skills through these courses. But skills don't run a business.... Daly has let me see the behind the scenes and she has let me see how she handles her daily operations. She's taught me business skills literally for FREE. She did not have to go out of her way to reach me or tell me things about her personal business.... I can vouch that Master Daly CARES! This place is not just a business, this is a place where you are actually cared about. Daly, Eli, Marilyn, and the entire Arch Angels team are really ANGELS. Thank you for a lifetime's worth of skills.

just now New First of…read moreall, let me start off by saying I am a real person. The owner likes to play games and state that anybody that did not have a good experience is not real. I'm most certainly I am real, and disgusted. I made an appointment with this place to get permanent winged eyeliner. I sent in photos of what I was looking for, which was on their website, and photos of my eye. I was explained that the procedure could be done, and to go ahead and make the appointment which I did. Upon arriving, the woman taking care of me, I believe her name was Chris, appeared to have no clue what she was doing. It took her about a half an hour to finally draw the winged eyeliner correctly on my eye. But even with that, she still found a way to royally mess it up, and now I am permanently disfigured thanks to her. The owner, now she is a piece of work. At first, she was very apologetic, and explained that after this healed that it would be fixed. Now mind you, because of how bad this came out, Chris explained to me that I did not have to pay. This was more than just not liking the outcome, this looks absolutely nothing like what I have asked for. The owner was fine with this. Just a few days later when I asked for something, the owner got all defensive and started stating that I owed her money. Lol, there is not a chance in this world that I would pay for what you did to me, lady. Now, if she would've came out, respectfully and made an appointment with me to have this done the correct way and fixed, I would've been more than happy to pay for it. Unprofessional is not the word, ghetto is more like it. There are so many more places that would do an incredible job, and not be treated the way I was. One of her workers also put his hands on me which she likes to deny, but that's OK. Please do not make the unfortunate mistake that I did in going to this place. Because of the incompetence of her worker, which clearly was not trained properly, I now have to walk around, looking like a fool. I went from not having to wear makeup, to now I have to wear makeup every single day to try to correct what they did to me. I will let the photos speak for themselves. The first photo is what I requested, the second two are what they did to me. Absolutely horrendous. These people should be taken out of business immediately.

Terrible store! Where do I start? I've gone there twice but, once should have been enough for me to…read moreavoid it at all costs. The first time was for a wig because I was undergoing chemo. The women had zero personality, no input whatsoever to my questions and, were gawking at me as if I were an alien. I felt very unwelcome. Have they never seen a bald cancer patient? They certainly have a huge selection of wigs, which is great but, they're overpriced. I checked other places and the numbers don't match up. Stupid me, the second time I went, right before writing this review, was for foot/pedicure products. I walked into the store, which at first seemed almost deserted. I finally saw someone doing either inventory or stocking the shelves. There was no greeting, no smile, no eye contact, nothing to indicate they actually cared a customer came in - just them somewhat discreetly talking on their phone. When I finally navigated myself to the foot care products I was so confused because there was hardly a selection. I had questions but NOT ONE employee, if there was even any in the back, asked if I needed help. If I could give zero stars, I would.

**Review of Beauty Castle Beauty Supply - Rahway, NJ (February 24, 2025)**…read more I had an incredibly upsetting and disheartening experience at the Beauty Castle Beauty Supply in Rahway, NJ, on February 24, 2025. I brought my 10-year-old daughter, Brooke, to the store, and what should have been a routine shopping trip quickly turned into a disturbing incident of racial profiling. While Brooke was browsing the nail section, she picked up a set of nails to look at. A man approached her and abruptly told her, "No! Don't touch that." She continued walking toward me, clearly scared, but was still followed by the two women at the register. One of the women questioned why Brooke had the nails in her hand, even though they were locked up, and the man started accusing her of stealing, saying, "She ripped it off; I think she's stealing." When Brooke reached me, she nervously asked if she could have the nails, to which I told her no and instructed her to put them back. She did so, but not in the exact spot, as she was feeling intimidated and upset by the whole situation. At the register, I attempted to pay for our items, but the cashier became fixated on the nails. She started speaking to a man in another language, and then pointedly asked me, "Where are the nails?" I explained that Brooke had returned them and assured her that my daughter doesn't steal. However, that wasn't the end of it. I left the store, but came back after Brooke started crying from the distress. I spoke to a manager, who shouted at us, asking where the nails were. I explained that Brooke had returned them in the aisle, but the manager insisted she show him exactly where she had put them. As we walked to the aisle, the manager continued to demand, "Show me!" When Brooke showed him where she had placed the nails, he scolded her, saying, "That's not how you put things back. You need to learn how to put things back!" He then turned to me, accusing me of not teaching my daughter properly, saying, "You need to teach her how to put things back." This experience was completely unacceptable. No child should be treated this way, especially over a misunderstanding fueled by racial bias. We were not only made to feel unwelcome, but my daughter was also unfairly targeted and humiliated. I had to call the police to document the incident. I will not be returning to this store and would advise others to be aware of how their children may be treated here.
