The pharmacy staff at this Walgreens is consistently exceptional, professional and dedicated, and extremely hard working. Every person behind that counter is wonderful. Truly. Each pharmacist, and all of the pharmacy technicians, work together and are so kind, so patient, and always working nonstop, and they are so friendly and caring. :) They answer questions without rushing, double check everything, make sure to explain things clearly, and somehow still greet me with a smile, (even when it's super busy!) that means a lot. Their ability to always maintain a welcoming, respectful environment, all throughout the busiest times, is truly commendable. I feel lucky to have such a reliable crew looking out for me and my family. Huge thanks to each of you for what you do every day, you really make a difference. Horrible costumer service and the place stinks really bad. It's like everyone is lost In there.

The store can improve its customer service, hospitality & the organization along with cleaning. My first time walking into the store it gave me a bad taste in my mouth, not only that but around the time that I went they were talking badly about one of their employees. I tend to mind my business about those things because you never know what goes on when you're not around. The bathroom was dirty & smelt really bad. I wrote a review on the website, when i went back to go check it seem like it had been deleted. I told myself I would never go back , everybody deserves a second chance. When I went back I did not see any changes besides the item that I was looking for was finally there. When I went to the cashier to ring up my item the price did not match up which is inconvenient, I walked in the store with a certain amount on me and ended up needing to use my card which I did not want to , I have bills to pay and my bill money was on my card which I had to spend to get my items , which leaded me to go to the bank after . Has anyone else noticed how overworked the pharmacists at Walgreens are since they added the vaccines? It is so sad to see! I've walked away without my meds twice because I felt terrible watching them run from side to side and then stop everything to deal with a vaccine customer. Corporate Walgreens, adding another full time responsibility on the already hard working employees is shameful. They are humans working in that store. They are not numbers. HIRE a person to run the vaccines or stop the service. The people who work in the pharmacy at this store are wonderful! 5 stars and beyond! I believe the staff here are running both the cashiers and Fedex service. Anyways, the dark-skinned lady, whose name I believe was Carlyne, was extremely attentive, polite, and efficient. There was no one at the Fedex window, which is inside the Walgreens. I believe she saw me carrying the package from the back, and she immediately started helping me with the dropoff. At the same time, she was coordinating was other staff members on the phone so there would be someone at the cashier for other customers too. What more can you ask for? This rating is for her! Consistently poor service from the pharmacy. Today was insanely bad. I had a 4:15 appointment for a vaccine. I arrived by 4:10. They did not take my info until 4:30. 3 times I was told the pharmacist would take me soon. I witnessed the pharmacist bring told I was waiting for a flu shot. 4:55 pm I got called in for my shot. No apologies for the delay...just bam, shot done in less than a minute. What a joke,,unprofessional, poorly run. And, they had 4 people at least working the pharmacy, yet I am left hanging for over 45 minutes. Horrible service read more

I wasn't expecting much, just need a script filled after all the other pharmacies were closed. The pharmacist on duty was awesome. He said 5-10 minutes and had my prescription filled in about 3 minutes. He was super friendly and personable. On my way out he said he hopes I feel better. That's one of those little things that go a long way. Such a difference compared to Shop-Rite in Woodbridge where they pretty much grunt at you. Definitely recommend! read more

24 hour pharmacy here. The pharmacist here are nice guys! Pretty laid back. Just expect an hour or more wait for your drug prescriptions. It gets really busy here. The aisles are pretty well lit and very organized. Cashiers are friendly. Thats it. read more

This is the worst pharmacy I have been to. My son who gets his prescription electronically sent "every month" is never ready for pick up on time. When I reported the issue to the pharmacist he was very rude, demonstrate no customer service nor empathy for the situation. I try explaining this is becoming a normal every month. He told no responsibility for the delay in filling my sons prescription. Ex. What what's been happening. When I arrive for pickup only to be told we have to order your son's medication, it would be here in three days. No problem, Return three days later only to be told they forgot to order it. This has happened for three months straight. One woman employee told me to sign up for texts messages so I don't waste my time traveling to Walgreens. and the prescription not be ready. Did that! Keep in mind, my son's Dr sends over the prescription advance so that these things would not occur. As of today, I am still waiting for a prescription. This will be my last encounter with Rahway pharmacy on Saint George's Avenue. read more

Love the pharmacist here, he tends to work late at night. This man will hunt down your Rx if they don't have it in stock, he has called several other pharmacies to find my Rx last year when my area was hit by a bad snow storm and they were unable to restock what they had for several days. Would definitely recommend this walgreens for your prescription needs! read more
