I would give this place a MILLION STARS if I could.... I have taken 6 courses with their academy so far & I could not be happier. Back in February 2021 I took their microblading & shading course. I did so well with that, I came back this July 2022 to take teeth whitening, ombré brows, Candy lips, scalp pigmentation & phi removal! I am a woman of business and I only put my money where I know I will have a return. Ever since taking their courses I have mastered the skills and I have been making my return through my income. Daly, Eli, and the entire Arch Angels staff has been so helpful through every step of my journey. If I have questions before I take on a client, arch angels is there at every moment! They offer apprenticeships where I can go in and watch their clients and/or bring my own for them to watch me. This place is not a place where they teach, take your money, and send you your way. This place actually cares to know that you learned something from them & helps you in making your money from those skills. Master Daly has not only just taught my simple skills, she has invested her time in me. She has made me her student in real life and guided me, mentored me and has held my hand in every step of my learning process. If I call her, she answers at any time of day. If she doesn't, her team is available 24/7. If I need something, a material or supply, they have it available for me right away. I HAVE NO COMPLAINTS. If you are thinking about taking a course here or getting a service done... this is the place !!!! Daly and her team are so experienced, so knowledgeable, so welcoming & worth your money. I believe Daly has many many many certifications that she has gained over the years. Daly basically gave me her lifetime's worth of education and knowledge in such a little time period. One thing Daly did for me that I will forever be grateful for is: She let me see how she runs her business. Yes she taught me all these skills through these courses. But skills don't run a business.... Daly has let me see the behind the scenes and she has let me see how she handles her daily operations. She's taught me business skills literally for FREE. She did not have to go out of her way to reach me or tell me things about her personal business.... I can vouch that Master Daly CARES! just now New First of all, let me start off by saying I am a real person. The owner likes to play games and state that anybody that did not have a good experience is not real. I'm most certainly I am real, and disgusted. I made an appointment with this place to get permanent winged eyeliner. I sent in photos of what I was looking for, which was on their website, and photos of my eye. I was explained that the procedure could be done, and to go ahead and make the appointment which I did. Upon arriving, the woman taking care of me, I believe her name was Chris, appeared to have no clue what she was doing. It took her about a half an hour to finally draw the winged eyeliner correctly on my eye. But even with that, she still found a way to royally mess it up, and now I am permanently disfigured thanks to her. The owner, now she is a piece of work. At first, she was very apologetic, and explained that after this healed that it would be fixed. Now mind you, because of how bad this came out, Chris explained to me that I did not have to pay. This was more than just not liking the outcome, this looks absolutely nothing like what I have asked for. The owner was fine with this. Just a few days later when I asked for something, the owner got all defensive and started stating that I owed her money. Lol, there is not a chance in this world that I would pay for what you did to me, lady. Now, if she would've came out, respectfully and made an appointment with me to have this done the correct way and fixed, I would've been more than happy to pay for it. Unprofessional is not the word, ghetto is more like it. There are so many more places that would do an incredible job, and not be treated the way I was. One of her workers also put his hands on me which she likes to deny, but that's OK. Please do not make the unfortunate mistake that I did in going to this place. Because of the incompetence of her worker, which clearly was not trained properly, I now have to walk around, looking like a fool. I went from not having to wear makeup, to now I have to wear makeup every single day to try to correct what they did to me. I will let the photos speak for themselves. Overpriced. $350 for ONE eyebrow laser removal treatment. They charged me double the price for the common rate in the area. ONE session of laser eyebrow tattoo removal was $350. I researched after I got home to find it usually is $125 - 200. I was scammed. - I booked a consultation in advance - I confirmed twice and sent them photos of my eyebrows. As requested by them! I was booked for lip blush and when I came in thought I consulted for that. - During the consultation they offered me to do it right then and there. I agreed because I had the time and offered the rate of $350 - They said I had to put numbing cream for 20 minutes. They came in maybe after 5-10 minutes to begin and didn't even allow the numbing to set in. I was tearing during the session but powered through. - Afterwards I had some blonde eyebrow hairs. I thought that was normal but when I went home they were permanently blonde. On top of that I tipped!! I was kind and patient to come home to find out I was probably scammed and was disrespected as a client. This was very disappointing. I would've loved to give a better review but they took advantage of my kindness and my trust. If you want people to trust with your face and money this might not be the best option. I got a lip blushing procedure last week from Vanessa. I cannot say enough great things about my experience at this location! First of all, I was greeted by a friendly and enthusiastic receptionist and then by Vanessa, who had me change into little booties before going into my room. The facility was bright, clean, modern, and beautiful. I felt like I was in a glamorous medical facility! LOL I was a little nervous to have my lips tattooed but Vanessa took her time to explain the procedure, map out my lips, make changes to my look at my request before tattooing, and Daly (the manager/owner) even came in to give me some advice on color choice and style. It was a great vibe, for lack of a better phrase. During the procedure, Vanessa talked me through what she was doing and checked on me periodically. Afterwards, she took her time to answer all my questions, walk me through aftercare, and snapped a few photos. She didn't rush me out and I felt like I was lounging in my own home - all of the women were friendly and made me feel comfortable, not just Vanessa, although I can rave about her all day! Her patience, care, and sweet bedside manner really made me feel comfortable and confident in my decision to get cosmetic tattooing. Yesterday, I had the pleasure to have Master Daly from Brow Studio NJ transform my eyebrows using the Nano/Ombre procedure. Let me tell you, Daly is a miracle worker! She truly is the Master of eyebrows. She is the sweetest, kindest person and made me feel extremely comfortable the entire time. She explained everything step by step and kept me updated for the whole process. She took her time with me to make sure my eyebrows would be the perfect color/shape for my face along with making sure to correct the red pigment left behind from the microblading procedure I had previously (4yrs) gotten done at a different salon. I absolutely love the way my eyebrows turned out.  I feel like a completely new person. I've gotten so many compliments today as I was out in public. She made the process seamlessly non painful and gave me great after care tips and detailed instructions all in a goodie bag to go home with. Healing process is going well thus far. Let me just say, Nano/Ombre with Master Daly is worth every penny!!! I can't stress enough how amazing she is at what she does. Her place is immaculate, bright, beautifuly decorated and very inviting. MAIN REVIEW: I hate leaving bad reviews but I have to warn people. I Paid to be a "model" had my brows done with "master artist" Charity and they turned out very very badly. I have full brows and already a great shape so my brows were not hard to deal with. The shape just needed to be filled out so I got the effect that I had already filled my brows. That's the point right? Well, I got there and Charity did not explain one thing to me. She didn't explain the process or anything. I was nervous because it just didn't come off professional and the location in Linden is basically someone's apartment converted which through me off big time but I already committed. ---anyway, once she got started on me and didn't ask me any questions about how I wanted them to look, what color, anything! Not shocked when the color she picked was horrible and came off very red which is Not my coloring. After waiting several weeks you could barely see what she had done and there was a RED cast under my brows because she used the wrong color. I had to get them redone by a professional in California. Under par service, not professional, even talked to the owner and she was unapologetic and non empathetic that her staff messed up my brows. You should not call someone a "master artist"who is unskilled and unprofessional. That is such a joke. Please teach your people how to greet clients, tell them the process, ask what they want, and what they are trying to achieve. The amazing woman who redid my brows was surprised by the work and confirmed it was extremely red for my coloring and a very poor shape. She did not bash another service provider but was giving me her honest opinion. I don't want other people being "models" or paying full for a bad service. --Side note/update: the owner says below that they tried contacting me for a year. This is a lie. That never happened. I was never contacted after I expressed my disappointment and dissatisfaction directly the owner. And it is Incredibly dishonest to say that I KNOWINGLY went through with this with the knowledge she wasn't a master. Charity's title says MASTER ARTIST. How am I supposed to know she would do such a poor job. The reviews and pictures are very misleading! Again, I expressed my dissatisfaction to the owner directly which below she denies. I was never contacted ever. And I donot want to have my brows touched again by someone who did them poorly the first time. There's no way I would have come in for a second appointment, and the owner Daly did not offer to do them for me herself. What she states below is not true. I would never PAID to be a model if I knew I was going to come out look like crap and have to redo them from someone else. What a gimmick. Just did my microblading+shading touch-up session less than 2 weeks ago and Daly was as excellent and as detailed as the first time I saw her. Her place was super clean and comfortable, which was very comforting. I was not so good in dealing with pains but she was very sweet and patient. She was very clear with the before and after process (she even texted me after my first session to make sure everything was okay). I had microblading done years ago, and it still had some not so nice marks on my brows and she was able to fix them. I had two sessions of phi tattoo removal with Daly and I can't say enough about her! Daly is SO knowledgeable and well rounded in what she does.
